Vao's EmporiumOriginally started on Ord Mantell, the famous (or infamous) bounty hunter and mercenary, Jerrak Vao opened up an Emporium that sold a little of everything. Weapons, armor, tactical gear, supplies, fuel and even information. Using the establishment as both a bar, nightclub and goods warehouse, the Twi'lek did very well for himself for a time. Upon closing the Emporium temporarily, Vao and his mercenary band, Vao's Marauders, spent a significant amount of time within the Smuggler's Run. It was during this time that an organization known only as the Syndicate attacked and wiped out several smuggling crews and local businesses. Upon driving the Syndicate from the Run, hiring several new mercenaries and helping Aedon Gavin Montrose in rebuilding what had been destroyed, Vao set out with his mercenary band once more. During his travels, he came across an operative for The Organization. Knowing full well that his services would be incredibly valuable to The Organization, the aging Twi'lek signed on and opened up his Emporium once more, this time, located within the Smuggler's Run itself. Operating on the outskirts of Port Town, Vao wasted no time setting up shop and attracting clientele once more.

The Lawless Valor set down on the rooftop landing pad of the freshly constructed Emporium, owned and operated by Jerrak Vao. Moving his operations from Ord Mantell to the Smuggler's Run was crucial, given the nature of his business dealings. Rising up out of the co-pilot's chair, Vao looked over to Reynar Bralor, his Mandalorian right hand man.
"I've got a few things to take care of. Sulron's in charge of the Emporium. Make sure the crew gets settled."
As Bralor nodded in agreement, Vao plucked his double holster off the hook near the cockpit exit and strapped it on. Even though he was well respected in most underworld circles, it didn't mean he was well liked. Dealing in information made a lot of enemies. Even here, within the Run, there were folks who would like nothing more than to take a shot at the aged Twi'lek. Passing through the ship, Vao exited onto the roof of the Emporium. Taking the exterior cargo lift down to the street level, Vao made his way through the Skip, heading to where The Organization's headquarters were hidden...

Sitting in his office as the rest of his team was off doing their own things, Vao slid the datapad he had received from The Organization into a slot on his desk. After a few moments, The Organization's logo appeared, then several dossiers appeared. Scanning through the list, Vao leaned back in his chair, with a surprised snort.
Most of these people he knew, quite well, or at the very least had dealings with. Neassa Or'dinii? Skilled Mandalorian, tough as nails and actually quite easy to get along with. Last time he had seen any trace of her, she had been spotted here on the Run. Skip One, to be precise. Tanara Ajahn? Force Sensitive Twi'lek. Good with her hands, but anxious near strange people. Last time he had heard from her, was shortly before the First Order attack on Naboo. Trent Weston? Crack pilot, probably one of the best he had ever seen, though he talked too much. Though he couldn't remember the last time he had aided him, so he could be anywhere.
Continuing to scan through the dossiers, the Twi'lek let out a low whistle when a very familiar name appeared.
Adrien Draykon. Now there was a name he never thought he'd see appear in a stack of dossiers given to him by a shadowy organization. He frequented the Run, though rumor had it he was currently at the Thieves' Den. According to several of his sources, the Draykon brothers has actually claimed it and were using it. Though Vao had never been able to confirm that. Isabelle Eoura? Probably the single most difficult woman to deal with in the galaxy, and that was saying something. Skilled in a multitude of criminal talents, she was probably one of the best con artists he knew. Last sighting of her was actually difficult to confirm. Woman liked to change her appearance so damned much, he had several unconfirmed reports of a woman roughly matching her description in several different locations. So she could honestly have been anywhere.
Scanning through the rest of the dossiers, Vao recognized a few more names. Maybe three of them were actually dead now. And the rest? Doing what they did best. Hiding in plain sight. Sighing wearily, he pressed the button for the intercom on his desk.
"Reynar? Gather the team. Got a new assignment. Top priority..."
His men were supposed to be getting some well deserved R 'n R, but he'd rather deal with their bellyaching than the potential wrath of The Organization. And the compensation his men would receive was...sizable. And while his men weren't actually the greedy sort, he knew some of them would appreciate being paid up front. Clearing the images for now, Vao reclined in his chair and laced his fingers together behind his head. His lekku twitched as he was lost in though. Now it was just a matter of getting everyone together and assigning them the proper target so he could maximize their individual skill set...

The two made their way through the crowds of the night club. Neither attempted to communicate over the dull roar. Casino games on one side were expressing a cacophony of sounds while the beats of the club on the other side of them with the patrons and the performers were trying to overwhelm any unprepared visitor with a sensory overload.
A Pa'lowick had been commanding the center stage with her backup Twi'lek dancers and some strange mouse-like creature behind them playing an array of instruments. The two paused for a moment as Innay mentioned how she liked the vocals and the beat while bounced her head for a bit before continuing on after something or someone caught her eye.
Theo followed close behind Innay who seemed to know where she was going. It was easy enough to follow the pink skinned woman dressed in bright yellow and blues as she seemed iridescent in the mood lighting of the room.
They stopped as Innay greeted one of the waitresses with a hug and a kiss. Theo stood by as the two caught up, deciding after a few moments to break off and sit at an empty slot. He swiped his card and loaded a few hundred credits and started playing. He never really had a lot of luck with these games, preferring to sit down at a table and spend several hours with cards in his hand.
After a few losses and a few wins, Innay came over and tapped him on the shoulder. Cashing out, he took the coupon and stuffed it in his pocket and continued to follow her around the room.
She waved at a few other staff and patrons. Some of them she knew by face, others she knew on a first name basis, others she just shrugged and continued on admitting that she had no idea who they were. Theo chuckled, thinking about how well she got around this little rock. He knew Zeltrons were pleasure seekers, but she seemed to take that notion and turn it up a few notches. No wonder she was as pricy as she was.
There was a brief intermission as a trio of male humanoids took to the instruments on the stage and began playing their own music while a crowd of people danced to the strobe lights and the beat.
Theo and Innay retreated from the sounds of the floor into a shop along the outer wall. The sounds immediately faded thanks to an invisible field in the open doorway. The store was well lit, with shelves of a variety of stock illuminated behind locked crystal. A dark-skinned old Mostlaan male was looking at what looked to be a recently acquired gold jeweled ring from under a multi-leveled monocle eyepiece that extended far out from his smaller head. At barely a meter tall, he was easily lost behind the counter if Innay hadn’t known to look for him. His pointy ears twitched as they entered, but he said nothing as Innay and Theo began looking around the walls of the shop at the various goods.
After several minutes of looking, Innay decided to break the silence.Duralle, is Jarrak here today? The Mostlaa looked up at her and grunted before going back to his inspection.Yuh.She headed over to the counter in front of him and leaned onto the counter. She positioned herself so that her arms, as they propped herself up, squeezed her upper torso. Doing a little dance with her hips, she kissed the air as Theo noticed a familiar aroma fill the air once again, and he couldn’t help himself but take a look at her assets.Do be a dear and fetch him for me. Tell him Innay has a gift for him.The Mostlaa looked up in frustration. He was unaffected by the pheromones she was giving off. Instead, he was far more intrigued by the ring in his hands. He pocketed the jewelry, lifted the layers of the monocle, and hobbled off to the backroom after shutting and locking the front door. By this point, Theo had joined Innay at the counter and looked at her with concern at the locked door; she, however, looked pleased as punch as she began picking at her fingernails as she waited.
Duralle hobbled back to Jarrak’s office and knocked on the frame of the open door.‘Oss. Ey, soom pre’y peenk la’y ‘ear t’see yuh. Innay? Ez sh’otta gif fur yeh.

Seated at his desk, still reviewing the dossiers he had been given previously by The Illusionist. He had some sort of idea on how to go about tracking down a few of them, but the others...well he'd have to dig a little deeper, call in a few favors maybe? A knock from Durralle, the Mostlaa under his employ. As soon at the name Innay greeted his ears, he smiled. Probably one of his most successful working girls. And certainly a handful. Pushing away from his desk, the Twi'lek rose to his feet and groaned slightly. Old age, especially after living as hard as he had, was less than graceful. Joints were stiff, muscles sore and the constant throbbing in his lower back was always mildly annoying. Though he was able to push that from his mind. Stepping away from his desk, the aged Twi'lek made his way to the front of the store, following Duralle. As the Mostlaa went back to inspecting his most recent acquisition, Vao stepped through the threshold and into the store. The blue-skinned Twi'lek eyed up the young man present, then smiled warmly at Innay.
"Yer back already, eh? Whatcha bringin' gifts fer me? Old man like me has everythin' 'e needs right here."

Innay beamed a big, cheesy grin as she dug out a small, white paper bag out of her pocket.
Oh, don't act like you don’t like it. I got some of this new strain here. Theo and I tried it this morning, real cerebral stuff.
As she was unwrapping the bag, she looked over at Theo and up at Jerrak before focusing on the task at hand.
Oh, Jerrak, this is the other gift; a customer. Theo, uh, Tooker?
Theo nodded, paused for a moment, and then shrugged as she had gotten close enough to the pronunciation that he wasn’t going to complain.
Flew in a little bit ago on a broken wing. Currently waiting to hear back on the repair quote. Otherwise, I'm stuck on the station for a bit till my ship is back up again.
He looked over at Innay as she fiddled with the tape on the paper bag. Reaching over to offer help in opening it, she slapped his hands and went back to work. As he spoke, he continued to watch her with intrigue for a few moments before looking back up at Jerrak.
Innay says I am in need of "New Threads" to "Blend In" here. I suppose this private company uniform is a little too odd for the area?
He looks down and pulls at the chest of his uniform that looks much like an officer uniformed used by one of the bigger navies. Looking back up again at the old Twi'lek, he smirked.
I think she just wants me to spend more money, but I suppose I can’t refuse or complain really.
She shouted in excitement as she finally got the paper bag opened. Immediately, an earthy musk filled the air. Duralle looked up from his project with intrigue and hobbled over to see what the Zeltron held.
Heavy Cloud. Special bred for the thinking man's, or Twi's, high. Smoke too much, and you get the silly, goofy, super hungers. Best when used sparingly or in small doses throughout your day.
She closed the gift back up and held it up for Jerrak to take.
There, ya go! So, yeah. We need to get him into some better clothes, plus some for his stay at the station since he is going to be stuck for a bit.
She looks over at Theo
Plus, didn’t you say you were recently unemployed.
Theo laughed and stepped back from the counter with his hands raised in defense.
Yes, but I'm not looking for more work so fast after the last fiasco.

Damron had only been on Skip Seven a couple of weeks, but had managed to make a tidy little profit. After the Zeltron's last employer had double crossed him and ditched him here, the slicer had worked his magic with ease. Bypassing the firewalls of the Emporium was child's play for him. The real challenge was siphoning funds in moderation and not going overboard to draw too much attention. A 'tip' here and extra 'tax' there and some higher than usual 'shipping and handling' fees didn't usually raise too many eyebrows when they turned up on the receipts. The most he had pushed it was a day or two ago, he had some armor upgrades dropped off for his life preserving suit. Officially they had 'fallen off the back of the skiff." Unofficially they had reinforced Damron's armor and expanded his hacking and interfacing capabilities greatly. And most of this was done while sitting at the bar sipping tasty ales through the 'emergency induction port.'

Vao chuckled at Innay's enthusiasm over bringing him a gift, which happened to be a potent new strain. Accepting the white paper bag, the Twi'lek slid it into an interior pocket of his vest."Might 'ave ta give 'er a rip later. Got some important business right now. Need ta keep a clear 'ead, yeah?"Turning his focus on the human male, Vao extended his hand."Welcome to Skip Seven, Theo. Jerrak Vao. Proprietor of this 'ere fine establishment. You say ya came 'ere on a broken wing? We'll get ya patched up and flying in no time. On the 'ouse. Just treat Innay good and proper and we ain't got a problem. Got a bit 'o a soft spot for 'er."Eyeing up the human, Vao thought for a few moments, then spoke."Ya 'appen to be a pilot by trade, yeah? Cuz I'm always looking fer skilled pilots. Both fer the Emporium and fer me own merc band. Pays well, and yer treated like family. Sound like sumthin' you'd be interested in?"Vao was never one to turn away potential employees, or skilled pilots. Both were high in demand and short in supply in these parts. Though any pilot worth their salt knew the ins and outs of Vao's business already and rarely turned down the odd run here and there.
Damron had only been on Skip Seven a couple of weeks, but had managed to make a tidy little profit. After the Zeltron's last employer had double crossed him and ditched him here, the slicer had worked his magic with ease. Bypassing the firewalls of the Emporium was child's play for him. Unofficially they had reinforced Damron's armor and expanded his hacking and interfacing capabilities greatly. And most of this was done while sitting at the bar sipping tasty ales through the 'emergency induction port.' The club side of things was busy, as per usual. One of the usual entertainers, was up on stage busy playing a song, while the rest of the patrons enjoyed themselves. But, the Bothan bartender had flagged on of Vao's Marauders about a suspicious person. He fit the description of a potential hacker. Fully enclosed in armor and a frequent patron at the bar. Watching from a distance, the Rodian Marauder, Belruk Yen, observed the forthcoming interaction between the possible suspect and a fellow Marauder; a Twi'lek named Lohar Gesh. The green skinned Twi'lek moved through the crowd and approached the bar with ease, acting indifferent to the patrons there. Seating himself next to the armored individual enjoying a drink through a straw into his helmet, the Twi'lek ordered two drinks. Downing them both in quick succession, he leaned over to the armored individual."Name's Gesh. You having a good time? This place is pretty impressive, no?"Grinning ear to ear, the Twi'lek was merely being a friendly club-goer. Not wanting to raise suspicions too soon, some harmless small talk would get the gears turning to he could set up the catch, as it were...

Damron shrugged and turned to look at the Twi'lek through his visor. From the outside not much could be made out of the Zeltron's face, or that he was even Zeltron. Blue, nodded as his hud brought up a scan of the 'patron' who seemed to be packing some heat, but so was Damron, and with his armors recent upgrades he could take a bolt or two before the risk of a rupture in the air-tight suit. Other wise their was nothing of note it seemed about the person. Through his voice modulator, Damron decided to be polite, and reply.
Sure, it has good music, good drink, and good company. With that he raised his glass to Gesh. I'm Damron, how long have you been on the Skip? He went back to sipping his drink as he waited for a reply.

Gesh grinned and laughed.
"Good music, good drinks and good company. That is all I ever need! Pleasure, Damron. To answer your question, I've been around the skips a few years now. Always seem to gravitate back towards them. Actually, just got back from a job, so taking some well earned R 'n R, if ya know what I mean?"
The Twi'lek chuckled and motioned for another drink to be brought over. Watching the bartender bring the drink over, Gesh could still see Yen out of the corner of his eye, just relaxing and interacting with a few female patrons. So far, there wasn't any indication that this Damron fella was any threat, but the traces that had been run on the recent hacking against Vao's Emporium had led them here. So it was just a matter of prying a little more subtly...

Damron nodded along with Gesh's reply. Replying himself to another question from the friendly Twi'lek.
Yes, it's always good to unwind and spend some of those hard earned credits. What sort of work do you do?
May as well carry on the conversation. Not many people approach a fully armored man at the bar drinking through his 'emergency-induction-port.' And Damron had started to miss interacting with people over computers and firewalls.

Taking a swig from the drink the bartender had just placed on the bar in front of him, Gesh nodded in agreement with Damron and then replied to the question asked.
"I'm a freelance merc. I ship out with whichever crew needs the hired muscle. It ain't glorious work, but it pays the bills. Most of the time. What about yourself? Do anything exciting?"
The next few minutes of this interaction were crucial. It would either make or break how this would go down. Gesh had to tread carefully here.

A merc huh? Certainly seemed to suit the Twi'lek. Perhaps his company, or if he didn't have one, one of his contacts would be looking for someone with Damron's specific set of skills. It would no doubt pay better and more consistently. Also it may put the Zeltron against an obstetrical that would actually challenge them. In his almost mechanical voice he replied with some amount of pride.
While I'm not quite the one for shoot outs or intimidation, I do have other skills that make me very useful. Let's just say, I 'get' computers very well.
Taking another sip of his drink.
And I'm looking for work if you know anyone who may be in the market.

Gesh listened carefully. Shifting to grab his drink, he discreetly motioned for Yen to approach. What Damron was saying was almost an admission to what he was doing. Only one reason to come to Skip Seven. Either you worked for The Organization, worked for Vao and shopped at his Emporium, or you wanted to try your luck and steal from him. Finishing his drink, Gesh set the cup down and nodded.
"I may know of a few people that could be looking for someone of your particular skillset....hmm...one guy I know is looking to beef up his systems. Think that is something you could do for him?"
At this point, a rather large and intimidating Rodian managed to approach them from behind Damron while he was engaged with Gesh. Clearing his throat, the Rodian spoke in Rodese to the armored individual, blaster pistol leveled at the seated man's back.
"Boss wants a sit down with you, friend. Given we are on his turf, I recommend not making a scene. Nice and quiet like now."
Gesh merely rolled his eyes. Drawing his pistol as well and aiming casually at Damron, he shrugged apologetically.
"Sorry pal. Orders is orders. Boss gets what he wants, 'round these parts. Let's continue this elsewhere, shall we?"
Gesh looked to the Rodian who nodded slightly. Hoping to avoid an incident, but unwilling to leave the suit wearing Damron alone, it was unclear which way the situation would go at this point.

Damron had just been about to give his assent that he wanted to meet this potential employer. But that changed rather quickly as a rather large Rodian got the drop on him, already have his gun drawn. Then his drinking buddy also drew a blaster. Damron knew his armor could likely survive one or two hits without a rupture, but he was in no place to want to test the full limits of it. So he raised one hand while finishing his drink with the other. Once that was done, he retracted the 'emergency induction port.'
No need for things to get rough. I'm sure your employer and I can come to an agreement of some kind.
He was speaking like someone who knew he had everything under control, but the Zeltron knew it couldn't be further from the truth.

Innay laughed as she browsed the wares.
Soft spot, eh? You know I can fix that for ya?
Theo took the old Twi's hand and shook it firmly, nodding in acknowledgment of the offer. While free sounded good, he knew there was nothing truly free in the 'verse. If this old codger got him flying again, there would always be a returned favor.
The follow-up was the offer he knew would be coming, and he smiled and nodded.
Jerrak, you get me flying again, and you get me a couple of paying jobs, I would make time for you. At least once or twice. Just point me in a direction and no questions asked.
He looked over at Innay who had wandered off to look at something behind locked glass as she piped up.
Oh, he is my rescuer today. My afternoon client was my best paying customer, but I am not a fan of tentacles.
She shuddered and walked around the cabinet.
There's no feeling; no emotion. This is far more fun.
Theo just raised an eyebrow. He wasn’t entirely certain if she was serious or not. He sort of knew the answer to it but didn’t really want to know, so he brushed it off with a look of surprise.
But, if I can take a little bit of me time before I fly again, I won’t complain. My last employer was, well, let’s say she liked to live dangerously. I don’t mind a little excitement now and again, but that was a little much. I have had my fill of the Government, the Jedi, and the Sith alike for a while.
Theo raised another eyebrow at Jerrak. He was unsure of the standing of this individual. While the establishment seemed off the radar well enough on a random asteroid in the middle of nowhere, there was really no way to be sure.
You're not Government, Jedi, or Sith, are you?
Innay came over and patted Theo on the shoulder.
Theo, Jerrak is good people. He takes care of his own and those around him. Don't cross him, of course, but he is good people.

Jerrak chuckled at Innay's comment. Crossing him was the least of anyone's worries these days. Usually when he was crossed, some up and coming young pup took him out before Vao had to say anything. Trying to earn his good graces, which seldom worked, but he appreciated not having to get his hands dirty unless he absolutely had to. Eyeing up the kid before him, he motioned around the room."This look like any sort o' government establishment ta you, son? Jedi. Sith. I worked fer both. Didn't much care fer the latter, though they paid good...nah, yer in good hands 'ere. 'tis as Innay says, I look out fer me own. Ya got a problem, come talk. We'll work it out. You respect me, I respect you. Simple, yet many folk 'ere don't seem ta grasp the concept..."The dinging of the bell on the front door caused his lekku to twitch slightly as he gazed over to the door. It was Belruk and Lohar, with an armored individual between them. Looking no worse for wear, which meant they didn't have to rough the third being up at all. Sighing, Vao jerked a thumb towards the back."Toss 'em in me office. I'll be along in a moment."Nodding in acknowledgement, Lohar gave a nudge to Damron Blue, indicating he should follow Belruk. Returning his attentions to Theo and Innay, Vao let out a weary sigh."Sorry luv, no time ta smoke 'un wit ya. Got some...business ta take care o'."Turning to Theo, he went serious for a moment."Take care o' her, will ya? She's a mighty fine gal, that one..."Trailing off, he winked at Theo. Innay was a pistol and a handful at the best of times. The young lad had no idea what he was in for. Chuckling, Vao shuffled back behind the counter, pausing before he stepped through the threshold."Right. Leave yer docking stub with Duralle. He'll make sure I 'member to get them parts fer ya."Disappearing though the threshold to deal with his little 'hacker' problem next...

Innay blew a kiss at Jerrak as he headed back with the new toy. Theo looked at her with puzzlement, and she shrugged
You heard him, give the Mostlaan your hangar bay info. Then Imma take you to get some better threads.
Duralle took a look at Theo's datapad and nodded, mumbling something under his breath before pulling out his own and sending off a message. Innay grabbed Theo's hand and took him around the corner with a few racks of clothes and armor pieces. Letting go of him, she disappeared for a moment, and he muttered something about this trip getting more and more expensive.
Several minutes later she popped out with several button-up shirts, pants, belts, and a heavy brown oilskin duster. She plopped them in his arms and ran off to find him some adequate footwear yelling back at him to try the stuff on. Turning around a couple of times he stepped into a changing room. He was in the middle of dropping trou when Innay bust in with several boxes of shoes and boots.
Excuse me?
What? I’ve already seen what you have. Try these on.
At least close the door.
Letting out an exasperated sigh as she watched him try on the various selection she brought him. She furrowed her brow and left in a flurry, returning moments later with some different pants and a few undershirts.
You're having fun, aren’t you?
I never get to do this for my clients. You're like my own personal dress up doll!
Theo laughed as he slipped on another pair of pants to try on
It’s only because I am paying you this much.
Innay shook her head and said matter-of-factly
Nope. You are neither the best paying customer nor the best lay. I just like you.
Ouch! Wow. Calling me a bad lay is one thing. But cheap! That stings!
I never said you were bad nor cheap!
Uh huh. Nice save there. So, what about these clothes?
She posed and tapped a finger to her pursed lips as she looked him up and down. Grabbing everything he had tried, she storms out leaving him wondering in confusion what had happened.
He had only just put his original outfit back on when she re-appeared to grab the rest and vanished as quickly. She had several bags on her arm with more clothes than she had him try on. He muttered something about this trip getting more and more expensive.
Theo walked around the corner just in time to see her retrieve his credit chit and the rest of the bags. Innay flashed a smile at him and headed his way.
Ok, so these are yours, and some of these are mine. I figured I would treat myself a little, ya know?
Uh huh. On my dime?
She craned her head back as she spun around, looking at him the whole time with a beaming smile, but never saying anything. He grinned in resignation as he followed her out of the clothing areas and into the next section of the Emporium’s stores.
Innay stopped at a full suit of what looked like customized Mandalorian armor in a locked display case and gawked. Theo simply tapped her on the shoulder and shook his head, rubbing a forefinger and thumb together as he continued. Dejected, she followed him.
They picked out a small personal shield, and she grabbed one as well. He raised an eyebrow and looked at her inquisitively. Looking at him matter-of-factly, she stomped off with her new prize to look at weapons. Theo sighed, mumbling something about expenses.
They eventually made it out of the Emporium. Bags of clothes, some armor, tools, devices, and a shiny upgraded blaster for Innay had her practically skipping out of there. She had a pep to her step. Theo was exhausted and just wanted to get back to his room for a smoke and a stiff drink.

Damron went along with the mercs without any fuss. Noticing who he would be dealing with, he had a sinking suspicion that this Twi'lek would not be impressed by fast talk and charm. But he waited to see what the grizzled merc would say first.

Lohar and Belruk escorted Damron to Vao's office. The office was quite large, with a sectional sofa off to the left of the door. To the right was a wet bar. At the back was Vao's ornate wroshyyr wood desk. Pushing the armored being into a seat before the desk, Lohar and Belruk holstered their weapons and stepped back a bit as Vao himself, shuffled past them and turned to face the armored individual. Leaning against the desk behind him, he sized up the man. With a snort, the Twi'lek moved around the desk and seated himself.
"Yer a slippery one, Mr. Blue. Cost me a sizable fortune in yer siphoning of me funds...what? Ya thought I wouldn't notice? I 'ave been in this line 'o work for long enough, kid. I know my costs. And they ain't what ya claimed with your falsified reports..."
Plucking a pair of reading glasses off his desk, the Twi'lek placed them on the bridge of his nose and called up several financial reports that had been flagged since Damron's arrival to Skip Seven. With the proof right before them, the Twi'lek looked over to the armored individual.
"Well? Got anything to say fer yerself?"
Profit loss in his line of work was expected. There was no way around it. But, if you had any sort of business sense, one could offset the loss over the course of a fiscal year. And Vao had been doing this long enough to know that his business scheme was solid. Mildly annoyed with the man before him, he was also slightly impressed with his skills.
