In a series of sudden flashes, the Sith'ari's personal fleet exited hyperspace over the fiery world of Mustafar, heeding the master's call to arms. Previously occupied over Clak'dor VII, the Sith'ari's fleet had concluded its business there and received the call sent out by Darth Malvus, calling all ships within the Blackguard to return home immediately. Remaining in formation, the fleet holds position outside of the orbiting stations' firing range, ready to go as soon as their master was at the helm...

Above the molten world of Mustafar, a single Nihl-Class Assault Cruiser, the Fist of Ingenuity, materialized from hyperspace. On the bridge of the vessel sat Cirdan Spiros, designer of the very vessel he sat upon. Indeed, designer of all the new-age Blackguard vessels. Yet, in the eyes of Spiros, that would never be enough. He wanted to be constantly improving his designs. Finding faults, flaws, and imperfections, before brushing over them with an expert hand. Constantly adapt his work for a strategy terrain that was ever-changing. And, in many ways, it was in the field that this experience was best gathered, rather than hearing it from the mouth of some simple soldier who did not understand the intricacies and art of the very ship he served aboard.
Which is why he was here above Mustafar. In addition to assisting in the Blackguard's operations to seize control over Dromund Kaas, he also wanted to see his designs participating in fleet actions and live combat in order to find whatever mistakes had been made with them. His communications officer sent a brief message to the lead ship of the flotilla.

At around the same time, the Sovereign, alongside the Hyperion and Paarchero, arrived in the system with a loud crack as they emerged from hyperspace. The recently promoted Grand Admiral of the Blackguard was leading the charge of these three ships from the Praetor Mk. II Battlecruiser, and would be coordinating closely with both Darth Malvus and the Sith'ari himself to ensure that the operation went as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

With a series of several flashes, The Undead fleet emerged from the depths of Hyperspace and entered Mustafar's high orbit. Standing on the bridge of The Invictus was Lord Znalost and his Executive Officer, Captain Freya Price. Lord Znalost was in the middle of a cloning experiment when he received the call to arms from the Jen'ari. Lord Znalost saw most of the other fleets in orbit as well, he wondered what was so important or valuable that required this much fire power. Whatever the reason behind it, Lord Znalost was just pleased to have a chance to test out his new clone soldiers, who were wearing new armor designed by Doctor Catherine Taylor. Even the pilots of his fleet had new armor, Lord Znalost had a mixture of clone troopers and his armored techno zombies in the sith drop pods, this would be the first time that he would be able to test the effectiveness of the drop pods in real combat and that alone was enough to show up.

Bennette, a gracefully aged woman with a sharp intellect and a knack for knowing just how to keep the Sith'ari constantly impressed with her tactics, was well aware of who Cirdan Spiros was. The fact that the master of the Blackguard's Naval Reform, himself, was here, spoke volumes about who he was and how important this upcoming assignment was.Fist of Ingenuity, permission granted. It's a pleasure to see you willing to oversee this operation personally. I'm sure the Sith'ari will also be impressed. While there were still more ships arriving, soon they would be departing for their destination. Only a select few were fully aware of where they were going and exactly what they were embarking upon. The Sith'ari was fond of keeping details of their assignments to himself until necessary. However, perks of being the Grand Admiral to his personal fleet, meant she was kept in the know about these things.

Luxeria's fleet, who had been scattered about the orbit of Mustafar came together forming up some distance from the other gathering fleets. The call had been made and the crew aboard the ships had grown excited at finally seeing some action. Since its formation three years prior, they had maintained security over the Sith world, constantly undergoing training exercises for both its ground troops and starfighter squadrons. All were ready for the time they would finally see action. And now, the time had come as they were ready to serve and show their worth to the Blackguard.
The moment the order had been sent, Luxeria immediately halted her training with her new apprentice, Kozrezic. Now they stood on the bridge of the Kyana Inamorata. Patiently, they waited for further orders from the Sith'ari about the upcoming campaign. Currently, all Luxeria knew was that it was going to be unlike anything they had undertaken before considering the presence of so many ships.

It had only been a short time since she had completed her training under Gavin and had been taken as an apprentice to the woman she idolized. She had worked hard those few short weeks to prove herself to Luxeria. Now, with the orders to gather, the Twi'lek knew her time to prove herself to the Blackguard as a whole was upon her. Step by step, challenge by challenge she was working tpwards this moment and she wasn't about to disappoint.
Standing just behind her master, she couldn't keep herself from gazing upon the woman. Strong, beautiful, powerful, determined, and unwavering, she had never met another like her. She was proud to be the apprentice of the Goddess of Illumination and proud to be standing with her now on the eve of such a mission.

The events on Falleen had provided insight into the growing strength of those who opposed the Blackguard's regime. But this was the turning point that would secure the Sith's dominance within the galaxy...
Heeding the call to arms, the two ships under Wraak's command emerged from hyperspace over the volcanic world of Mustafar, joining the que of vessels that were already there, eager to move forward with the Sith'ari's conquest of the Sith Worlds. The Exar-Class Star Destroyer and the Vindicator-Class Heavy Cruiser were present. The Kressh-Class Battle Cruiser under his brother's command was absent due to the grievous injuries Valafar had sustained on Falleen. Having barely survived the deadly encounter with Havoc Squad on Falleen, Venom had found his clan brother, barely alive, in the outlying forests. Enraged, Venom ensured his brother was taken care of, then pursued what remained of Havoc Squad until they fled Falleen. Unable to pursue them further, he was eager to get back into the fight. And he needed something to distract himself from Valafar's future survival, as it was looking grim...

From out of hyperspace, a lone shuttle appeared and made its way towards the gathering fleets. On board were the former students of Gavin who had not yet been assigned a master and had been waiting on Iridonia, continuing their training. When the call came, it meant them along with the rest as they weren't simple students anymore. They were apprentices and acolytes, skilled enough to be deployed to the battlefield if required. And for what was about to happen, the Blackguard wanted ever available warrior present and accounted for.
Five of Gavin's students sat waiting in silence as they made their approach, thinking back on the past few weeks. It had only been that long since Gavin wrapped up their training and departed the Sith Academy with six of the students in tow. He had declared there was nothing more he could teach them in regard to the basics or the norm. From here on, it was up to each of them to finish molding themselves into the warriors they desired to be. So far, only two of them had found masters. Kosrezic was gone almost the moment everything ended, having already been selected by Luxeria. Xar was the other, though he was present aboard the shuttle with the rest. How long would it be before they'd catch the attention of a master and be taken under their wing? Hopefully, this campaign would either present the opportunity, or it would show them they could manage just as well on their own.
As they grew closer, the shuttle veered off and made its approach to a group of three ships, aligning itself with the Exar-class Star Destroyer. The pilots had been given orders before departure to drop Xar off there as it was his master's ship and it was time for them to be united for the coming battle. Gaining clearance, the shuttle entered one of the hangar bays, though it didn't fully land. It opened up its boarding ramp enough for Xar to depart before making its way back out of the hangar and towards another collection of ships.
Now, the shuttle heading straight for the fleet controlled by the Sith'ari himself. Gaining clearance to land upon the flagship, the Resurrection, the shuttle landed and let the others depart and wait for further orders in the hangar bay.
The moment Xar departed the shuttle, escorts were awaiting him, ready to take him to his master. He followed without question, eager to prove himself worthy of the apprenticeship. It wasn't but a few days after Gavin departed that he met the Zabrak known as Darth Wraak. However, that had been the only meeting thus far. The Sith still had other matters to attend to before fully taking the Falleen as his apprentice, leaving him on Iridonia for the time being to continue training and wait for further orders. In that time, he did all he could with his quick abilities to learn to understand all he could about the man himself.
Now that this campaign was beginning, he had been called to join his master. His steps were confident and sure as he moved through the ship, his gaze locked forward and the tiniest smirk displayed across his face. He looked forward to what was to come. Perhaps he'd have the opportunity to extract some secrets from their enemies while he was here. Knowledge was his passion, especially that which was hard to obtain. He felt that true power lied within that path more than sheer power itself.
As the doors opened to the bridge, the guards stepped aside and allowed Xar access. It didn't take a second to find Venom. Moving up to the Zabrak, the Falleen stopped a couple of feet away and gave him a bow, speaking clearly only a single word. "Master." He had no doubts the Sith Master knew he was there. It was nothing more than a simple declaration that he was there and ready. Anything else to say or ask would be said only when spoken to, at least until he better understood what it meant to be in the man's presence.

Standing on the bridge watching the ships maneuver into formation while fighters patrolled throughout, Venom Starkiller, know by his title as Darth Wraak among the Blackguard, watching in silent contemplation. As an alert came in, informing the ship's crew that a shuttle hand arrived and just as quickly, departed, Venom felt the unmistakable presence of the Falleen Sith. Xar Betal was an eager young Falleen native who had fled his homeworld in pursuit of knowledge. Finding is way to the Blackguard, and under the tutelage of Gavin Phoenix, Xar had become a skilled warrior. Though Venon originally had no notion to take on an apprentice before he had been sent to pacify Falleen, his defeat and return to Blackguard space had changed his mind. Especially since Xar was Falleen. A healthy dose of irony if ever there was one. Turning to face the young Falleen, Venom spoke. His voice was steady, yet commanding.
"Apprentice. At last we are able to join. As of this moment, you are my apprentice. My word is law. The only being with the power to override my word is the Sith'ari himself. Before we depart, my clan brother will not be joining us. His injuries during our most recent campaign were extensive...regardless of his well being, you will be accompanying me...as I have been informed that the Sith'ari has a special task for us..."
The pale Zabrak's golden hued eyes scanned over the Falleen, taking in his features, body language and unseen anticipation for having been selected by a master. This was good. Xar was eager and excited. Provided he wasn't too headstrong or stubborn, Venom would mold the young Falleen into the best warrior the Blackguard had ever seen. His previous training at the hands of Viox Savage would grant him the ability to understand the Sith'ari's methods and impart that wisdom onto Xar.

Xar lifted his head as the Sith spoke, standing tall within his presence. The words that came were of no surprise. Gavin had instilled much knowledge into him, guided him, showing him and the others lessons not only regarding the Sith teachings. But he was no Sith himself, having a much different approach to the relationship between master and student. Something that Xar had prepared for and anticipated. The master's word was law except against those above him. His studies had certainly proved effective.
"Of course, Master. As you instruct, I will follow." He then stepped up beside his master, looking out into the void of space at the gathering ships, reflecting a moment on this special task of theirs. "This task must be of great importance to have gathered so many that reside under our banner. In all the time I've been with the Sith, never have I heard a call to arms like this."

Having boarded a shuttle down at the Obelisk, Sith'ari Viox Savage, with his adopted daughter Darth Sirona in tow, finally arrived on board his flagship. The Resurrection, an Interdictor-Class Cruiser, may not have been the largest vessel present, but it served its purpose as the Zabrak's flagship. Making his way to the bridge, the Sith stepped on to the bridge and made his way over to the holo-pad. It warmed as he stepped onto it. Activating, it would display his image across all of the gathered Blackguard ships. Garbed in the simple trapping of a Sith, black tunic, black cloak, gauntlets, boots and a belt, the Sith cleared his throat and spoke. The time has come! Today marks the pinnacle of our journey, of our tireless efforts. Today we move towards Dromund Kaas! A world that rightfully belongs in our hands. Steeped with the dark side and ancient Sith knowledge, we move forth to liberate the Sith Worlds from the so called heretics, that claim to be the true wielders of our dark power. We will show them no mercy, give them no quarter. And when the dust settles, we will have claimed our prize! Onward, to Dromund Kaas! For the Blackguard! With an almost zealous fervor, the Zabrak spoke. Ultimately, this was one more step towards his grand scheme. However, keeping those that followed him, inspired by what he had started was key to his success. He had come to far to turn back now. He had invested too much into making the Blackguard what it was. Now it was time to show the galaxy exactly what they were capable of. Felucia had only been the start. Soon all of his enemies would feel his wrath...starting with the Sith Heretics that Malvus had reported, were lurking around the Sith Worlds. Stepping off of the holo-pad, Savage looked to Grand Admiral Bennette and issued orders."Get us underway, Grand Admiral, then join us in the War Room. There is much to discuss before we arrive at our destination."Motioning for the young Nidana to follow, the Zabrak then departed the bridge and made his way to the lift that would take him down to the ship's War Room, where he would consult and strategize with the other officers within the fleet to coordinate their attack.

Luxeria watched from her place on the bridge as the holo projector and screens lit up, soon displaying the Sith’ari. As he came into view, Luxeria dropped her head, the time finally coming to learn of what their task would be. As he spoke, she noted his tone and fervor, this mission was clearly of great importance to Viox and the Blackguard as a whole. Everyone that could be gathered had been assembled. It seemed that her ascension to the rank of master was well timed. She would set foot upon the old worlds as a true and powerful Sith.
Shouts and yells at the Sith’s speech rang out around her, each eager to prove themselves, ready to claim this work. To this, her smirk grew. They were excited, which was good. Her fleet had spent years preparing for a task just like this. They’d fight hard and wouldn’t let her down. As the image of Viox faded, she turned, motioning for her apprentice and the Commodore to follow. Their destination was set and coordinates were already being loaded for the jump. All that was left was awaiting the command. For Luxeria, Kosrezic, and Anastasia, they’d await word from the Sith’ari in their own war room, ready to receive further instructions for their task.

It seemed to quite the task ahead of them, looking to seize control of Dromund Kaas. This would be her first true mission among the Blackguard and it appeared to be the largest campaign the order would face to date. We’re they expecting heavy resistance or where they simply seeking to ensure a quick and smooth take over? There was no telling what laid before them but the Twi’lek wasn’t about to back down. She had worked hard to get here, to find her place under Luxeria’s tutelage. And she would prove worthy of it all.
As did her master, she remained quite as the others cheered and cried out at the speeches end. With an elegant turn, she fell into step behind Luxeria as they departed the bridge for the war room.

Those that had arrived as mere acolytes waited in the hangar of Viox’s ship when he arrived. As he disembarked, they moved quickly towards his shuttle, bowing their heads to him as he passed. As he left, they spoke among themselves, speaking of the man and the power they felt, the task that was set before them, and that Nidana was walking by his side. It had been rumored that she had been adopted, but be that the case or she finding herself as his apprentice, it didn’t really matter. She had gained an honor above the rest.
Keeping themselves waiting in the hangar, it wasn’t much longer before Viox’s voice rang out throughout the hangar. Attentive, the listener as they were told of the mission, the importance of it all resonating well within his tones. They cried out with the crew, ready for the fight and to prove themselves worthy to be warriors of the Blackguard, worthy to be called Sith.

Nidana did not miss some of the looks that the Spectres gave her, as they now saw her in her place as daughter to the Dark Lord himself. But she didn't have time to dwell on them, for the Blackguard was about to be underway with what would be it's greatest triumph yet! Standing dutifully to the side as Viox gave his speech, the young woman couldn't help by give a cheer herself, as she felt the passion and purpose in all of the Sith Lords words. However, Viox surprised her when he motioned for her to join him in the War room. Timidly now she followed behind, surely in this meeting would be the greatest the Sith had to offer... and Nidana. But she wouldn't voice that opinion, only follow close behind the Iridonian who had changed her life.

Upon the vessel, Darkblood, Malvus listened to the speech of the Sith'ari. For once, the Jen'ari would be separated from his superior, but for good reason. The warship, a Harrower-class Dreadnaught, had been modified to include a specifically calibrated meditation chamber. One that would be of good use in the battle to come. As the speech ended, war cries and cheers resounded across the bridge as the Sith Lord withdraw to the chamber in question. Command was formally handed over to Commander Solaris who would lead the fleet while the Jen'ari performed his Sith magic and technique.
Perhaps only the Sith'ari and the Jen'ari truly understood the gravity of what faced them. Malvus had visited the world of Dromund Kaas before, when Luxeria was still an apprentice, yet never felt the presence of this cult that had been operating within the Sith Worlds. That alone attested to whoever commanded them, someone who would be very versatile in their technique and powers of the Dark Side. This was no mere rabble, this was a well-structured organization with military power and manpower to project their influence across the Sith Worlds. In a way, the Sith'ari had effectively declared a black crusade, a holy war, upon these low-life heretics. The zealous fervor of the Sith'ari's tone was enough for Malvus to get that picture and feeling. The Blackguard had certainly radicalized itself, setting it above and apart from its predecessors. Felucia had been a stepping stone, this was a leap into the future that Lord Savage had long desired and planned for.
As he entered the chamber, Malvus halted as he felt something in the Force. His gaze looking outward at the stars a moment later. It seemed Dromund Kaas was expecting them... and someone was watching them from afar. The Sith Lord was right; this was no mere slaughter, but a trial, a crucible, that would test the prowess of the Blackguard.

Aboard The Invictus, Mustafar's High Orbit.
Lord Znalost watched and listened to the Holo of the Sith'ari giving his speech, Znalost had to give the Sith'ari credit for being able inspire those beneath him to fight for his cause. He of course needed no speech to follow the Sith'ari's cause, as he owed a debt that could only be repaid by saving/sparing the Sith'ari's life as he did for him years ago on Iridonia. Once the speech was over, Lord Znalost and Captain Price exited the bridge and headed into The Invictus' war room where the other Sith Lords and Officers of the entire Blackguard fleet would meet via Holo and discuss the correct strategy for the upcoming battle. Knowing that his fleet has the Sith Personnel Carriers, it would be obvious that he would send them in to deploy the sith drop pods at key locations to act as the first wave. This would give the other fleets time to deploy their own drop ships, all the while the rest of his fleet would deploy their fighters and engage the enemy in orbit while also protecting the personnel carriers as their made their drops.

Interdictor-Class Cruiser: Resurrection - War Room. Mustafar's Orbit.Striding into the War Room in the bowels of his flagship, the Zabrak Sith Lord stood at the head of the table, while his senior officers on board sat off to his left and right. The rest of the officers within his fleet were present, via hologram. As more holograms appeared, Lord Znalost and his command, Luxeria and hers, Malvus and his, the Sith'ari waved his hand over the holotable before him. A map of the Sith Worlds sprang to life before him. Eyeing the map thoughtfully for a moment, the fierce yellow eyes of the Zabrak finally looked up at the group gathered within the War Room."Dromund Kaas is out objective. Though pacifying and gaining control of the entire region is the endgame..."He let his words linger for a moment, allowing everyone present to process that information. Speaking again, he pointed to a world, which enlarged and enhanced."Bosthirda will likely be the location where our enemy will attempt to head us off. I expect heavy resistance here. Jen'ari, your fleet will provide the bulk of our initial force to keep the enemy occupied over Bosthrida."Glancing up over to the hologram of Malvus, he knew that Malvus would be the best choice for this engagement. Swiping Bosthirda away and selecting another planet, it replaced the image of Bosthirda."Dromund Kalakar. A ship-bearing world for these heretics. Sure to be well defended. Darth Wraak, you and your new apprentice will be in charge of engaging our foes here. Eliminate the enemy however you see fit, though the shipyard will remain intact at all costs."The Sith looked up at the image of his former apprentice, which now seemed to be a lifetime ago, and inclined his head slightly. Despite their differences, he trusted Venom. He was a competent warrior and a solid tactician when the need arose. Swiping the image of Dromund Kalakar away, he pointed to another."Jaguada. Most likely the point of a rearguard in an attempt to keep us from circling around and cutting off their retreat. Luxeria, your fleet will jump to Khar Delba. Seek out and destroy any enemy presence there as quickly and as quietly as you can, the await my signal. Once we have the enemy in full retreat, you will jump in an intercept them."Looking to Luxeria and her officers present, a slight smirk tugged at the corners of his mouth as he recalled their engagement several weeks ago. Tenacious and determined, Luxeria was the best choice for trapping the heretics as they ran. Swiping Jaguada's image away, he pulled up the image of Dromund Kaas itself. The ultimate prize. In order to drive the enemy away from Kaas quickly, he needed something that would crash against them hard and fast. And this is where the next part of his plan came into play."Znalost. Are your...creatures ready for field testing? He despised the idea of using something other than tried and true soldiers and droids, however, in order to prevent Malvus, Wraak or Luxeria's forces from suffering tremendous losses in a prolonged engagement, he needed expendable hordes to throw at the enemy's stronghold. Which is where Znalost's...experiments...would come into play. Similar to how he intended to utilize his former apprentice's parasite, he intended to use Znalost's soldiers as an expendable army. The only difference here was that Znalost had much better control mechanisms in place than Cain had. Looking over to the shimmering blue image of Znalost, he awaited the young man's response.

The holoimage of Malvus moved slightly as the transmission fluctuated slightly. The Sith's gaze was trained upon the world of Bosthirda, a planet well known in the annals of the Sith and other Dark Side users. It had been a stronghold of the Supreme Prophet, Kadaan, after his fall from favor with Emperor Palpatine. The cultists, that they were to face, likely occupied the dark temple that still resided there and took it up as an outpost to defend Dromund Kaas. Knowing the resources of the late Prophet, the temple was likely heavily defended and result in heavy losses via a ground assault. Malvus would need to use his Sith magic to ensure it gave him a necessary edge.
Lord Savage, do I have your permission to exterminate the world thoroughly of its cultists? I fear if I linger over the world for too long, my troops and ships may not be able to aid the push against Dromund Kaas. The center of our objectives will need all the firepower and manpower it can gain.
Malvus looks up from the table to gaze directly at the Sith'ari.
They are expecting us, after all. The Dark Side has given me visions as of late... their leader is watching us from afar and the hordes at their disposal are grand and fanatical. A rabble, for certain, but they have numbers after all. Numbers to expend within an arm's reach.
