*High Port was a sprawling orbital city located in geosynchronous orbit over the city of Harnaidan on the planet Muunilinst. A resilient skyhook extended from the towers of Harnaidan to tether the station in place and allow for cheap travel up from the planet's surface.
The station served as a spaceport catering to alien races wishing to do business with the Muuns and the InterGalactic Banking Clan. The view did much to impress such visitors. Muunilinst turned slowly below, displaying its beautiful white and gray cloud patterns, while gleaming spacecraft flitted to and fro amidst the glittering stars. Richer and higher caste Muuns sometimes took up residence here, provided they could afford it. The station was made up of two major spherical space modules, one devoted to living quarters and hotel accommodation, the other to commercial enterprises, stores, and vaults. The residential sphere also contained the High Garden, an impressive and restful setting featuring local and galactic plant life. A ring of smaller spheres, called "the Hub," surrounded the larger two. Among the smaller spheres were the IGBC stardock, the mooring station and repair facilities, a separate sphere housing the power reactor, and a special sphere constructed during the Galactic Civil War at the behest of the Galactic Empire to house Imperial monitors.*

Adjusting the sling of her DLT-19 heavy blaster rifle so the weapon is at her right side in a shoulder ready carry, Nicolina drops from the Larty and uses hand signals to order her platoon mates to disembark from the gunship and form up. As her people exit the Larty, Nicolina scans the Mooring Station/ Starship Facility area to see where the brigade XO has decided to set up his HQ, and then looks for any sign of an approaching being or beings, the Grand General not having explained whether Darth Rebellious would be meeting the troops sent to him, or whether that meeting might take place at another time. Not Nicolina reminds herself with a mental shrug, that she knows what Rebellious looks like anyway; given that she can't just assume he will look like any variation on the mental picture most have of a Darth, or Dark Lord of the Sith Order.
Time will tell, Nicolina tells herself, looking over her shoulder to see whether her men have formed up at attention yet, smiling unseen beneath her helmet upon seeing that her platoon has assembled smartly among their battalion-sized group - one of the eight such groups that were chosen for their present assignment. Moving into her own place among her platoon, Nicolina settles in to wait for Darth Rebellious to arrive. . .

A report came to Nicolina who was in High Port. It was a military priority message, detailing the recent assassination attempt upon the Grand General's person in the city of Harnaidan. Marching orders had been give by the General to move the Imperial 9th Army, or what remained of the stationed legions on Muunilist, to attack Mariunhus. The message came with an order to mobilize the infantry division under Nicolina's command and begin its military operations for the subjugation of Mariunhus and the termination of the IGBC. Grand General Delvardus would meet her and her troopers at Mariunhus's outskirts.

Darth Rebellious arrived on the orbital city a few hours after leaving the Grand General's office. In that time he had already set up shop on "the Hub," taking control of one of the less frequented spheres to be used as a training ground/camp, and made contact with a number of high ranking officers within the Imperial Remnant's military command structure. Nicademus had already sent out the directive which required them to send their most capable soldiers to High Port for "reassignment," which made the process of asset acquirement relatively smooth. The Dark Lord brought Viper battalion on board for their expertise at the suggestion of the Imperial leader and within a few days he had amassed a force of roughly 5000 men and women from various branches of military, mostly the Stormtrooper Corps, to be tested and trained.

Grand General Delvardus would meet her and her troopers at Mariunhus's outskirts. Gritting her teeth, fingers clenched at her sides as she reads the report detailing the assassination attempt on the Grand General, Nicolina finds that after reading it, she has to all but physically force herself to take a moment to get her emotions under control; her experience has taught Nicolina that she won't do anyone any good if she goes off with her anger in the driving seat, and she owes it to the Grand General to lead in full possession of her faculties. Motioning for her comms operator to head over, Nicolina takes a deep breath and begins to set things in motion with a clear head.
Leaving the brigade's XO - Colonel Ahiga - and his staff to meet with Darth Rebellious regarding the role Nicademus has in mind for the 25th, Nicolina has the rest of the brigade board their respective LAAT/i's so that they can form up with the members of their division, currently still down in Harnaidan, on the outskirts of Mariunhus to receive their orders from Grand General Delvardus.

Darth Rebellious entered the training ground with the leader of the Viper Assault Battalion at his side draped in black as usual, but with his boots shined, his cloak absent, and with neater garbs than the tattered ones he arrived in as a vagabond. To lead these men and women, he had to look the part and so he styled his clothing more closely to that of a true Imperial.
When they reached the front of the area where the troops had assembled, Rebellious leaned in slightly, whispering an order to the lead Storm Commando and watching as the order was carried out. The Commando put his index finger in the air and twirled it in a round motion as if saying, "let's get things rolling." Almost immediately the five-hundred members of Viper rounded up 10 trainees each and began handing out datapads, on which they would take a variety of tests to determine their skill level in different fields, which would help in deciding what kind of training they would potentially receive. They would also serve as a psychological screening and and help determine their level of loyalty.
As the hours progressed and the results began to come in, it seemed that the man of trainees from Engineering Corps. showed promise in sabotage and demolitions, the men and women of the Navy's support division showed skill in survaillance and slicing, and those in the Stormtrooper Corps. and Army excelled highly in combat skills and tactics as well as recon, with a few trainees from each branch showing skill in multiple fields. From that point the trainees were once again split into groups of 10 based on their common speciality.
Before dismissing the troops, the Dark Lord called for their attention. He once stood directly before them, scanning the crowd with his amber-hued eyes before speaking to them.
"Up until this point, you probably didn't know why you all were gathered here and why you all were being quizzed, but I will now let you know. You all have been tested and found worthy. Your leaders were asked by the Grand General Nicademus Delvardus, himself, to send me his best and brightest. I am Darth Rebellious and from this point on, you all are under my command. You all are here to train yourselves to become our elites, the most skilled and loyal soldiers of our empire. You all will be the first members of the newly established Imperial Security Bureau. From now on you will be tasked with maintaining the stability and safety of our order, protecting it from enemies both foreign and domestic. You all have been split into groups based on your specific fields of expertise and will be training to advance those skills to a higher level along with developing other skills and learning some new ones. For now rest. Training will begin tomorrow. You all are dismissed."
The Darth waved his hand as he dismissed his subordinates. As he left the front of the assembly area, he thanked Viper Lead for his help and continued off the training ground toward his office.

It had been a few days since training had begun. Routinely, Rebellious roamed the training ground monitoring the troops' performance. Everything was going along as he thought it would. As he walked along, the Darth observed some of the support teams being pitted against each other in games of hacking and counter-hacking. The games seemed to be aimed to help the candidates hone their skills in encrypting data and strengthening network security, as well as code breaking and stealing data from secure computer systems without raising alarms. They seemed to be getting the hang of it, the competition seemed to drive them. Farther down the line, he saw some of the support teams learning a plethora of languages while others where learning tricks to amplify the range of their transmissions as well as ways to intercept them and tap into "secure" channels.
On the other side of the facility, Rebellious watched the combat teams engage in PT. Obstacle courses had been erected, built to challenge their already well trained bodies and push them to their limits. Over hurdle, up walls, under trip-wires and everything in between, the troops ran the course aiming to improve their times. Some of the men struggled to make it through the course, while others ran through it without hitch. It was to be expected. Afterwards, most of them participated in combat drills ranging from hand-to-hand combat to breaching.
The Dark Lord was pleased with their performance so far. As the day passed, he would periodically drop in briefly to assess their progress before disappearing once again into his office.

Darth Rebellious watched attentively and even experienced an inkling of pride in the rate of which the men and women under his command were growing. It had been a few weeks since they had arrived and already they were mastering the skills they were being taught. They were truly the best of the best. The storm commandos-in-training were reaching peak physical condition and had proven that they had mastered the skills and tactics of conventional warfare. They had been learning and practicing advanced hand-to-hand combat techniques, in which they showed varying degrees of proficiency. The troops were being taught and rapidly learning guerrilla warfare tactics as well as tactics to counter them, showing great aptitude and understanding of both. They were also quickly learning to operate and maintain the most common small-arms and explosive devices in the galaxy, and learning to become proficient in their use. The most promising marksmen had been split from the rest of the group to learn from experienced snipers the skills and techniques they would need to become snipers themselves, such as camouflage, tracking, advanced shooting and spotting.
The support groups had also been hard at work. They had mastered slicing and counter-slicing in a very short time, and proven they they were capable of surveying and helping to strengthen and maintain the Order's security networks and databases. They also proved their proficiency in both monitoring and directing communications traffic as they saw fit, which would help identify and keep track of possible threats. The engineers also proved to be capable of building and repairing virtually anything that was needed on and off the battlefield in relatively quick time.
The time had finally come for cross-training. The groups that had originally been combat teams were now authorized to be trained in communications and engineering, while the support groups were now to be put through varying degrees of combat training. With the training roles now reversed, this would be the experience that truly proved where the candidates would ultimately end up within the ranks of the bureau.

Her platoon among the Stormtrooper forces assigned to be placed under Rebellious' command, Nicolina and her platoon mates train under the Dark Lord's instructors alongside the other Stormtroopers who will become the First Order's Security Bureau after returning from the battle of Mariunhus, with their wounded joining them as they recover, and with veteran members chosen from other units in the 25th to replace their fallen comrades. Used to being driven hard by Nicolina, her platoon excels at the the combat oriented portions of their new training regimen, performing exceptionally well even among such talented troops as have been chosen to be placed under Rebellious' command.
The announcement of the cross-training is met - only when the platoon is in the privacy of their own quarters given that their professionalism permits no hint of anything but absolute obedience and the complete and total embracement of any task or ideal set before them when in public - with the expected muttering and grumbling; with Nicolina and her squad leaders quick to step in and silence any grousing that approaches a level that could prove disruptive, reminding their platoon mates of the importance of what they are training to be a part of.
Rubbing her neck after returning her helmet to its stand after polishing it and the rest of her armor after the day's training and squad meetings have ended, Nicolina tosses the rag she used on her desk alongside the other supplies she used to maintain her armor and weapons. Opening her closet, Nicolina checks her dress uniforms to see if she needs to spend any time on them as well, a faint smile briefly surfacing on her lips when she sees that the uniforms are all in order. Dropping onto her bunk, deciding to take a brief break, Nicolina looks up at the ceiling and tries to will her mind to settle enough to allow her to relax mentally as well as physically; the past weeks of training having been exhausting even though her fervent belief in the First Order and Nicademus as its leader have never been stronger. Turning on her side, Nicolina's thoughts drift briefly to Rebellious; the Dark Lord having been thus far a figure only glimpsed briefly in the distance on a scant few occasions rather than someone like Nicademus whom Nicolina has been afforded the opportunity to meet personally and interact with. Chuckling wryly with a shake of her head, Nicolina reminds herself that she is just a lowly 1LT, and almost certainly just one more helmeted face in a sea of identically helmeted faces to someone like Rebellious, and then, sure sleep will prove elusive for several hours yet, gets up and goes to sit at her desk and dig into a tech manual to see if she cannot hone her slicing and counter-slicing skills further.

It had been about two weeks since the beginning of the cross-training period and things seemed to be going as planned. Although cross training was a necessary measure to introduce skills that would be essential to his forces, it also served as a means of setting definitive positions. While the majority of the trainees either didn't have the affinity or just simply didn't catch on to their opposite field quite as well, there were a few among their ranks that took to the role reversal and their new skills were beginning to manifest. The Darth had overheard the men speaking of one such individual whom the head instructor had been keeping an eye on. Spurred by curiosity and driven by his duty to single out individuals who showed great promise, Rebellious spoke to Viper Lead.
"Take me to them..."
Was the only thing Rebellious said to the lead commando. The soldier already knew what the Sith was talking about. With out hitch, Viper Lead turned and pointed in the direction they were going before replying.
"This way, Sir."
They didn't waste any time. With a hastened pace they navigated through the training ground, passing by team after team as they practiced their skills. Soon they approached the mystery soldier. With a wave of his gloved hand, the Darth dismissed his commando escort and approached the stormtrooper.
"You must be the one I've heard so much about."
The Dark Lord said as he stood behind Lt. Foresi. He was a fairly tall man who stood roughly at 6 feet and 2 inches with broad shoulders and an athletic build, draped in black zeyd-cloth and leather. Although he was considered handsome by most species, his large frame and his piercing, amber-hued eyes made him seem vaguely-threatening to most individuals he encountered to say the least. Assuming an authoritative stance, the Sith stood straight with his feet together and hands behind his back as he waited for a response.

Nicolina does not recognize the voice that addresses her, but she recognizes the tone easily enough as that of a superior addressing a subordinate, and she therefore reacts with the ingrained response her career in the Stormtrooper corps has instilled in her. Turning on her heel with a practiced precision that is, perhaps surprisingly, not entirely without a certain note of athletic gracefulness stemming from the dancing lessons she had taken in her youth, Nicolina comes to attention facing Rebellious and, only barely stopping herself from giving the salute she typically gives to an officer when she sees that it is the enigmatic Dark Lord responsible for forging the First Order's Security Bureau that has addressed her and ventures a guess that the salute is not something the Dark Lord requires, says, Sir!
Her expression is concealed beneath her helmet, and her tone is rendered almost mechanical and emotionless by her helmet's vocal filter, but Rebellious may be able, by virtue of the gifts that are his by virtue of his Force sensitivity, to sense something of Nicolina's thoughts and emotions all the same - he may, for instance, sense that she feels no fear despite the Dark Lord's imposing presence and gaze, evincing instead only the natural heightened awareness and watchfulness one would expect of a being faced with an unforeseen encounter with another being possessed of abilities beyond their own; and Rebellious may also perceive that beneath the watchfulness lies a note of curiosity. Should Rebellious peer further, search for some indication of what sort of woman Nicolina is, he may even glean that she is driven by a fierce, unshakable devotion to the First Order and to Nicademus who has come to be the face of what it is Nicolina has pledged herself to, just as he may sense how Nicolina's devotion is matched only by her loyalty to her platoon mates.
Not gifted with Rebellious' abilities, Nicolina must rely instead on her ability to judge the character of others, and as she has also learned that remaining silent and watchful often enables one to learn more than directly attempting to fumble for such understanding, decides to let her simple Sir! serve as the extent of her address to the Dark Lord; he will, she suspects, reveal why he has sought her out in his own time, and in her experience most efforts to rush a superior end poorly.

"At ease, Lieutenant."
The Dark Lord said to the Stormtrooper as she spun around and greeted him with a "Sir." He wasn't the by-the-book military type in the least, but he understood that the men and women here had been indoctrinated to act accordingly as soldiers of the empire. He stood there silent for a moment analyzing her. Being gifted with the Force, the Darth could read the feelings of Lt. Foresi clearly. Fear wasn't present, but the uneasiness of being around someone such as himself was surely there. He could also sense her loyalty to the cause and her comrades-at-arms as well as a bit of curiosity. With a slight step forward, he closed a bit more distance between them before offering his right hand to her, an open invitation to shake his hand as he introduced himself.
"As you undoubtedly already knew, I'm Darth Rebellious. I've heard quite a great deal about you, Nicolina Foresi. Apparently you're quite the soldier."
The Sith's facial expression remained quite statuesque as he spoke to the Lt. It was more trained than natural, a defense mechanism to keep people from being able to completely read his emotions or motives. Behind the bland facial expression, however, Rebellious was actually slightly excited to be meeting with a soldier of her caliber. Glad that someone had taken to the training so well and set themselves apart from the rest. But he wouldn't reveal that right away, it wasn't the Sith way and it wasn't his way. For now he would continue engaging in conversation and hopefully get to know her a bit better as a soldier and a person.

Clasping her hands behind her back as, when Rebellious says she can be at ease, Nicolina naturally adopts the military version of the expression rather than taking the invitation as one to assume an entirely informal posture. Remaining still and quiet herself as the Dark Lord appears to take a moment to study her, Nicolina resists the urge to fidget or become uncomfortable that some may fall prey to when coming under such open scrutiny, continuing to radiate the same sense of self-confidence that she brings to all she does. Some might take a step back when their personal bubbles are threatened, but Nicolina - without even being aware of making a conscious decision - stands her ground when the Dark Lord moves closer towards her, and she reaches out to shake his hand without hesitation when it is offered, her mildly amused, curious expression at the unexpected gesture hidden beneath her helmet. Her handshake firm, but devoid of the self-conscious, exaggerated strength some would bring in an effort to intimidate, Nicolina nods to confirm his statement when Rebellious breaks his silence to point out that she almost certainly knows who he is.
Rebellious may as well be wearing a helmet himself for all his facial expression and tone reveal, Nicolina thinks as the Dark Lord goes on to reveal some of what it is he has heard about her, noting that he also keeps the exact reason he has sought he out to himself for the time being. Taking a moment before responding, Nicolina resists her usual impulse to crack wise, and instead ultimately elects to maintain her professionalism. I'm just proud to serve the First Order, sir, Nicolina says finally, her tone sincere rather than sycophantic. Due to his Force granted abilities, Rebellious may detect the swell of pride that Nicolina feels when complimented, natural enough when one's ability is recognized by a superior; and he may sense as well that compliments or stroking her pride are not things that drive her so much as her fervent belief in the First Order's intent to sow order in an otherwise chaotic universe. Lifting a hand to gesture towards the Dark Lord, Nicolina points out without any hint of obsequiousness, And I do owe part of the soldier I am now to the training you've arranged for me, for us, sir. Her hand returning behind her back as she resumes her military at ease stance, Nicolina adds sincerely, We're all grateful, sir, for the opportunity you've given us to better serve the First Order.

"I appreciate your gratitude, Lieutenant. I would say that access to higher levels of training was a fair trade for a fighting force capable of doing things the regular soldiers can't. I'm glad to have a soldier of your caliber among my trainees. Take your helmet off and follow me, we have much to discuss..."
With a short pause in his speech, Rebellious turned on his heels and began walking the opposite direction. His stride was casual as moved through the training ground. Heavy on his mind was the process of forming the intelligence agency and the special forces the Order needed. Unbeknownst to Nicolina, the Dark Lord had high hopes for her, which she seemed to be fulfilling. He knew she was loyal and that her skills far outweighed her peers, but he needed to know more. Especially if she was to fill the role he had in mind for her.
"You've consistently achieved combat scores higher than the rest of the troops here, and I've been told your technical skills are advancing rapidly. I'm also told you're a decent leader. Can you elaborate? I'd like to hear of your experiences out in the field."

Yes sir, Nicolina answers when Rebellious tells her to remove her helmet and follow him so that they can discuss whatever it is he has come to speak to her about. After reaching up and removing her helmet as she falls into step to the right of Rebellious, a deliberately chosen respectful step behind him to avoid giving the impression she considers herself the Dark Lord's equal, Nicolina tucks the helmet under her left arm. Her complexion, devoid of any cosmetics, is somewhat pale due to how often she is in full armor with her helmet on, and Nicolina's dark blonde, shoulder length hair is secured in a simple bun, giving her face a rather plain look overall, something her slightly crooked nose - broken more than once - does little to enhance.
As she has reminded herself of the need to discipline her expressions since she will not have her helmet to conceal them, Nicolina's face reveals little of what she thinks while Rebellious lays out what she assumes are the reasons he has singled her out for some reason, though the Dark Lord's Force abilities will enable him to sense that she feels a swell of pride as he speaks of her accomplishment, as well as sense how swiftly the Stormtrooper sets the emotion aside when asked to elaborate on her achievements. Commingled curiosity and a clear aversion to indulge in braggadocio are the predominant sentiments in Nicolina's mind as she takes a moment to gather her thoughts before elaborating as instructed to. Her reluctance to brag lends her tone a mildly dry quality as, sticking to mere fact in an effort to avoid embellishments, Nicolina says with a sense of self-confidence even her wish to sound humble cannot dampen, "I enlisted in the Stormtrooper Corps on Khomm when I was eighteen, sir. We were deployed not long afterwards, and I saw a lot of shi. . . we were frequently engaged in combat operations offworld, sir, and in addition to honing my skills in armed and unarmed combat, I was also advanced through the ranks fairly quickly when it was determined that I was officer material. In addition to the leadership training I've received, sir, I've also been leading my current platoon for two years now."
Taking a moment to consider how best to completely answer the question, Nicolina continues after a moment, "My platoon was present on Khomm when the Supreme Commander began to reform what was then known as the Imperial Remnant, and we helped to take the rogue Moff's palace. It was during that operation that we also met an Imperial Knight by the name of Xeonon Solomon, who fought with us during the operation. Shortly after that operation, I was temporarily detached from my platoon to accompany Solomon on several undercover intelligence gathering and sabotage operations, during which I acquired an extensive working knowledge of such operations while also further honing my proficiency with the skills required for conducting them."
Hoping that her answer is as complete as Rebellious might desire, Nicolna falls silent to await his response; the Dark Lord possibly able to sense via the things the Force can reveal to him that, while she does feel the expected curiosity as to how Rebellious will reply along with some degree of anticipation as to what their conversation is ultimately leading to, Nicolina feels no impatience for him to answer or to reveal what he has singled her out for.

The Dark Lord listened attentively as the Lieutenant briefly detailed her military career and some of her experiences and personal triumphs. When she mentioned Xeonon Solomon, however, the Sith couldn't help but chuckle slightly. She wouldn't understand it, but it was an outward manifestation of his own pride swelling. Unbeknownst to her, she was walking with the man who murdered the Knight. Although it had been quite some time ago, he still vividly remembered bisecting the man with his own shield within the Tomb of Darth Andeddu on the planet Prakith. After regathering his composure after the small lapse in his expressionless appearance, he replied to the Stormtrooper.
"You don't have to hide your pride. It's only natural to feel proud of one's accomplishments. I've had my share of proud moments as well, so I understand."
He was able to feel Nicolina's pride from the beginning as she spoke, and just how hard she was trying keep her composure. He didn't necessarily care whether she kept up her indoctrinated facade or not. If anything, it showed just how disciplined she was; another trait that the Sith added to his list of reasons why she was in consideration for the role he needed filled. She was loyal, disciplined, a skilled soldier and a capable leader. He now understood why the Supreme Commander had personally sent her here. He was now conviced she was the one. With a sudden stop, the Sith turned to look directly into the soldier's eyes, his way of letting her know the conversation had just reached a point of importance. He then allowed all the words he had been holding back to come flowing out.
"I'm going to cut to the chase. I don't know if you knew this, but I singled you out for a reason. I knew you were sent here personally by the Supreme Commander, and I chose not to contact you upon your arrival. I wasn't going to give you any special treatment because you came highly recommended. He said you were good, but I had to find that out for myself. I needed to know exactly what he saw in you, and I believe I have. There are quite a few soldiers here that are capable in both combat and technical skill, but as I said before, you stand a cut above the rest. Not only that, but I have searched your feeling and found that you are extremely loyal to the First Order and if your feelings toward your platoon are any indicator, you are a fine leader. You have also shown that you believe in structure and discipline. There are plenty here that will make fine commandos and shadowtroopers, but you are the only one I've encountered here that I feel can lead these men and women. That's why I want to offer you a position as Commander of the Imperial Security Bureau Special Forces Division. Once training is complete of course."
After saying his piece, the Dark Lord stood in silence as he waited for Nicolina to reply. He had no doubt that she would accept, as very few given this sort of chance would turn it down.

A tiny furrow between her brows is the only visible indication of Faina's mildly confused curiosity when Rebellious had chuckled during her description of her career; but as the Dark Lord had composed himself almost immediately, and then had gone on to explain what had led him to single her out today, Nicolina has too many other thoughts and emotions running through her as she absorbs all that Rebellious had said in addition to the opportunity he has offered to her to make exploring what the brief break in the Dark Lord's otherwise stoic and inscrutable composure might have meant seem important at the moment.
Unable to entirely keep her own rigidly military bearing entirely intact, Nicolina has a small smile on her face as she says with no hesitation whatsoever, "Thank you, sir. You won't regret it, sir. The smile fades, Nicolina drawing herself up straight as her command of her excitement tightens and military discipline returns, and Nicolina adds sincerely, though more dispassionately than she truly feels, I will give the remainder of my training my all, sir, and bring the same level of competence and dedication to my new assignment as I have given throughout my entire career. Guessing that Rebellious will not be interested in hearing more of her excitement or of her gratitude, Nicolina decides to risk possibly trying his patience by asking a question of him even though it will reveal how eager she is to begin contributing to the First Order in her new role, How long, if I might ask, before our training is completed, sir?"

The Dark Lord's lips curled into the slightest of grins as the Lieutenant accepted his offer. Not only were his forces coming together well, but he had finally acquired someone to lead them in battle. Not a minute too soon either as there were only a few weeks left of training. When Nicolina expressed her gratitude and dedication to the rest of the training period, the Darth simply nodded, he had faith that she would continue to perform exceedingly well.
"You have a few more weeks to go. I still have to assess the performance of the rest of the soldiers so see whether or no they will be placed in combat teams or a support role. It's a process, but I only want the best out in the field. You know what I mean?"
Rebellious replied when asked about the approaching end of the training cycle. He knew Lt. Foresi was eager to get out there and contribute, but as the Director of the Imperial Security Bureau, the Sith wanted to make sure the kinks were worked out. The Supreme Commander expected them to work as a well oiled machine and he would make sure they lived up to the expectations.

"Absolutely, sir," Nicolina says emphatically, her agreement with the Dark Lord's sentiments where the desire to have only the best and brightest operating in the field is concerned. Having been in the military for the entirety of her adult life, Nicolina is well aware of how much of an impact on the performance of a unit of any size the abilities of the individuals comprising the groups can make, and can therefore understand perfectly how Rebellious would find investing the time and effort into find the more gifted and able individuals participating in the training regimen he has designed so that he can place them into key positions which will help maximize the performance of the ISB.
As she shares the Sith's desire to have only the best under one's command, Nicolina says, "Along the same lines, sir, I do have a few thoughts to share about who I would like to have serving under me in certain positions. As it is not yet time to discuss such matters when the training program has not yet been completed, Nicolina adds, When the time comes for making such decisions, of course."

B13S arrived via the planetary elevator soon after its departure from Nicademus' office. It did not linger as it took in the sights and took notice of interesting views and shops as it hussled towards the home of FOI (First Order Intelligence). It had managed to dig up a little bit about the operations of Imperial Intelligence, and it was glad to work with inside of something that seemed to be so well put together.
Its arrival to find so many troopers training was...disheartening, to say the least. There seemed to be only handfuls of members present that had any ideas about the workings of Imperial Intelligence, and B13S could only assume that the training was for members of what would become the First Order Security Bureau. It did not stall to watch the training, most of the skills they were training for were in the base information B13S was created with in its databanks. It rushed into the buildings ahead, finding the sight that would satisfy it a good deal.
The Analysis Bureau did exist, hundreds of agents sat parsing code fed in from all manners of media. B13S walked, its sensors taking in the sight as many of them operated via neural interfaces with their given terminals. The agents in this section worked in teams of four so that no potential threat would go without noting, and it was quite pleased with the neural interfaces being used.. it allowed silence to be the pervasive noise in the rooms.
Further back, past the Signal and Media subdivisions was the Cryptanalysis section, where smaller teams worked over coded messages in attempts to derive their true meanings. B13S posited that it could lend a hand to these matters, but it was more interested in seeing what else the Bureaus had to offer rather than diving into a particular problem immediatly upon its arrival. Where some might feel the urgency of pressing time, B13S was relatively immune to it.
The Tech and Interrogation sections had their own, smaller, facilities. B13S decided it better to not visit them, as it was not yet clear on its own security clearance, and would not like to be examined by either of those divisions in such an intimate way as could occur.
The Operations Bureau, specifically the Surveillance division, was not nearly as silent as the Analysis Bureau. People moved...constantly. The hectic runaround of someone going somewhere to inform some higher up of some goings on. B13S scuttled through their midst, virtually invisible as they were all watching very particular people, and with the diminished turnover that came along to the First Order, they had their proverbial hands full.
Renik was even more cluttered, being a member of Renik required a deep understanding of Intelligence Operations, so much that the invisible operations of other groups could be seen and dismantled, leaking as little information of the First Order's operations as possible. These were beings that deserved respect, and were always rexamining information provided by the Analysis Bureaus.
The Diplomatic Services were almost completely barren, B13S wondered if that were due to a lack of agents, deployments, or a lack of regional control to make such a section necessary, but a couple of agents were there to check in on their daily tasks.
Infiltration and Assassination was busy, however. Handlers talked and observed the operational data provided by field agents on various organizations, nothing specifically could be gleaned from the moving glance from the machine, as it was not prying too hard. It wanted to have plausible deniability if trouble came its way at a later time from the quick self-tour of the facilities.
Destabilization was dark, no one occupied the area, and B13S found itself musing to the reasoning once more.
The entirety of the tour had taken it a little over three hours, moving through the massive databanks from building to building, at a brisk human pace it had managed to at least confirm the existence of each of the divisions of the Intelligence branch. It found itself amused that due to their focus on training the Security Bureau had let it move throughout their operations, but it also reasoned that its security clearance could have granted such a tour.
It than began to move about, attempting to seek out someone with operational knowledge, to pin down what exactly its role here was going to be. After taking it all in, it was anxious to start its work, whatever that was intended to be.
