What about this one? I still prefer the Phoenix one that I voted for, but this could be a compromise and an option. It's a Star Wars sigil, after all. Kinda looks like two conjoined c's facing each other and the stars could be Corellia, Fondor and the other founding systems.  |

Updated the opening post to reflect the agreed upon Emblem of the Corellian Coalition.
With Markings being primarily Blue and Green.
Also planning to get us rolling on Osarian and Rhommamool soon.

Just to catch everyone up as to what the plan is for the upcoming RP's:
Graemon and Lynne are over on Froz trying to rescue some GA remnant forces under the control of the Starborn Sisters, that are being pursued by Imperial forces controlled by Jenia.
Plan is to get some mini liberation/invasions going on Rhommamool and Osarian this weekend. Main objective will be to fight some NPC'ed Warlord forces there, just to give everyone a nice RP working together to fight some ships, then run some ground ops. Planning to have some of the Knights of Karabor alongside our Navy and Army.
After that, looking to hit up Algara II and Dressel. Either of these can be some fun politicking wheeling and dealing to get them onside, while the other can be another little liberation event. But they'll be a prelude to the Bothan's joining the Coalition.
Other wishlist worlds are Kinyen, Vandelhelm, and Varonat. These can either be before or after the Hoth Skirmish between CC and First Order forces. Just to give us some more territory (with strategic advantage) and give us a little bit to do. We can always try rope in some PC resistance on some of these other worlds on the wishlist.
If anyone has any other ideas or suggestions, etc, always happy to incorporate them. I'm looking forward to us getting some activity going and getting some ships added to the database for us to use.

Just a reminder, Rhommamool was the domain of Xander (and Viox) for decades...so it would be an interesting place to take over, given its history with the dark side on the site...

I would be up for liberating worlds within the Expanse. Sign me up for the Rhommamool/Osarian Campaign. Resistance of any kind from a former Sith world would be an excellent opportunity to test the Consortium's fleet and soldiers.

I mean half the site has been the long term dominion of one lord of darkness or another so it shouldn’t be overly different than any of the dozens or so other times the “good guys” have taken over such a place. Adds a little bit of flavor to it at least though.

Yeah, Mike's not wrong. Pretty sure nearly everywhere has had Sith history on JvS. But yeah, was planning to have some dark side cultists over on Rhommamool for the Knights and any Jedi that want to toss their hats in for joining to deal with, while Osarian will have some rogue Imperial Warlord.
Starting posts will be going up tomorrow.

While I appreciate the offer, at least for Rhommamool, We will decline. Want to keep this first outing a nice simple get together so that we can get used to writing together and see how the pace goes.
For one of the subsequent locations? Certainly happy to take some offers from people for sure.

A tempting offer... one that I almost would like to take up...if for nothing more than to "wheel and deal" some sort of temporary alliance between the BGR and the CC...and then purely to ensure you remain a thorn in the FO's side...and keep away from the BGR for as long as possible. Naturally.

Except I think the Coalition is doing fine on its own. Probably others would agree, but I don't think its need someone to ensure we remain a thorn in the FO's side. We are moving forward with our plans and such accordingly, trying to build up to the point of course. Not to mention, I think Starmane has plans to reach out to the Jedi Order and Jedi Lords. So might be a bit of a... political and morale mess if the CC deals with the BGR. Not to mention the presence of the Knights of Karabor in our ranks wouldn't be happy either. If someone wanted to come and visit me at the RDMC I can have Jacques start to gain consciousness. Since Graemon leads security and intelligence (C-Sec), for the Coalition, likely he would personally visit or someone high-ranking from his department would. They would likely have agents watching over him and have some guards on the planet, with RDMC's permission, keeping watch. Jacques is a former Prime Minister and still has that prestige and honor to his name as being the first of the office. |
