Lorcan breathes an internal sigh of relief when the glass he had noted evidencing signs of being under strain as though in response to Raine's anger does not shatter, glad that his daughter was able to get her emotions under control before creating a scene that might draw unwanted attention and questions. Resting a hand on Raine's shoulder, Lorcan says with a grin, "I wouldn't have let that happen, and, he lifts his right hand as though making a solemn oath, I promise nothing like this will happen again . . . if, you know, I can help it anyway, alright? Trying to make a joke, he purses his lips and adds, With our track record so far, that might prove to be quite a daunting challenge, but I'm up for it, how about you guys? Tilting his head back to look at Eimhin, he suggests, No more running off will help things considerably you know, buddy, so let's work on that whole staying with your unit thing we've talked about, huh?"
Shaking his head aft er EImhin has, with all the solemnity his youth allows him to summon, agreed to try not to wander off as he has shown a tendency to do, Lorcan asks Raine, "Ready to go home? Or do you want to grab something to eat while we're here?"
Torin, looking mildly surprised for a moment until it occurs to him that Force Sensitives are able to sense one another, nods in response to Ellie's question about Raine, speaking in Mando'a while adding in a voice pitched for her alone to hear, "She is, yes. Untrained, for the most part, however."

*Raine looked up at her buir when he said he'd never let anyone take her. She did believe him and the promise he made about not letting them get separated like this again. Raine did her best not to smile. She was glad to have her buir back, but she still also wanted to be angry at him. This was proving a very difficult task.* "Okay. I promise I won't try and run off somewhere."
*Her stomach growled when her buir mentioned food. She hadn't eaten anything for quite a while.* "Can we eat here? I'm really hungry."

Ruffling Raine's hair with a grin after she promises not to try and run off, Lorcan says, "That's a good start, then chuckles as he adds while lifting Eimhin from his shoulders and holding him at eye level as he playfully growls, If we can get just get this little guy on the same page I think we'll be in good shape, yeah? Laughing when he hears the rumbling of Raine's stomach before she suggests that they eat here, Lorcan nods, Really hungry, huh? I'd never have guessed. Making his way towards an empty booth, Lorcan says cheerfully, Saves me from having to try and throw something together at home too. Pursing his lips in thought, he adds as though speaking his thoughts aloud, Maybe that nanny bot idea wasn't a bad one, huh? Or, he pauses to check out a passing dark haired female Mandalorian in green beskar'gam as she makes her way by, maybe a full time, live in baby sitter."
Spotting Torin, Lorcan waves him over, asking Raine, "You don't mind if Torin joins us, do you? Chuckling as he sits and passes menus to Raine and EImhin, Lorcan jokes, He, uh, probably doesn't need to hear about, you know, the whole losing track of your brother and you getting mistaken for an orphan thing."
Torin, returning Lorcan's wave and lifting a finger to request a moment before joining him and his children, asks Ellie in Mando'a, "Have you eaten? Would you care to join us? That is my clansman, Lorcan Bralor and his ade. Raine, the daughter, he adds in light of Ellie's earlier observation, would undoubtedly welcome the chance to meet you."

*Raine slid into the booth and crinkled her nose some at her buirs mention of a nanny droid.* "A nanny droid, really? We're not that bad." *She slowly swung her feet back and forth, her toes barely scraping the floor. Her eyes followed her buirs to the female Mandalorian he was watching.* "I don't know. Mig be be than a droid, I guess."
*She turned her attention to Torin when her buir mentioned invitin him over to eat with them.* "Sure. Also, I don't think he even knows about my arm yet." *Her eyes went from Torin to the fe Mandalorian standing next to him.* "Who's that?"

*Ellie watched the small family interact from across the room. Torin gave confirmation to what she had felt through the force and she was sure the girls buir knew about it as well, judging by his relief when she regained control of her emotions. Then Torin asked if she wished to join them. Ellie thought about it for a moment, giving a quick glance at the girl then to Torin.* "I'd be glad to join you. That is if they don't mind."

Nodding when Raine weighs in on the droid versus actual sentient being debate, Lorcan grins and says, "Real sitter, duly noted, and then asks Eimhin, Real or droid buddy?"
"Whatta bout one of those droids that look real? Eimhin asks, explaining, You know, so they'd look all real but really have real super strength and senses and stuff? Until, like, they got all battle damaged, and then had metal showing under the damage? That would be cool! Can we get one? Please, please, please?"
Lorcan crinkles his nose and muses, "Might be outta our price range, buddy, but I'll keep it in mind. Answering Raine's question about who the woman speaking with Torin is, Locan shugs and says, Not sure, I guess we'll find out in a minute when they get here though."
Joining Lorcan and his children after reassuring Ellie that he is sure that the family will not mind, Torin introduces her, "Ellie, this is Lorcan Bralor, his son Eimhin, and his daughter Raine. Leaving it up to Ellie to decide whether or not to reveal her role, if only for now, in her clan, Torin says, Everyone, this is Ellie Ordo."
As Torin and Ellie are taking their seats, Eimhin exclaims to Torin and Ellie chipperly, "My dad killed two huge snake things yesterday! And then we went over a waterfall, and he taught us how to set up camp the woods! We made a fire an' everything! It was awesome! Did you know that when you are in the woods, you have to dig a hole for poopin' and peein'? You do, yeah! It's so the scent doesn't attra. . ."
Holding up a hand with a grin more amused than embarrassed, Lorcan tells Eimhin, "Whoa there buddy, we're getting ready to eat. And you want to save some stories for later too, so, uh, let's leave it there for now, huh? Looking at Torin and Ellie, he mouths an apology, and then asks Ellie to break the ice, So, uh, how do you know Torin?"

*Ellie gave member of the Bralor family and thanked them for letting her join them. Before she was completely seated, Eimhin launched into a story about what happened to him and his buir the day before. Ellie laughed at the young boys enthusiasm.* "It sounds like you had to busy day."
*Her attention turned to Lorcan and the question he asked. She paused only for a moment before responding.* "I meet Torin on Ordo. He was tasked by the Mandalore to help upgrade our fleet and other things. I helped him get everything set in that regard." *The answer was vague but not inaccurate. She didn't feel like tossing out that she was Alii'tor of her clan, especially since she might be stepping down. Her gaze briefly went to Raine as she wondered how to proceed with asking about her force sensitivity. She turned her eyes back to Lorcan.* "You seem to have your hands full today."

*Raine gave a nod and smile to Torin as he and Ellie sat down. When Eimhin made it most of the way through his story, she couldn't help but roll her eyes. Little brothers, sometimes they could just be so embarrassing. Her buir quickly ended Eimhin's story and asked Ellie how she knew Torin. Raine took this moment to get a better loo at her. She was definitely a warrior, judging by her scars and worn Beskar'gam. The tattoo on her left arm intrigued Raine. There was something else about her that Raine couldn't quite put her finger on. Something like a feeling, or gut instinct. Raine had felt it before but couldn't remember where.*
*Raine suddenly realized that she was jsut staring at the woman almost blankly. She almost panicked, feeling as if she was being rude. A voice in her head told her to say something to make things less awkward.* "That's a cool tattoo. Where'd you get it?" *Raine did a mental facepalm at her question. Of all the things she could have said, but it was to late now."

Eimhin grins and bobs his head up and down enthusiastically when Raine says that he had a busy day, agreeing, "Yup! Very busy! Holding up his stuffed strill, somewhat worse for the wear after the recent adventures it has accompanied Eimhin on, the boy says, This is Alistair! He's my strill! Hey! Are you another sister to me an' Raine that my dad didn't know we have? My auntie Fee says that he probably has . . ."
Laughing somewhat nervously, Lorcan ruffles his son's hair before he can go on any further with the embarrassing line of conversation that he had been about to embark upon, "Ha ha! Kids, right? They say the darndest things! Sliding a menu over to Eimhin, Lorcan says, Why don't you start thinking about what you want to eat, buddy? Grinning and trying to move on to another topic, Lorcan chuckles and says, So, Ordo, huh? So, uh, what brings you here then?"

*Ellie raised an eyebrow in curiosity as Eimhin asked if she was another unknown sibling. She couldn't help but almost laugh at the question.* "No, I can say I'm not a long lost sibling. I have a twin sister and know both my parents. Although, that sounds like an unusual problem your buir has." *She gave Raine a quick glance when asked about her tattoo. Telling the young girl the whole story about it didn't seem like the best of tales to tell.* "Each mark on the tattoo represents each successful hunt I've had."
*She turned to Lorcan and gave a slight smile.* "I just returned from hunting pirates. Decided to stop on Mandalore for a bit of a break and celebration before I returned home. I didn't get much rest on Ordo, always something to keep me busy."

Eimhin widens his eyes when Ellie mentions a twin, "Wow a twin! Cool! I'd love to have another me to play around with! Is she here with you now? Does she hunt pirates too? That sounds cool! I wanna hunt pirates when I grow up! Looking up at Lorcan, he asks, Can I? Huh?"
Patting Eimhin on the head, Lorcan chuckles and says, "Sure lil' buddy, if the price is right. Returning his attention to Ellie, he glances at her tattoo, which her explanation of the design suggests indicates that she has successfully hunted more than a few bounties in her time, and lifts his drink as he says, Congratulations on the success of your hunt. I guess you'll be adding a mark or two to that tattoo, huh?"

*Ellie did her best to hide the sadness in her voice when Eimhin asked if her twin was around.* "No, she's...not around here or on Ordo. I'm not really sure where she is, I haven't seen her in a while."
*She took a sip of her drink while Lorcan told Eimhin that he could hunt pirates, but only if the price was right. Her eyes glanced to her tattoo, when Lorcan mentioned adding another mark or two. She would have to, to remember the price she paid.* "Yeah, I'm going to have to." *Ellie set her drink on the table and quickly changed the subject.* "So, Lorcan. Sounds like you're a busy man taking care of these two. Especially since I heard talk of you looking for someone to help look after them." *She looked between the two younglings, pausing for a moment longer on Raine. Ellie wanted to bring up the fact she knew the girl was force sensitive. Although she wasn't entirely sure how without being blunt about it. Given where they were at the moment, also made her hesitant about the subject.* "They can't be that bad, could they?"

Lorcan chuckles with a cheerful grin when asked if Raine and Eimhin are 'that bad', waving his hands in front of him as he says, "No, no, they aren't bad at all, don't get me wrong. Patting his chest while crinkling his nose in a theatrical way suggesting he is reluctantly admitting to something that his continuing cheerful tone makes clear he is not actually too terribly critical of in all honesty, Lorcan says, Me, on the other hand? Well, let's just say that I'm a bit new to the whole fatherhood thing. With a casual shrug of his shoulders, he says, It's never a bad idea to call on an expert for backup when you aren't one yourself, I figure."
Waving the subject aside, guessing that his domestic concerns are not likely to be of much interest to Ellie given what she has shared about herself, Lorcan ruffles Raine's hair as he changes the subject, "Raine here might be able to point you in the right direction of a place that could help with your tattoo actually. Looking towards Raine, he asks, What was that place Fee took you to? The one where she gets all her tatts?"
Happy to find a way to jump into the conversation once more, Eimhin happily informs Ellie, "Auntie Fee has loads of tattoos! Flower ones mostly! My buir once said that she is covered in them from pretty much all the way from her neck all the way down to her toes! Oh, and she also has a ring in her nose too!"

*Ellie gave a small chuckle at Lorcan's response.* "Just adventurous then, or in the wrong place at the wrong time. I can definitely relate with that." *The urge to roll her eyes at Lorcan's theatrics was there, but Ellie stopped herself short of doing it.* "Well, you're trying your best and that's all that matters. Even if you know you need help, and are more than ready to ask for it." *She gave a quick glance to Raine when Lorcan mentioned that she knew where to get a tattoo.* "I might just have to keep that in mind. Tried doing it myself before, wouldn't recommend it."
*Ellie laughed at Eimhin when he told her of his Auntie Fee and all her tattoos.* "Well I guess I know who to go and see when I want to get something different. Even if it is a flower tattoo, or a nose ring."
*She paused for a moment as a strange idea came to her. One that might give her the chance to learn more about Raine and her force sensitivity. Even give her some training in keeping it in check if her anger got the best of her.* "You know, if you're serious about needing someone to help take care of these two, then I might be able to help with that. I'm not heading back to Ordo anytime soon. Well, actually, I'm moving back to Mandalore. Besides, my sister and I have taken care of kids before, so it won't be anything new to me. I also know Torin here, so if things get real bad, then I can just call him for advice."

Laughing when Ellie advises against giving oneself a tattoo, Lorcan tilts his head to the side with an amused and puzzled grin when she suggests that she would be interested in helping with taking care of Raine and Eimhin, his first thought that she must be joking given that nothing she has said thus far would suggest she would be even remotely interested in the idea. His look becomes less puzzled when she mentions that she has taken care of children before; as someone who had been a mercenary and soldier before learning that he was a father, Lorcan can understand how, as unlikely as one accustomed to such a life might feel it would be to find joy and fulfillment in taking care of children, that can in fact be the case. Glancing towards Torin as though to gauge whether the old man had been planning this all along, Lorcan sees that his Clan leader is just as surprised by Ellie's proposal. With Raicheal, Fionnuala and Roisin all gone on missions elsewhere in the universe, Raine and Eimhin have not had a consistent female role model around, and Lorcan knows enough to know that having a positive one around is a good idea.
"Seriously? Lorcan asks before, realizing that the question might seem insulting, holding up his hands and saying, I mean, that'd be great! Waving towards Torin, Lorcan cheerily says, Your character reference is a good one, subtly asking Torin if he feels Ellie would be good in the role. Torin nods, unknowingly thinking, just as Ellie herself, that it could be good for Raine to have a Force user in her life to help her learn about her abilities, and knowing Ellie well enough to trust that she would be a good influence on Raine, Eimhin, and possibly even Lorcan himself. Realizing that Eimhin and Raine's opinions also matter, he looks over towards his children and asks, Well, what do you guys think?"
Eimhin grins and gives two thumbs up, happily declaring, "Yeah! She's awesome! She hunts pirates! Looking over at Ellie, he asks, Can we hunt pirates together, can we?!? We'll ask for a good price and everything!"
Laughing and ruffling Eimhin's hair, Lorcan says, "Well, there's one vote in your favor Ellie, and then tells Eimhin, I think we'll save the pirate hunting until you're a little older though buddy. We have to finish your training first, remember?"

*Every ounce of self control is what it took for Raine not to laugh when Eimhin asked if Ellie was a lost sibling. She knew Ellie was to old for that, but it was funny all the same. Her attention turned back to the tattoo and what it meant. There were a lot of marks to it. Ellie must have been a successful hunter indeed. Raine looked at her buir when he asked if she remembered where Fee got her tattoos.* "I remember where it's at, of she needs someone to take her there."
*Then Ellie brought up the idea of watching over her and Eimhin. The thought seemed to take both her buir and Torin by surprise, but they didn't seem against it. Raine thought for a moment about it. Eimhin was all for it, if it meant he got to hunt pirates. Raine had to admit that maybe the idea wasn't so bad, and she could do with someone else around. Especially another female in the house, since she was drastically outnumbered right now.* "I'm alright with it. Besides, I won't be outnumbered now."

*Ellie could feel the surprise through the force, not that she needed to since it was written on both Lorcan and Torin's faces. The suggestion was definitely a bold one given the situation, but Lorcan seemed to be taking the idea quite well. "Yeah, it wouldn't be a problem. I would definitely be getting a break from my usual routine. Kinda be nice to do something..normal for a change." *She gave Torin a small grin when Lorcan said he was a good reference. * "He is. I've actually learned quite a few things from him in the short time I've known him."
*Eimhin's description of her being awesome, made Ellie laugh.* "Awesome am I? Well, I think the last person to call me that was my sister. As far as hunting pirates goes. Well your buir is right, we should wait a few years for that. Although we can probably practice with fake pirates. The more practice you get, the better you are."
*Ellie was glad when Raine agreed to having her help with taking care of them. At some point she'd have to bring up the fact that she knew the girl was force sensitive, but she figured she'd get to know them first before throwing that out there. A small grin tugged at her lips when Raine mentioned being outnumbered.* "Not exactly an even number in the household, huh?"

Lorcan grins after Raine has given the idea of Ellie helping out the thumbs up, cheerfully saying, "Well, it sounds like you have the job! Pausing to order for himself and Eimhin when a server appears, Lorcan explains Raine's comment about being outnumbered after the server has departed after getting everyone's orders, Yeah, not even really. Though, he adds while pursing his lips, it's a bit less uneven now with my brother being away. Shrugging to dismiss the subject, he asks Ellie, So, when would you want to start, and what did you have in mind as far as a schedule type thing? We have the room if you want to make it a live-in position, but if you'd rather have your own place and a not so demanding schedule, we can help you make arrangements either here in Keldabe or, if you wanted to be closer to us, in Norg Bral."

*Ellie gavr a smile when Lorcan said she had the job. Honestly, this isn't what she expected to happen today, but something about it felt right. Maybe the force was trying to push her in a different direction.* "I can start whenever, my schedule is pretty clear." *Living space. That was something Ellie hadn't actually thought of, but it was one thing that needed sorted out.* "I've actually been living in my ship. Although...if you don't mind me staying, at least until I can find somewhere in Norg Bral. I can get a place that's close, hopefully within walking distance."

Lorcan shakes his head and cheerfully assures Ellie, "No, we don't mind at all, do we guys?"
Nodding before realizing that shaking his head is the more appropriate response, Eimhin agrees with his buir, "Not at all, nope! This'll be so cool! We can practice with fake pirates all we want!"
Laughing at Eimhin's enthusiasm, Lorcan tells Ellie, "I think he likes the idea just a little bit, huh? Our vheh'yaim should be at least as comfortable as your ship until you make other arrangements. Thanking the server after their meals and drinks are delivered, Lorcan takes a drink before telling Ellie, Yeah, so, if you want to make the trip to Norg Bral tonight, we can get you settled in right away. We all go to the city's orphanage in the afternoon, where I give verd'goten training to these guys and the orphans, so you'll have afternoons free to do, you know, whatever."
"Unless, Torin points out, I need to put Lorcan to work now that I know he has someone to watch over the ade while he's away."
"Right, Lorcan says, Unless that happens."
