Torin listens intently to Aya's instructions, nodding when she has finished speaking to indicate his understanding of them. Already beginning to plan his itinerary based on her wholly understandable desire for him to initially focus on the capital worlds, Torin takes a moment to consider her question to him, and then shakes his head, "Not in the immediate future, no."
"It would, he continues, however, be helpful to know whether or not your plans include increasing the operational capacity of MandalMotors? With both General Kaine and Damocles having apparently sought out other endeavors, the effort to do so has stalled, if not halted in its tracks. As you may or may not know, Clan Bralor has an arrangement with the First Order that includes regular shipments of shipbuilding and engineering materials from Agamar as well as other First Order held worlds, along with natural resources useful in weapons manufacture. It would be a shame were those resources not put to their intended use of fostering an increased industrial capacity on Manda'yaim."

Aya nods in agreement, before taking a sip of her own drink.
-Aya I do, in fact, have plans in regards to the shipyards. They are not quiet fully formed yet though. For one, I didn't yet have anyone in mind for heading up the task of getting them turning over smoothly. If you want it, you can take on that task as well. As an attachment to your other fleet duties.

Torin shakes his head after a moment spent considering Aya's offer, his intention in asking after MandalMotors not having been to imply a request to be given the task of ensuring their continued operation so much as to learn whether the Mando'ade would be able to rely on the production of the ships and vehicles produced by MandalMotors in the future, saying without any sense of reproach or offering unsolicited advice in his tone, "I would not have you make such an important decision with less care and consideration than you had planned on giving it. If, after you have a chance to thoroughly consider the matter, you conclude that Clan Bralor is the most suitable candidate for the task, we will see that it is done."
Coming to attention, Torin says, "As for the time being, I will devote myself to the assessment of the naval defenses of our core worlds, and will make the first report of my progress within the week. Ret'urcye mhi."
Provided that Aya has nothing additional to add, Torin makes his way from her office to begin the journey to Norg Bral, already beginning to think of where the first stop on his tour of the core worlds held by the Mando'ade should be.

The rebuke was not unearned. A resource that valuable to the people shouldn't be handed away lightly. On the other hand, the two clans most suited for the task had either gone silent or fallen into disrespect. She was loath to put her clan into any major role, partly for fear that it would be seen as favoritism & partly because it would deny another clan the chance to contribute to the whole while they improved themselves.

*The young Allit'alor entered the Oyu'baat, pausing only briefly to glance around. A few patrons glanced her way before returning to their business. She hadn't been here since she was a child, but place held some form of strange familiarity. The stares prompted her to move further into the room rather the loiter by the door. Then again, they probably wondered why she looked as if she just returned from a brawl, which is exactly where she had been. Each step was a little slower then normal as she made her way to the bar. Every step sent a sharp numbing pain up her side. This was nothing new to her, nor would it be the last time she felt like this. She sank into a barstool and order a glass of whiskey.*
*As she waited for her drink, her hand slid up the back of her shirt to feel the large bruise growing just below her right ribs. She could feel the slight swelling even through the black armorweave shirt she wore under her matching tshirt. Wincing slightly, she grabbed the drink the bartender set on the counter for her. With any luck, it would help dull the pain till she could figure the next step in her plan.
*As she sat and drank, she began to make a mental list of people she could contact. Naturally she ruled out her parents, since she didn't want them fretting over her injuries. Then she thought of Torin Bralor, he was really the only person she knew on Mandalore, other than her parents. Taking a slow painful breath she sent a message to Aliit'alor Bralor, asking for advice.*

Rather than asking Ellie for further details about the advice she seeks, Torin replies to her message by saying that he will meet her shortly at the Oyu'baat. Not long after he has sent the message, Torin arrives at the Oyu'baat and, after searching for Ellie and finding her at the bar, walks over to join her. Clasping Ellie on the shoulder as he greets her warmly in Mando'a, Su cuy'gar, Ellie, Torin notes the young woman's injured appearance and, though his expression denotes his concern for her, does not ask about them immediately, preferring her to explain them if and when she chooses.
Ordering a short glass of tihaar over ice for himself and a refill of whatever Ellie had been drinking for her, Torin removes his buy'ce and sets it on the bar as he asks, "Me'vaar ti gar?" The manner and tone in which he asks the question is somewhere between a request for a full report on how she has been and why she has come seeking his advice and a more casual question as to how she is doing, leaving it to her to dictate how quickly they begin discussing what has brought her here to Manda'yaim at this time.

*Ellie looked up from her glass as Torin. She gave him a nod as he greeted her. * "Su cuy'gar." *She thanked the bartender for refilling her drink. Then she gathered her thoughts as best she could to explain them to Torin. Turning to Torin, she spoke in Mando'a.* "I've been alright. Just returned from a small skirmish in a nearby asteroid belt. Well..the fight wasn't in the asteroid belt itself, but a staging area for asteroid tugs." *She took a swig of her drink before continuing.* "Some pirates had ahold of it and were smuggling goods from there. I decided it be better used by clan Ordo then let them have it. See if we couldn't drag some iron or whatever out of those rocks."
*She hesitated for a moment, knowing that she was dancing around the subject she called Torin here for.* "Although...that's not what I wanted to tell you about. It's just....I'm having a hard time focusing on my job. Being Aliit'alor, I mean. I feel this draw to just leave everything behind and set out again." *She stared at the glass in her hands as if it held the words she was looking for.* "Like I need to find the next great hunt or move from battle to battle. I can't get any work done cause I'm always trying to get rid of this feeling." *Ellie gave a low short laugh as she thought about recent events.* "The battle with the pirates didn't help it any either." *She fiddle with her cup for a second before turning to Torin.* "I'm..not sure how long I can keep being Aliit'alor, or if I even should be anymore."

Torin listens without interruption as Ellie explains all that is on her mind, lips pursed in thought as she finishes speaking. Taking a drink of his tihaar while collecting his thoughts, Torin is silent a moment before replying in Mando'a, no judgement in his expression or tone, "While I cannot tell you what you should do, Ellie, I can at least offer my thoughts on the matter. Smiling with a shrug of his shoulders, he jokes, I cannot guarantee that those thoughts will be of much use, of course. Turning so that he is facing the young woman and meeting her eyes as he speaks, Torin says, The question I think you need to ask yourself is what would be best for your clan. Motioning towards her, he explains, Are you, despite your craving for hunts and battles, the best leader for them? Being a leader often demands the sacrifice of time, personal desires, and other things. Being able to make those sacrifices required of them, finding the strength and courage within to make them, is what makes leaders effective. On the other hand, he lifts a finger, recognizing that one cannot make such sacrifices, admitting that hard truth to themselves and stepping down also takes strength and courage. If you know you cannot lead effectively due to the call of those other things that speak to you, then your course is clear, or so it seems to me. Either groom a lieutenant that can lead in your stead when you must hunt or battle, or seek someone to take your place so that you are not pulled in two directions by your needs and those of your clan."

*Ellie suppressed the urge to sigh at Torin's response. Instead she took a sip of her drink and tried to think it over.* "I honestly don't think I'm a good leader. Some of the time I can barely lead myself." *She turned her eyes to meet Torin's.* "I don't even know who I would get as a replacement. I'm from clan Ordo, but....I don't know these people. Fourteen years, that's how long I was away from Mandalore. The first time I set foot on Ordo was when I got selected to be Aliit'alor." *Ellie looked down at her hands before closing her eyes.* "I should have turned her down and disappeared like I normally do."

*Raine darted into the Oyu'baat and carefully skirted away from the bar. The last time she was here she got into a fight with another kid, and she wasn't sure how the bartender would take her presence. That didn't matter much to her, since she was looking for someone specific. She had spent her whole day trying to find her buir, but to no avail. This was one place she hoped he'd be, and if not...well, she would be out of ideas.*
*Her light gray eyes scanned around the room. Sadly, she didn't see her buir here. Letting out a groan, she sank down into a chair in a defeated manner. Worry began to fill her as she wondered where her buir could possibly be.*

Galaar walked into the Oyu'baat, always looking for a drink. He began to realize that the Mandalorian drank more ever since he became Aliit'ator of the Fetts... probably because it was a position he still didn't love, but it was out of necessity. His fellow clansmen and women wanted him to lead and believed in his leadership. Sometimes though, the Mandalorian desired to return to his hunting lifestyle and travel the stars, hunting beasts for high paying clients. The rich certainly did pay a pretty penny for some of these beasts and it did make Galaar wonder just how informed they were on the worth of some of these creatures. But, he never complained nor corrected them.
Helmet on the counter and a glass of Tarisian ale in his hand, Galaar takes a good gulp. Only a short break, he told himself, before returning to clan business on Mandalore.

==Mand'alor's Paperwork Woes== <<107PP; O7 Sector, Mandalore, Keldade, Oyu'baat, Mand'alor's Office>>
Aya had been unusually occupied with sorting through & coordinating the task of uncluttering the traditional working office of the Mand'alor. It had been something that had taxed even her impressive systems. Some of the documents were literally hundreds of years old & better placed in museums & private collections than in a working office. She currently had several offices worth of workers spread across the galaxy remotely compiling & sorting the uploaded work. While it would be a while yet before everything had been properly dealt with, at least now they office didn't have any piles of old work to deal with.

*Raine looked up when the new comer entered the Oyu'baat. She tilted her head some in curiosity at the man she recognized from somewhere. The question was where had she seen him? Then it hit her, she had seen him with her uncle Faelan before. Then an idea came to mind that also raised some hope in her. She hopped off her chair and cautiously approached the man.*
*As she approached, she could sense a tiredness in him. She paused for a moment, taking in the mans worn beskar'gam. Then she looked at her own attire, black combat boots, brown cargo pants with a red plaid skirt over that and a black tshirt with clan Bralor's symbol on the back. Her right arm was bandaged from her wrist all the way to her elbow, to hide the scars left by the nexu. Running her hand through her short pixie cut hair, she stepped forward and spoke.* "E..excuse me. You wouldn't happen to know Faelan Bralor, would you?"

Some of the time I can barely lead myself." *She turned her eyes to meet Torin's.* "I don't even know who I would get as a replacement. I'm from clan Ordo, but....I don't know these people. Fourteen years, that's how long I was away from Mandalore. The first time I set foot on Ordo was when I got selected to be Aliit'alor." *Ellie looked down at her hands before closing her eyes.* "I should have turned her down and disappeared like I normally do." Torin nods, unable to disagree with Ellie's assertion that she should have turned the offer to assume the role of aliit'alor down in light of all that she has shared with him, "Perhaps you should have. Why didn't you? Waving the question aside, seeing little value in pursuing it, Torin says without any hint of accusation or rancor, All of the things you spoke of, your belief that you cannot lead yourself, the fact that you have been away from Manda'yaim and your clan for so long, are things you should have considered before now, Ellie. To be fair, those same things should have been considered by those who offered you the role."
Drumming his fingers on the side of his mug, Torin is silent a moment as he mulls the matter over. In light of all that Ellie has shared, there would be little value in trying to convince her to remain in a position she feels unsuited for and for which all the available evidence suggests she should never have been asked to take; by her own admission, after all, Ellie is restless, uncertain of herself or what it is she wants from life. Leading a clan might help some to find, and possible define themselves, but it would mean overcoming what sounds like a fundamentally unformed and ever shifting sense of purpose and directing in Ellie which would prevent her from those things. After taking a drink, Torin says, "My advice to you is this, if you are truly and completely decided that you cannot continue on as aliit'alor, step down. There is no shame in admitting one's mistakes. As for who leads in your stead, put the matter before your clan. As you said, you know them not, and so must simply trust that they know who best should lead them."

*Ellie didn't really know what she expected, but Torin about summed it up. She finished her drink gave a low sigh.* "When Ka'ra picked me, she gave a list of things to describe me and what I've done. She said that those things were the reason she believed that I should lead clan Ordo. Thinking back, a lot of those things could be placed on just about anyone. Maybe she was just desperate to hand over leadership to someone else. I agreed because....I was still in shock at the moment from the offer. Had I been thinking clearly, I would have turned her down then and there. She did kinda leave quickly afterwards, probably to make sure I didn't have time to change my mind."
*The bartender refilled Ellie's drink when she raised her glass to him when he passed by. She stared at the amber liquid for a minute before speaking.* "I'll have to inform the clan of my decision, give them time to chose someone else. Hopefully they can find a suitable replacement quickly and without much problem." *She took a sip of her drink before giving a short laugh.* "I'm sorry if I'm making you think that I'm a terrible person. Truly, I'm not as bad as I make myself out to be. I'm...just not good at being a leader. Having that many people relying on you." *Ellie turned to Torin and raised her glass to him.* "And...thank you, Aliit'alor Bralor. You've definitely helped me sort this out s little better."

Torin has a mildly amused grin when Ellie describes how Ka'ra departed rather quickly after transferring leadership of her clan to Ellie, and shakes his head when Ellie suggests he might find her at fault for having made an error in judgement. "I don't think you're a terrible person, Ellie. You made a mistake. We all do. The important thing is that you learn from it, and are going to try and make it right rather than running from it. I'm happy to have helped, he says, resting a hand on her shoulder, and want you to know that you will always have a friend in me."
Looking over towards Raine when he recognizes her voice, Torin also sees Lorcan has entered the Oyu'baat, though neither of the two has yet spotted the other. Turning back to Ellie, Torin says, "If you'll excuse me, I think I might be able to facilitate a bit of a family reunion."
Walking over to Raine, Torin gives Galaar a nod of greeting and then pats Raine on the shoulder and points towards where Lorcan, with Eimhin on his shoulders, is, true to form, flirting with an attractive female Mandalorin with red hair and freckles, telling her in Mando'a, "Your uncle is on Agamar, Raine, but your father is just over there with your brother. You might want to get his attention before he becomes too distracted by his new friend."

*Raine looked up when someone patted her on the shoulder and spoke. To her surprise, and relief, it was Torin. Before she could, he told her where her uncle was and more importantly, where her buir was. She looked in the direction he was pointing, and sure enough her buir was in the Oyu'baat....flirting with a woman. Several emotions ran through Raine at that point, relief, surprise and anger.*
*She darted forward and hugged her buir almost at a full run.* "Buir! I finally found you! I searched everywhere after..." *Her excitement turned to anger as she took a step back and punched her buir in the side.* "..after you left me! I was stuck at the orphanage and they wouldn't let me leave, thought I was one of the orphans there. Then, I had to break out and find my way home. No one was there, so I came here, figuring that this was the last place to check. If you weren't here, then...I..I don't know what I'd do."

Lorcan is so happy to see Raine safe and sound that he scarcely notices the red haired Mandalorian woman, laughing when Raine punches her buir in the side and begins laying into him for having left her, takes her leave after saying that he looks like he has his hands full. Raising his hands in protest, Lorcan says, "Hold on, hold on! I didn't leave you. Em and Gradoni took off to . . ."
Eimhin, grinning happily, interrupts Lorcan to tell Raine enthusiastically, "Guess what! Dad fought two of those giant snake things off all by himself! Oh! Oh! We went over this big waterfall, and . . ."
Interrupting Eimhin, Lorcan nods emphatically as he tells Raine, "See! Reasons! Good ones! After we went over the waterfa. . ."
Going on despite Lorcan's attempt to interrupt, Eimhin bounces on his father's shoulders as he tells Raine right over what Lorcan is saying, "We hadda go back through the forest after we went over the falls! It was awesome! We had a campfire, and cooked meat over it!"
Nodding some more, Lorcan repeats, "Reasons, see? Grinning sheepishly and rubbing the back of his head, he says, And, hey, you're safe, and we're all together again, so it's all good, right?"

*Raine's grey eyes darted between her buir and Em as they explained why they were gone. Everything from Em and Gradoni taking off, to their adventure to get back. Sure it was a good reason why they were delayed, but Raine was still unhappy about being left behind.*
*Subconsciously, her mind had reached out with the force and took hold of a nearby glass. Her fist balled up as she attempted to look intimidating with her diminutive size. The tighter her fist got and the more intimidating she tried to look, the more the glass shook and slowly rattled across the table. With a small pop, a crack appeared on the side of the glass as it threatened to shatter completely. Before it had a chance though, Raine let out a sigh and almost all of her anger washed away. When she did, the glass stopped rattling and sat still.* "Okay.." *Was all she managed to say. Walking over, she rested her forehead against her buirs chest and closed her eyes.* "They really did think I was an orphan. Had I not escaped, then maybe someone would have tried to adopt me. Then again, they might not of wanted someone as wild as me."

*Ellie suppressed some of her smile when Torin said he didn't find her at fault. Rather, he was glad to help, maybe even glad that Ellie was able to except that she made the wrong choice. She turned to face the man and gave him a nod.* "Thanks..for everything. Also, I'm glad to call you a friend as well."
*She gave a nod when Torin excused himself to go and help with a family reunion. Ellie watched him curiously as he walked over to a young girl and pointed out a man that must have been her father. She gave a small grin as she ran over to man and hugged him, then punched him in the side. Then she felt a ripple of anger through the force from the girl, far stronger and in only a way someone force sensitive could do. Ellie's eyes fell on the glass shaking on the table. Realizing what the girl was wasn't all that hard for her to guess. She stepped up beside Torin and spoke in a low voice only he could hear.* "That girl, she's force sensitive, isn't she?"
