NO!
Makia screamed, grabbing air as she heard her hopes and dreams shatter into the splintered remains of a shot glass. Her breath raced out of control as she turned about, and started hammering the man's chest with her fists. While- normally, this would be kind of a silly jester to someone like Maroth- one of her arms was a rather powerful cybernetic, and though she wasn't using full thrust with that limb, it was still metal, and it might still hurt more than her organic right one. Why did you do that?? Why did you brake it!? Her jerky punches soon subsided and her frustration began to manifest itself into ragged sobs and exhausted trimmers. She withered against him in defeat. I was.... so ...so close....I hate you.

Maroth turned slightly as the woman began hammering his chest with her fists slightly blunting the blows from her cybernetic arm, though he wouldn't be surprised if he had several bruises. With nothing to do but hold her and be silent, he let her expend the emotional torrent of energy until she collapsed into him defeated.
Oh, the possibilities of this situation are making my head spin. Say you won't be a boring self-righteous prick and do something fun, eh?
The fact that you see this as a situation to be take advantage of is the very reason I can't bring myself to reconcile our differences and become one once again.
As the woman sobbed jerkily into his chest, Maroth gently slid his arms fully around her with one hand cradling her head. For a moment, Maroth just let her cry, but then he started speaking in a soft voice.
Ever since I became a sithspawn, I have hated who I was. Many times I seriously considered saving someone the trouble of killing the corrupted thing I had become and taking my own life. But then one day, I met a wise old Master that I had once known as a boy. He instantly recognized me and embraced me without hesitation asking me how I was and showing such love and compassion towards me that I physically ached.
Maroth wasn't quite sure why he was telling her something that he hadn't spoken of in years. But the words wouldn't stop. He couldn't stop from saying something. It was as if the entirety of his existence at that moment was there at this place, at this time to do one thing. Save her from herself, so he did the only thing he could think of in the situation. The momentarily very small part of his mind that controlled his logical thought had massive misgivings about his next action, but he didn't even consider the consequences.
Because of my old Master, I am still alive. Because I am still alive, I am right here.
Maroth moved the hand cradling her head to caress the side of her face, pushing her head back to look up at him. His fingers captured a few stray stands of her hair and moved them out of her face.
And because I am here, I am able to do something right now. If hating me will give you the will to live, then hate me with all your being. Because if you are still alive, there is yet a chance, but if simply hating me will do nothing for you will to live. Then I will force my way into your life, and become your reason.
Maroth looked into her beautiful, dark eyes with no more words to say. So he gently and deliberately leaned in and kissed her.
So sorry to interrupt you heartfelt words of caring and compassion, but since I don't have anything left to throw up, I'd like to say congratulations on being manly enough to steal that kiss. Good job, my stamp of approval has been applied.

Through her sobs, she heard the man's typical words- about how he was something horrible and he hated himself until someone pulled him out of it. It was obvious that everyone thought she hated herself, and that was the main issue. She didn't hate herself. She wasn't proud of some thing she'd done in her life- but it had come down to the fact that she was Makia, and nothing could change that.
What she didn't want to be, was an Immortal Makia. If she could climb to the top of mount Olympus again, and yell at the Whill council to just give her mortality again- she'd probably be much better off. But she couldn't- and she hated them having control of her perpetual life. They would always control her destiny because she would always be alive.
But he started talking about destiny- in a way, and she found it interesting.
until he kissed her.
She thought about pushing him away. She thought about slapping him, but she just wanted to stop trying for now. In a completely unexplained set of events, Makia Speer relaxed into the kiss, closing her eyes and for a very brief moment, allowing herself to actually enjoy it. But soon her eyes opened and reason came back to her as she pulled away from him.
And- what kind of reason could you be?
She asked, widening her eyes suddenly and grasping the back of her head. She shook her head slowly and closed her eyes tightly. By the way- That stuff will give you one hell of a headache.

Maroth's first kiss with a woman was just as stimulating as he had thought it would be. The fact that this woman was also smoking hot may have helped. A bunch. Even so he could still feel a torrent of emotions raging just beneath the surface in her. Hate, not towards herself but towards another for trapping her, was at the forefront virtually dwarfing all the others.
Surprisingly though she seemed to enjoy the kiss, but Maroth was quite sure if that was true or he just really hoped it was true.
Heh heh, look at you getting at worked up over a simple kiss. Not that it isn't amazing, oh no, this one's a keeper. Can we keep her? Pleeeaaaazzzzzeee
Maroth almost laughed visibly, but barely controlled the urge. Sometimes his darker half was too much. Her question though was problematic. How was he supposed to respond to that. He had a feeling that this was her way for unconsciously punishing him for the stolen kiss rather than one side of his face hurting.
I would love you.
Maroth deadpanned his response at best he could, but could keep from some heat rising to his cheeks. If there was anytime a light red complexion helped it had best be now.
Did you? No. You can't be. But you did. And are you--? YOU'RE BLUSHING!! BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! Oh my--I can't even--hehehehehe.
He ignored the uncontrollable laughter ricocheting around his mind and fervently hoped that she wouldn't laugh like that.
I'm surprised you only have a headache with as much of that poison that you drank.
His left eyebrow climbed several inches by itself as he commented on her proclaimed headache.

Makia laughed, a quick, 'yea sure' kind of laugh and shook her head, leaning against the side of the chair- sense they were sitting on the floor. Her mind fluttered to a strange set of memories, that almost didn't belong. She could have sworn she'd seen this particular monstrosity before, though she couldn't quote place him. You don't know a thing about me- except I look pretty and I was in distress. She smiled slyly and closed her eyes with a disappointed sigh. If that's all it takes for a guy like you to fall in love, than guys like you are very shallow.
She seemed to distract herself from him, for a moment as she waved over a waitress, asking her to bring a pitcher of water. The green Twi'lek nodded, giving Makia an "I was wondering when you'd ask" kind of look before leaving.
Makia slowly pulled herself to her feet, tottering a bit as she sat down properly in the booth- well, almost properly. Her legs hung over the side as she leaned on the table with her elbow and looked cryptically at Maroth.
See- honey, the thing is, Love and I are mortal enemies. We've both been at each other sense day 1. So the fact that you want to love me, almost makes you an enemy agent- and I have a habit of killing those. She scowled at him deeply as she pulled an E-53 needler our of her cote, pointing it at him with a thin smile. Normally I like range on me with this one, but-
The waitress had returned, and in a flurry of sudden paranoia, Makia whipped around, aiming the blaster at the poor startled Twi'lek's face. Oh, thanks. This will do nicely. Makia's smile widened to something friendly, but it was difficult to see a friendly smile with a blaster in your face. The woman casually took the pitcher of water from the petrified Twi'lek, and nodded. Thank you, very much.
She flicked the weapon back to Maroth with one hand, as she pored her a glass of water with the other- and then took a long swig of it. Oh yea- so much better. AS I was saying. She gently rested the glass on the table and narrowed her eyes at the man. I don't like white knights. You'll either find someone else to rescue later- or throw yourself in front of a bullet for me and die. I'd rather not have either outcome, personally.

Maroth simply watched her with no expression on his face or in his eyes. Despite her actions and flippant attitude, he knew everything he needed to know. It wasn't simply that she was enemies with love. No one ever said that without some deeply tragic story of losing a loved one. He started to speak after she indicated that he knew nothing, but stopped when she continued. For a moment, Maroth was silent and pensive.
Yes, I know nothing of you. Yes, you are pretty. Yes, you were in distress. However I believe you have had a rather large misunderstanding in regards to my intentions. I am not in love with you. I said I would love you. Would being the operative word. I have not yet made that decision.
Maroth stood drawing himself to his full, impressive height. His eyes hardened slightly and his body tensed itself in preparation for a fight.
And I believe you are again mistaken. I am no white night. I saved you because you needed saving. And I will continue to save you because you need saving. As for death, well, you are free to test just how hard it is to kill me, but remember just exactly what I am.
Maroth began to draw on the Dark Side of the Force as he spoke and raised both his arms fingers splayed. The Dark Side swirled visibly around him, caressing his body, and sending small electrical sparks of varying color down his fingers. Maroth harnessed the dark energies he had gathered and channeled them into a shield designed to absorb any and all forms of energy. For the moment, his lightsabers remained on his belt. Cold and hungry.
I assure you, that weapon will not help you in any way.
Ahhhh, It's about time you used the Dark Side again. Doesn't it feel so good? The passion, the emotion, the rage? I do hope she will fight us. It really is a pity. I would have liked to see what other interesting reactions she could have elicited from you. All in the past now, all in the past. I supposed I will need to take control for this fight, eh? We both know you can't kill her.
No. I will fight her if she attacks me. And I will kill her if she leaves me no choice. The only difference between us is that I will take no pleasure in her death; whereas you will glory in it and grow stronger for it.

Well, aren't you adorable... Makia cooed, tilting her head and smiling wickedly up at him. Her brilliant green eyes flashed devilishly and she laughed, almost a cackle. You're so full of tension, it's funny. Are you so certain you're not the one who needs saving? She took another drink of water and flipped the blaster away with a sigh. Cocking her head, she lifted an eyebrow- the silver blue markings on the left side of her face pulsating with strange energy.
I've never known a powerful darksider to hide behind a shield. But- then again, I've been out of the loop. I must have missed the part where guys like you became shallow and cowards.
~Will you stop it? You're going to get us injured and a LOT of people in here killed.~ ~Sense when did you care about /other people/~ ~Sense when did we become so mixed up in our head? Normally I'm the one pulling the strings. ~I donno- You were getting boring. This guy saved us- from your stupidity, but he's not worth keeping around. He's WAYYY too self confidant. ~Ha, It's hard to look in a mirror isn't it? ~OH SHUT UP! ....ok... fine. yes. We can't have two crazies hanging out with each other~ ~Wait? Did you just....AGREE with me???? ~No! in fact- you just agreed with me. We gotta ditch this guy- and- wait a second. I hear someone else in there. Oh! This is fun!
Makia ignored the inner sigh from her primary self and winked at Maroth- driving home her absolutely demeaning comment. She suddenly stood on the seat so she'd at least be a little bit on his eye level. And you're not suppose to save people. Oh my gosh! Have you forgotten what it means to be part of the darkness? Or- oh, you're one of those people who only use Bogan's power when they feel like it, am I right? Every other time you're a nice little hero who saves people when they need saving. She clicked her tongue in disapproval, before peering hard at him, deeply at him. She spoke so quietly, it was a wonder anyone could hear her, but her voice was so eerie- anyone around them would feel uncomfortable even though they had no idea what she said.
I know you're in there.... You should educate our friend here- about what the darkside really is. He seems to have forgotten.
~What the KRIFF are you doing???? ~Testing him...~

Maroth smiled at her. Adorable. If she only knew. She would soon enough if she attacked him. His smile changed slightly. His lips pulled back revealing his slightly elongated canines. Light energy began to course down his left arm as he began do draw on the Light side, while the Dark energies shifted to completely cover his right arm.
You love you delusions don't you? Let me formally introduce myself. My name is Maroth. I am a Sithspawn who once was a Jensaarai. I can use both the Light and Dark sides of the Force in equal measures. I save people because of the good in me, and I destroy those who would challenge me because of the darkness that resides in my soul. The Light side doesn't have all the answers, but neither does the Dark side. Happiness and sorrow; pleasure and pain; life and death; love and hate; light and dark: these antithesis' are what makes up any living being. We live as perpetual states of conflict, but we yet exist.
Do you want to play? I want to play. She looks stronger than the last guy we fought. Shall we then? Begin the Merge. Hehehehehe, yes, let's. She must learn we must not be trifled with. Let us become one! The Light is of the Force. The Dark is of the Force. Both must exist, both do exist.Let there be---
BALANCE!
With that word audible to any Force-sensitive in the immediate area, both halves of Maroth became one. His eyes changed dramatically. His right eye was now a font of light, and his left eye became a pit of roiling shadow. The energies emanating from his eyes and now very being were almost elemental in nature. Seemingly ancient in presence. Maroth began to speak, the sound of his voice much different than before. Much darker and yet caring. Two voices speaking with one mind.
Forgotten have I? I never forget. Come little one. Teach me if you can.

Her laughter almost came out as a squeak before she put her hands over her mouth and shook her head. Apparently, she was still drunk. That was annoying. THAT'S not how it works! How many people walk around like that? The answer.... maybe ...I donno 12? If balance was really how the force operated, then balance would be a heck of a lot easier to achieve. She sat back down, casually drinking the water from an almost drained pitcher. And what of those without the force? Everyone- except the great few, walk around in a daze of life, doing one thing right after the other. Their choices are dictated by the habits they form, and the apathy that rules in their minds. So, congratulations- I suppose you're something special. Good for you. but that's just one way life works. Life also works in predictable patterns- or in absolute chaos. She closed her eyes and smiled a small smile. That's the problem with the Jedi, and the Sith- They think the force is light, and dark- just like you think that little voice in your head is the darker side of you. When in reality, our motivations make the force dark and light- when it really is just a cosmic energy. She pointed a finger at Maroth, almost in an accusing manner. And some people separate parts of themselves they wish weren't there- so much so, that they become their own entity. That's not the darkside in you- that's you being crazy and trying to hide from the beast you've become. But it's ok... I know exactly how you feel, so much more than you know.
He merged with himself somehow, and became all powerful...er? Makia frowned in contemplation and then, as if her lips were confused, she grinned widely. You should walk around like that all the time. You look way more badass. I absolutely approve. She made to snicker- but his last phrase struck a cord- one of the few left in Makia's mind, and the black haired woman stood to her feet, staring up at the much taller figure.
~Did he just call us little?~ ~Yep.~ ~Can I PLEASE do something about it? ~Yep.~
Contrary to popular belief, Makia did not start a planet shattering duel with the being standing before her- Rather, she shrugged, tossing up a well spoken comment.
No one in this universe is little. If you haven't figured that out yet, you're not worth my time.
And with a toss of her raven black hair, and a flash of her powerful green eyes, Makia Speer began to walk away.
She'd spent too long being stepped on by strange immortal beings who thought that- just because they lived longer, or were more flashy than others, that they were, some how better. But in her short life of immortality, Makia had come to understand that even the forceless, beggar, still had the power to change the universe. Maroth was absolutely within his rights to stop her though.

Maroth looked at her much smaller form as she laughed. They were taken aback by her response. In the many duels and battles they had fought, no one had responded to them quite like she had. They found it...intriguing. Then she started walking away.
This is most definitely your fault. What are you talking about? If she doesn't want to fight us she doesn't have too.
The balance Maroth achieved began to crack and fall apart, but before it left them, they launched themselves into the air somersaulting to land right beside the woman as she was walking away. As he landed and tucked his hands into the pockets of his pants, the balance completely fell away.
I apologize if calling you little offended you. Compared to me, almost every person I meet is little since I am now rather large.
Maroth shrugged his shoulders while looking down at her lithe form as he matched her pace.
Do you know why most people can only use one form of the Force? Simply put the Light side of the Force and the Dark side of the Force is in every being. The balance I achieve isn't necessarily through the two "sides" of the Force, but rather through the opposing natures already present in myself. In a way, my training as a Jensaarai gave me the necessary control and mental fortitude to be able to create something new from what I had originally presumed to be just worthless and broken pieces of myself.
He knew he was rambling a little, but who cares. Maroth only knew one thing. For the moment, he would annoy this pretty woman with his presence and maybe discover something new he had never experienced before.
Hey, moron. You forget about me. I still want to fight her. And kiss her. Repeatedly. Many times. Yes, yes, I am aware of your desires. I want to fight her too. And kiss her. Maybe. Probably a lot. But we first have to be in her physical proximity to do anything at all. But did you feel it? She has much in common with us than I first thought. Yes. It seems like she was Fractured too. Indeed.
So where we going?

I am going to my apartment- to try and figure out some other way of ending my punishment, sense you so rudely interrupted my last attempt.
Makia said, not looking over at the man. She kept walking at her normal pace. As they left the club, Makia stopped and looked up at the sky, folding her arms. Or maybe I'll just contemplate my own existence and make my unlimited time here useful- some how, I suppose. I can't get close to ending this existence without some do- gooder, Jedi or otherwise, rushing in to rescue me, so I might as well give up. She turned around and finally looked dead at him with narrowed eyes. You, I suppose can go home and ponder about what a special little snowflake you are, and how well you know the force.
She grinned slightly, a strange light flashing to her eyes. Except you're not special. You're not one with yourself. I can here you yammering away in your head, just like us. She turned around again and started walking- down a surprisingly vacant road, tossing in another comment. And I suppose if you really want to fight me- You'll have to earn that right by actually making the first move, because I'm really over caring about what you think.

Maroth listened to what she had to say entirely without responding. His expression the stillness found in a warrior ready to burst into lethal violence with no visible warning beforehand. Anyone who saw him might think that what that lethally beautiful woman said had filled him with some sort of terrible icy rage, but that would have been further from the truth. His anger was not directed at her. The only thing that was directed towards her was a profound sadness and disappointment that one so full of potential as she couldn't see her immortality for what it was.
So............I'm guessing that you aren't going to at least try to get in her pants now. You certainly have that timing down for inappropriate comments. It's a gift, and one of the only entertaining things to do since you won't let me have any fun inflicting terror and pain to small, fluffy pets. Why do I keep you around again? Cause I know what the ladies like.
Maroth exercised every ounce of self-control in that moment. It would simply not do to audibly chortle in this situation, no matter how hilarious the voices where. Luckily, she had begun walking down the street so she didn't catch the change in his facial expression that would have given him away. A few seconds later, he had composed himself and was ready to respond to her. The woman was now, however, about 20 yards away and still moving. Maroth crouched down as if readying himself to jump vertically into the air. For several moments, nothing seemed to happen, but a Force-sensitive would be able to feel the colossal surge of Force power centered around Maroth. He restrained all the gathered Force energy into his body creating the tension of a tightly-wound spring. At the full capacity of what his Sithspawn enhanced body could contain, he violently launched himself into the air with such power that the permacrete of the road shattered. Maroth soared some 30 feet into the air on a trajectory that would allow him to land several yards in front of her path. He rolled and flipped himself in the air like a cat to land gracefully facing her. The permacrete only cracked slightly. Maroth stood to his full height and looked down at her then spoke.
You wear a beautiful mask that is full of strength and independence, but your eyes betray you. The emptiness you feel inside can never be truly hidden, and your eyes will always eventually show the truth to one who cares enough to see it.
I am special because I am unique, just as you are special in the same way. I am not one with myself, but I am striving to accept myself and eventually return to the form I once had.
You are not one with yourself; either, my condition was a side-effect of a strong psyche being crushed by Sith magic, but yours was an attempt to run away from who you are. Now, you seek to end it all, because the only other option would be to face what you become and no one wants to admit to themselves they are a monster. I would know.
As he finished speaking, Maroth fully removed the thick hooded cloak he wore over his custom patchwork armor. While he wasn't deformed, there was nothing natural in the burnished red-copper tone of his skin, vibrant purple color of his eyes, or the thick corded muscle that was visible to the eye.

Makia stopped, folding her arms again and flashing the man a huge smile.
Very Good! You figured me out perfectly! She closed her eyes and shook her head, the smile fading to a flat line. But I know I'm a monster. I suppose I've been....two, for so long that figuring out how to squeeze myself into one again would make me ..lonely- and being lonely for eternity sounds very unpleasant. You.... on the other hand.
She paused and looked critically at him, tilting her head and frowning in thought. For a brief second she seemed almost sympathetic. What Sith Alchemy has done to you..... I don't think can be undone. Best to just give your pet voice a name, and be done with it.
She turned her head away from him then, biting her lip in irritation. He had indeed pegged her so very well, and she couldn't decide weather she wanted to punch him or cry and ask him to hug her. Neither would be a good option so she just stood there, brooding in her mind on the best course of action.
who knew.
Maybe he'd go away!

Maroth frowned at her obviously faked smile but said nothing. He grimaced slightly at her admission, she had missed the point but there was no time to try to fix the misunderstanding that his words had caused. The woman frowned at him and momentarily seemed sympathetic towards his plight while admitting that there might be nothing that could "fix" him.
Pet voice? PET VOICE!?!?!?!? I'll show her what a pet voice looks like when I-
Oh, shut up. No one cares about your fragile ego.
As the darker side of him sputtered unhappily, Maroth gazed at this stranger he had only met today and couldn't help but feel rather protective of her, which was crazy. What did he truly know of her? He hadn't seen what she had seen, nor felt the things she had felt. They both had been thrust into unenviable situations and had been powerless to do anything about it. She turned away from him but not before he noticed that she was biting her lip. Though he didn't think that there was anything he could say to her that would "fix" her, maybe - just maybe - he could show her instead of tell her.
I was forced to become a monster in one of the most horrific ways possible. If not for my Jensaarai heritage of adhering to the Bendu, the neutral side of the Force, I could not have been saved. I would be a mindless killing machine bent only on doing the Sith's will. Both of our lives were shattered by something that we couldn't control and all it sometimes seems that we have left are the crushed and broken pieces of what we once were.
Maroth took a step forward and reached out a hand to turn her around by her shoulder. His other hand release his armored coat and came up with the intention of cupping the left side of her face.
Everyone has pieces in their life that they don't want to look at or acknowledge in their day-to-day lives. The only thing any of us can do is gather those pieces together no matter how much it hurts, and forge them into something brand new; something stronger and better than they ever were before.
Maroth's eyes intently sought out hers before he continued.
You don't have to do that alone. You don't have to be alone regardless whether or not you decide you want to "redeem" yourself. Come with me. You have been alive a long time, and I'm sure there is plenty you could teach me and some that I could teach you.
Maroth stepped back from her and held his hand out as an invitation. Even his other half was uncharacteristically silent as they both waited for her reply.
What do you say? Allies?

Maroth stood with his hand out for what seemed like weeks. Finally, he put down his hand and continued towards his original destination: the Jedi Temple. He was admittedly saddened by the woman's lack of reply, but his offer was rather sudden. Maybe she just needed some time first. Maybe.
Stop lying to yourself, she is just like all the others. We were alone, we are alone, and we will continue to be alone. It is the essence of who we must be.
You're being uncharacteristically serious. No quips or useless puns?
Oh hush, with all that excitement recently, I might need to take a nap.
Maroth snorted softly. In any case, the only thing he could do was make his way to the Temple. There, he hoped, lay the answers to the questions he had been asking for many years.

Makia narrowed her eyes slightly at the outstretched hand. His words were calm and serious- and she supposed they made sense. Once, a long time ago, she had found someone, someone normal, without the force, or anything. He was a simple ship mechanic and she had fallen for him so quickly, because she knew he would never expect something out of her that she wouldn't want to do, because he wasn't a power hungry sith or manipulative Jedi. Like every other person who had ever sought her affections- she looked at Maroth like he would eventually become just another bad decision. like Zou- who tried to kill her, or Valance, who tried to use her- or Macros who eventually got her in a lot of cosmic trouble and then left her. And now this man wanted her company, perhaps not romantically- but with Makia, trust was super thin.
She had nothing better to do however- except maybe go back to the bar and try to satisfy her lust for death, and wait on the next white knight to swoop in and snatch it from her grasp again. With a small shrug and a skeptical look- the choice taking what seemed like a few weeks- she finally replied.
I suppose... being alone is kind of a drag. It's not like I have anything better to do.
She followed behind him- only remembering that she should probably ask where he was headed. So- Where are we going anyways?

Maroth spun around in surprise. He had not expected her to actually accept his offer, and as such, could not stop a rather stupid looking grin from stretching across his face.
For the love of all that is delicious, you really are a simple guy aren't you. You went from sobbing on the inside to unicorns that eat rainbows and poop butterflies.
What is a unicorn?
It's a fluffy, imaginary beast that is so cute and cuddly it no doubt appears in every Sith Lord's nightmares. I know it does mine. I'm going to have nightmares for weeks.
Maroth chuckled softly under his breath.
I would be glad for the company. Currently, I am heading towards the Jedi Base. I've heard that their Archives might have some information about the ancient Sith Lord Revan. I'd also like to train a little to be able to more effectively switch my lightsabers and Force Alignment while in a fight.
Maroth again smiled at her, but this time it was much softer. He was indeed glad to have her company. Then he realized that he had no idea what her name was.
My name is Maroth, and while I have no problem just calling you "the pretty lady", I'm sure you would prefer to be called by your name.

Makia froze in mid stride and widened her vivid green eyes at Maroth.
Have fun with the Jedi. maybe we'll see each other around some other time.
Her whole demeanor shifted absolutely suddenly, from one of almost disinterest to one of absolute 'no'. She turned on her heal and started to walk away.
~I wonder if he'll ask us what's wrong? All random white knight guys always ask stupid questions like that....don't walk so fast. I'm curious~ ~I don't care. I'm not going back there even if he's convincing.~ ~What are you afraid of?~ ~I'm afraid. Do you actually want to go back to the Jedi base? Seriously?~ ~Well...no, I was just....~ ~Taunting me- that's what you were doing. Well you know what? I'll prove I'm not afraid of them, just so you'll shut up.~ ~NO! Wait! I didn't mean!~
On second thought.... Makia turned back around with a flippant smile on her face, allowing her spin to toss her black hair behind her shoulder. It's been a while sense I payed that place a visit... I'll warn you though, I'm not very popular there, so I'll understand if you want to pretend you never met me. She swayed up toward Maroth, almost as if she was playing a secret joke on someone. Obviously he couldn't know the joke she was playing...was actually... on herself.

Maroth watched in mute surprise as the woman had a strongly negative reaction to his plans to visit the Jedi Base. As she walked away, he wrestled with whether or not to call out to her in an effort to discover the reason behind her absolute distaste for such a place, but before he could say anything she suddenly turned around with a flippant smile apparently having changed her mind.
I don't think they will be too happy with me either. I am, after all, a Sithspawn. Most Jedi would take one look at me; cry, "Monster!"; and attempt to kill me. I would prefer to access the Archives peacefully, but no matter the cost, I will access them. Even if I have to cut my way to the Archives to do it.
Oooooooo. I love it when you talk all dark and bad. I actually think you would too.
You know I would. Being part of me, you understand the importance of us finding a more permanent solution to the problem that we have here. We must become one. It is the only way to become powerful enough and yet subtle enough to end our ex-Master's grip upon us.
I still think killing him would be easier.
He will die. But at the hands of a unified being, not the broken and discarded toy we are now.
I still haven't gotten your name. What should I call you?

Oh how rude of me! Makia said, sidling up beside the much larger being. I'm Makia. I don't recall- Did you tell me your name? Names always escape me. She shrugged her shoulders as he spoke of the Jedi calling him a monster. Shaking her head, Makia's eyes lit up with understanding- as if she knew those particular Jedi.
I wouldn't worry. If anyone I know is there, they'll probably think you're new and interesting....especially that short Jedi master. She's probably gone though. The planet- She blinked and peered around briefly. The planet feels different. It's odd. I hadn't noticed it before. I suppose I was too focused on....well- leaving, She slipped into contemplation, a docile nature taking over her- a rare sight to behold as she considered what had happened during her quest to end her own life, and now, she wondered if what had happened during her laps in judgement was more interesting than her quest all together. Perhaps living would be more interesting than dying, especially sense dying was so bloody difficult.
