"Thank you, my dear." Dante said with an air of humbleness about him. "I'll be sure to comment on your exceptional attitude to Master Dewe. May the Force be with you, Dante out..."
Dante made a swift motion with his hand across his neck to J4, who immediately cut the comm-connection. "Continue with reentry and alert me when we're about to land..." Dante sat up from the command throne, and started to make his way aft; towards the cargo bay. "I'll be prepping the troops. Is that understood?"
There were two acknowledgment chimes from behind Dante, as he left the cockpit.
He walked back and entered the cargo hold silently, the lights flickered upon his entering. A devilish grin crossed his face as he leaned over the railing overlooking the bay. "Marvelous..." He murmured to himself, as he looked out at the mass of droids before him. The Jedi walked down the stairwell and onto the meshed plaststeel flooring of the bay. "Protocol one, enable." Dante said aloud as he started through the middle of the two rank and file lines to each side of him. The newly Republic-painted Mk.IV Sentinel Droids shuddered at the command, saluting the Jedi with a right fist-strike to their chest plates in unison. The sound brought another smirk to Dante's face, it had been far too long since he'd been in charge of such a daring raid; if one could call this little outing that?
There were 20 Mk.IV's - 10 pairs in all. Each droid had a back slung E-5 blaster rifle, and were equipped with small personal shielding units. They stood side by side to a hover-cart, which was to be used in taking the Library's history back to the 'Aerolyte' safely. As Dante walked past the Mk.IV's they fell in step behind him without so much as a word.
"Protocol six, enable." Continued the Jedi, as he passed 6 Mk. II Droidekas, but they didn't move, they just stayed in their inert balled form. "J4, set senor array to 300 meters. If anyone - other than myself - comes within 150 meters of the Aerolyte, release the Mk.II's." As soon as Dante finished there was a chime over the bay's comm-system. The Jedi just nodded his head and continued to the final section of the compartment.
"Alpha, Beta, Pi, Theta." He said in quick succession, and was answered by four chimes, before four HK-J's stepped into the light, their matte black shells absorbing the light unnaturally. "At any sign of inconvenience..." The Jedi stopped, then did an about face to turn and look the collection of droids in the face. "Kill everything that moves." It was said with the coldness of a Hoth winter, and was met by four fists beating against metal chests in unison.
Touch down in 45 seconds, Master. J4 intoned.
"Very good, J4. Release rear ramp when settled, and remain primed for immediate dust off." Dante said before turning around again to face the metal of the landing ramp before him. As he did he raised the cowl of his hood above his head and crossed his hands into the adjacent sleeves of his robes; like that of a monk.
"This will be fun." The hooded Jedi mused, as he felt the landing mechanisms begin to unfold. "Very very fun..."

In one of the Ferrin Sha's hanger bays, Jaecyn was assisting some of the Com/Nav and Electrics specialists with refitting systems just recently installed on every E-Wing in the fleet. All craft were fitted with a pair of highly durable visual sensors, one in front and the other aft, meant to aid in the recon and damage assessment roles the craft had in addition to the other functions it was already widely known for. Though not ever opposed to helping out and doing some heavy lifting, or even any of the intricate handiwork, Riddick spent a fair amount of time in the cockpit of his fighter, op checking the system to make sure that it works.
The situation throughout the system had been reasonably stable since the Mandalorian Holy War. The military still trained and defended, the cops still did their beat, people work, ate, played, had families. Jaecyn had taken a sabbatical from leadership, appointing an up-and-coming clan matron to take over for him in his absence. Like all Ysannan, Ayel Saddyn Coyotl was pious to family, clan and race. She was oft touted as truly magnanimous, but had a dangerous angry side, as did pretty much all her fellow Ysannan. She was very well educated, receiving doctorate level degrees in several fields. She was even lauded for her remarkable appearance, considered beautifully exotic, even by Ysannan standards. She had made friends of Jaecyn years ago, and both held considerable trust in each other.
In recent weeks, however, Jaecyn felt the need to come back into galactic happenings. His time off was restful, but he needed to be in the thick of things again. Much of these past few weeks, was back on board the Ferrin Sha, with his "Iron Mistress," as he had often called his fighter.

With the upgrades completed on his fighter, Jaecyn took it out to test the systems with an IFOC (in flight operational check). After a few hours of mock runs, the IFOC was completed, good check with no defects noted. Jaecyn returned to the hanger bay that, before, was the center of his fighters refits. He had it refueled and armed with one of his "standard" weapons load out; two anti-ship missiles, two mid/long range anti-fighter missiles, six short range anti-fighter missiles, a full, 16-round torpedo magazine, and the sensor pods, attached right by the nose-landing gear well. He had planned a trip to Honoghr, to check up on one of the few friends he had, outside of the Grey Jedi and Ysanna, that actually seemed to understand his position. He did his preflight checks, and spooled up his engines.
<Riddick> "Minjai, Kladjos Dwau Semos. Áisosk? proitis, c??j? kleutrom epi ghestos." "Tower, Saber 2-1. Requesting departure, flight plan briefed and on file."
<Tower> "Kladjos Dwau Semos, Minjai. Áisosk? l?mi. Aiskrós d? proitis. Mejn? d? semos-q?tw?es-gl?ghis-q?tw?es gin-w?d? d? proitis, atqe deiwos esmi komjuwe." "Saber 2-1, Tower. Request granted. Cleared to depart. Switch to 1-4 point 4 gigahertz on departure. Gods speed."
<Riddick> "Kladjos Dwau Semos peumi. Semos-q?tw?es-gl?ghis-q?tw?es gin-w?d?." "Saber 2-1 copies. 1-4 point 4 gigahertz on departure."
Riddick throttled his engines and powers up the repulsorlift, causing his fighter to take off straight up and then forward. Upon exiting the hanger bay, he switched frequencies to 14.4 GHz, and proceeded in the direction of Honoghr, as his flight plan indicated. When we was free and clear of the Ossus' gravity well, he jumped to hyperspace. In a short amount of time, he would be there to rekindle ties with old friends.

Above the planet, orbital defense platforms keep vigilant, as do the fleets tasked with home defense. Commercial traffic still runs its errands of trade and commerce. Visitors still come and leave. The natives below still live their lives, ready, as ever, for what is to come their way. For what seems to be the first time in a while, Ossus knows a well needed peace.

Defense forces assigned to homeworld defense maintain their vigil. Commercial traffic keeps up the healthy trade to and from the planet, and visitors make for whatever activities are their lot. The native Ysanna still go about their lives, watchful as always in a universe subject to change, however sudden. Ossus still knows its needed peace, though as a cultural inclination, many know to keep an eye on all everything that they can.

Defense forces have nothing remarkable to report, as they maintain their watch over the system.

After several hours of hyperspace flight from the core, Riddick finally makes it into home orbit. It was a sight that never was lost on the man, even in times of hardship. Though he could stay in orbit for ages and take in the sight of home, he had work to be done, and made his way to the capital as hastily as he could, given all the proper protocols.

A civilian transport drops from hyperspace and begins it's decent toward Ossus.El-Nu allows himself a sigh of relief that the ordeal is almost over as the vessel jostles as it makes its way groundward.

A slightly archaic solar sailer completes the transition from Ossus' atmosphere into orbit, the craft continues on its trajectory breaking orbit, the crafts sail blossomed forth and momentarily is gone having broken free of the gravitaional pull of Ossus.

After some time of getting the gear together, a cargo convoy sixteen ships deep breaks orbit, answering to the call sign of Bishop. The group is accompanied by twelve E-Wing fighters, broken into three groups of four, answering to callsigns Mason One, Staple One, and Cadence One. All the fighters were armed with standard travel weaponry, which included a couple anti-sensor missiles, anti-ship missiles, anti-fighter weapons, torpedoes, and their cannons. As a precaution, a couple fleets were put on "overwatch," a form of standby when other duties were a little more pressing at the time of departure. Leading the four-ship formation of Staple flight, was Riddick, though he made sure that the knowledge of his being in the group was not broadcast at all. His was just another fighter along for the ride, as usual.
Once all the clearances, handoffs and other formalities were done, and the 28 ships and fighters were clear of Ossus' gravity well, they made a unified jump into hyperspace.

Bishop Convoy drops from hyperspace, along with Mason, Staple and Cadence flights. Bishop flight heads toward the surface as the fighter escorts return to their assigned ships. Things on and around Ossus have been relatively quiet, which was good.

*Ossus... a world saturated with the history of the Jedi Order. A fact that made it perfect as a waypoint in Aerandir's personal journey that began at Ilum; or perhaps upon Dantooine. This time, however, he didn't come alone; as a way of instruction and education in Jedi history, he had brought Mina with him. She had been with him for a year now, having grown in her skills and as a member of the family. Still, a year wasn't quite enough time for one so young and with such experiences to grow comfortable enough with her new father setting off on all these journeys by himself, but, fortunately for Aerandir, this was a perfect opportunity to bring her along.
As the Quiet Perseverance appeared from hyperspace, Aerandir glanced at her behind his shoulder and smiled.* "Here we are at Ossus."
"The home of the Great Jedi Library," *explained Michelle, who had also tagged along, having wanted to see the world herself.* "It's one of the oldest Jedi strongholds, once devastated by the Cron Supernova, but survived and was rebuilt."
*Aerandir nodded with a smile.* "Correct. It's always been a sort of secluded location, but nevertheless one with rich history. A smaller branch to be sure, but one that held great importance. Granted, at some point, the library itself had been ransacked and half-destroyed, resulting in the loss of many artifacts."
"But what was leftover was taken to Coruscant," *Michelle supplied,* "and copies of all knowledge now exist within the archives of the major Jedi Order branches. The library was rebuilt, but its holdings are no longer as significant as they once were."
*Aerandir nodded again.* "But nevertheless, a lot of historical significance, and if we're gonna teach you all about the Jedi, then this is a good start." *Coruscant or Yavin IV would have been just as acceptable starting points, if not for their current conditions. The Coruscant Temple, last he heard, had been sealed off, victim of some sort of plague that would need to be eradicated, and perhaps that would be his next mission. Yavin IV, meanwhile, would be a much more somber visit... and likely not a good first impression for the young girl's education.* "Anyway, you get all that?"
*Mina only nodded, still not having abandoned her habit of avoiding speech entirely when she could.
He chuckled at her and turned back to the controls.* "Good. Let's go down." *After a brief query with the Temple, he received clearance and proceeded with his descent.*

What brings you to us?"It shouldn't have been too much of a surprise that Jae would pick up on them, as ATC would've tracked the craft, but Jae would've felt their energy in the Force much the same way that the eye would see differing shades of color, or a pallet subtle flavors. Plus, Jae knew Aer well enough to know that the reason of the latter's visit was certainly not one of malice or animosity.

Captain Arlan Lasek was pacing the bridge as he gave out orders. Technicians were busy at their workstations adjusting various systems, preparing themselves for their exit from Hyperspace. Crew members and Stormtroopers were rushing to and fro throughout the ship as they manned their stations. Arlan then came to a stop as a holoprojector came to life at the top end of the bridge. The imposing figure of Harnan Ren materialised in the air before him. The Captain gave a quick bow of his head to the Knight of Ren Master...
Status Update Captain.
We're five minutes out from arriving. Crews are all at their stations and ready to go...
Excellent. You have your orders. See that you keep to them.
Always sir. The Captain was halfway through a salute, when Harnan closed the line. He scanned the hangar bay, which was littered with AALs and transports for the various artillery units that Nicademus had supplied to the First Legion. They had assembled quite the strike force in the Resurgence alone. Coupled with the forces in the Law and the Order, they would have more than enough to raid Ossus, leaving both the planet and the Jedi hurting. They could also gather some useful artefacts. Perhaps another piece would be found here.
Captain Lasek had made his way back to the command display table when the Resurgence dropped out of hyperspace above Ossus. The display flickered to life as sensor scans started recording their results. The shields were raised, as gun crews started to sight in targets, preparing to fire. Power was already being diverted to the sublight engines, propelling the massive behemoth forward towards the planet

The approaching ship was very quickly picked up on sensor nets peppered all throughout orbit. Of the several ODF ships closest to it, the lead was none other than the fleet flagship, the Ferrin Sha. From its bridge, Admiral Jothey Soban peered in the direction of the Law and Order, and had the comms officer broadcast a message they were sure to pick up. With somewhat gravelly tone, and notable accent he spoke.
Unidentified ship, stand fast, power down your weapons and identify yourself. If you fail to do so, you will be fired upon. With a slight grin now gracing the elder's face, he relayed the final key element of his message. This will be your only warning.
