As the order came down to secure the Telosian Academy, the ships making up the Fleet of the Eye started making their descents down into the atmosphere of Telos IV. Much of the fleet was capable of entering the atmosphere and landing troops on the group or providing a much shorter drop off time while also providing aerial support. While - theoretically and by all accounts - Telos IV had been abandoned by its previous occupants, and the state of disrepair within which its naval defences and ground forces appeared to be in reinforcing this belief. Silas and Elmothil were taking no risks in terms of troop deployment, by ensuring the fleet was positioned such that it could provide aerial superiority against any remnant forces seeking to try fight back. The Eye of Providence, The Illusionist, and The Spider were the only three vessels to remain in orbit. But even from their positions, they could still provide tactical strikes from their turbolasers or support from their generous compliments of starfighters

With the Imperial Star Destroyer Manticore looming in orbit like a red predator, covered on its flanks by the two Cargador-class carriers , the two Surtidor-class Heavy Cruisers under Azrea Thrune's command slowly approached the massive complex, known as Citadel Station, similiar to the Acclamator-class carriers during the times of the Galactic Republic and the Clone Wars.
Overseeing most of her forces within the large hangar of the Emperor's Hand, the red cloaked figure of the former Royal Guard, adressed as Commander of the Solenbaran Diarchy loomed silently over the 20,000 Stormtroopers, which formed the 103rd and 104rth Legion of the Diarchy. Members of of her own handpicked elite squadron, which Azrea had named Death Corps, in honor of the once feared Death Squadron and the two Death Stars of Palpatine's Empire, flanked the Commander, while the two ships slowly approached the vital station within the planet's orbit. Whether Telos IV would submit to the High Moff in time or not was barely something Thrune cared for. Her Legions would secure the important places and get rid of any opposition, for the fear of the Empire was, what brought stability towards the Diarchy. Unlike the First Order, from what she had seen on Coruscant, there would be no glitter or petty negotiations under what terms the gouvernment of Telos IV will surrender - they will surrender, because their planet is imperial property in the name of Palpatine and those, who serve the true Emperor of the galaxy.
Eventually the time came, when the shuttles were readied to sent in the first troopers. Solely with a nod, Azrea gave her personal troopers the sign to follow her silently, as she entered the barge as well. "Thrune, report when the whole station is firmly under our control. Execute all dissidents, seize all valuable assets and intel"Said the High Moff, keying the comm on his command chair, then he turned around, looking at the holographic displays. "Torkan to Zariel. How is the land invasion proceeding? In orbit resistance was negligible. If needed I will send the 101st to the surface to take control of any enemy stronghold proving troublesome"He was watching the intel provided by the droids deployed in the frontline. The Diarchy fielded extensive numbers of battledroids, including some Balmorran designs and towering automated tanks from the time of Palpatine's ephemeral return. "The Academy is yours to seize, though, I presumed you would enjoy defiling the place"

"The Academy is yours to seize, though, I presumed you would enjoy defiling the place" Zariel sighed as she received and answered the communication on board Mephistopheles. I will keep your offer in mind, but I doubt- She was cut off by someone giving her their own report. Another sigh. It seems there is more activity at the Temple than anticipated. I doubt it's anything major to worry about, but I will keep you appraised. And hopefully there will still be useful relics to plunder. Zariel out. In truth the report of the unexpectedly active base worried Zariel, from everything she had assumed, this planet wasn't heavily defended. But scanner sweeps she was seeing was showing a none too small amount of heat in a Jedi Academy that wasn't supposed to have any Jedi. But of course all these worries were hidden beneath her board and plan expressions. Get our troops set down as soon as possible. And have fighters begin scrambling for close air support. Make sure Silas sees these reports. I won't let this turn into a rout.

Seven ships, bearing the markings of Death Watch, emerged from hyperspace several thousand kilometers away from Telos IV proper. The Kyr'tsad, a Kandosii-Type Dreadnaught, was leading the small fleet. At this point, Clan Awaud was in trouble and beyond fighting for their home. Now all they could do was flee and start fresh elsewhere. A sad fate, for any Mandalorian, but that seemed to be the way the galaxy functioned these days. Sith, Imperials and nearly everyone else...no one seemed to care too much about the Mandalorians, aside from their own kind.*
*Following the Kandosii, was a Keldabe-Class Battleship, the Jidte, a Kyramud-Type Battleship, the Adenn and four Jehavey'ir-Type Assault Ships. Pushing forward, in system, the Kyr'tsad's comms would hail Diarchy Forces. Hostile vessels orbiting Telos IV, this is Aliit'alor Vizsla of the Mandalorian Clan Vizsla. I wish to strike a deal for safe passage for my brethren on the surface. I have no intentions of going to war with imperials, but if the lives of the civilians of Clan Awaud continue to be placed in jeopardy, you will force my hand. Brayark truly did not have any intentions on starting a fight with these imperials, though he would certainly finish it if they wouldn't see reason. Though in times of war, there were certain ethics that were upheld. At least among imperials. Sith were another matter entirely.

Silas received the incoming comm message from the Death Watch fleet aboard his flagship The Eye of Providence. He knew Diarch Zariel had no wish to wage further battle against the Mandalorians than was necessary. This was certainly an opportunity in which something could still be gained from this whole fiasco. The forces within Thani were of little consequence, but those residing in the Academy could be leveraged. He opened a comm line back, while the rest of the Diarchy fleets were no doubt preparing to engage the incoming ships. His cloaked visage appearing upon the holoprojectors of Aliit'alor Vizsla's bridge Aliit'alor Vizsla, allow me to introduce myself, I am Silas Darkstar, the Eye of the Inquisition and member of the Solenbaran Diarchy. We are more than willing to allow your Mandalorian brethren safe passage, all we ask in return, is that they leave behind whatever relics and treasures they have in their possession from the Academy. A small price to pay, in the grand scheme of things...

With new orders recieved from Commander Thrune, the Imperial II-class Star Destroyer Manticore would slowly turn away from the Citadel Station and prepare to join up slowly with the ranks of the main fleet in order to defend the lines, if necessary. The red painted Star Destroyer looked almost like a bizarre predator as it slowly emerged from the shadows of the massive station, flanked by two Cargador-class carriers. The crews of Leyding and Droma were already prepared to launch several squadrons of TIE Daggers and supporting bombers upon their foes if they had to, for the shackles of the Diarchy would weight heavy upon their foes. A single Dagger squadron was launched from the capital ship towards the Citadel Station itself, acting on the direct orders of the Commander herself.
So far no aggressive actions were taken by the rest of the fleet to drive out the interlopers from a rightfully reclaimed system of the Galactic Empire's true successor state, yet the captain aboard the Manticore awaited diligently any transmission that would tell him and his men to unload every available turbolaser barrage upon the intruding host.

After a series of negotiations, the last of the Mandalorian forces fleeing the planet arrived in orbit and rendezvoused with the Clan Vizsla forces. As agreed, the Mandalorians were allowed to leave the system unhampered. Securing the Diarchy victory and control over Telos IV. While they would undoubtedly have to face the Mandalorians in battle some day, Silas had at least ensured they would not have to face an enemy they were presently unprepared to face at full strength. The various Diarchy fleets would be given orders for their positions to take up and where to deploy forces on the surface to begin aiding in securing Telos and installing the new Government
