The GPE-7300 space transport's primary thrusters fire, slowing the ship's descent as it comes down in it's assigned landing bay. Setting down, landing perpendicular to the ground, the transport's engines tick as they begin to cool, the boarding ramp lowering after a few moments. Slinging the strap of her EE-3 over her right shoulder, the small beskar'gam clad figure walks down the boarding ramp as she adjusts the straps of her left gauntlet.
Activating her buy'ce's internal mic, Neassa issues a few instructions to her FEG-series pilot droid, Shuk'la, who will be taking care of the ship in her absence, and then makes her way from the landing bay while the boarding ramp rises and closes behind her with a dull thunk. Having done a bit of preliminary research on Umgul, the planet her latest job is taking her, Neassa can see why the middle men that have hired her for an as yet unmet third party have gone to such lengths to see that she makes it to the planet covertly, but that does not mean that she likes the idea of relying on the intermediary to get her off-world when the job is complete. Were the credits not so tempting, or so sorely needed by the family and clan she has on Mandalore, Neassa might have let the job go to another bounty hunter since she prefers to know up front what she will be tasked with.
Making her way to the landing bay where she will be meeting with the agents of the Vilhjalmsson twins, Neassa rests her hand on the grip of the DL-44 holstered low on her right hip as she walks up the Barloz's boarding ramp to rap on the door to announce her presence to those inside, stepping back to wait for them to show themselves so that they can get underway.

Barloz-class medium freighter, The Pivane
Her left hand hanging near the blaster holstered on her hip, Cerise hits the button to open the boarding ramp's hatch, relaxing when she see the Mandalorian standing outside since she recognizes her from the description of her armor her employers gave her. Stepping aside and motioning for the bounty hunter to board the freighter, the curly blonde haired Brosin says, "Come aboard. Closing the hatch after the Mando is inside, Cerise motions for her to follow as she explains, I'll show you to your quarters. As the Vilhjalmssons explained, you'll be me, more or less, while you're on Umgul. Your IDs and other docs are in your quarters, along with a datacard that will have your instructions on how to contact the twins to arrange the meet between you and the client. Opening the door to the quarters the Mando will use for the journey to Umgul, Cerise tells her, Get changed, then meet me in the cargo bay so we can get your weapons and armor stowed away where they won't give you any problems when you get to Umgul. The twins will arrange for your gear to be sent to my apartment shortly after you arrive." Doubting that she has told the Mando anything that she doesn't already know, Cerise doesn't wait around for her to reply, simply nodding and heading aft to the cargo bay.
Once in the cargo bay, filled with exotic plants, trees, flowers, and other gardening supplies or decorations, Cerise makes her way to one of the three CLL-M2 ordnance lifter droids, powering it down and accessing the rear compartment that will be used to smuggle the Mando's armor and weapons onto Umgul.

Neassa nods after Cerise explains the way she will be bypassing Umgul's evidently rigid security when it comes to travelers, already having been told by the Vilhjalmssons that Umgul presents unique challenges where operating on the planet on the down low is concerned. Neassa doesn't plan on attracting much attention, but it is good to know that she will have a cover identity that won't raise any red flags since Cerise is a citizen of the planet. Practicing the woman's accent, repeating what she had said aloud to get the inflection and intonation of her voice right in case she comes under any scrutiny where getting the little details might be necessary, Neassa changes from her armor into nondescript civilian attire, keeping her DL-44 and holster since Cerise wearing a blaster means that Umgul is not apparently so rigid that weapons aren't allowed by its citizens.
Stowing her armor and EE-3 in a smaller bag than the duffle she brought onboard, Neassa gives the documents she has been provided a thorough examination that reveals they are every bit as good as the Vilhjalmssons promised the forgeries would be, and then ties her long hair into a careless ponytail as she goes to meet Cerise in the cargo bay. "Clever, Neassa tells Cerise in her imitation of the Brosin's voice as she walks up behind her and sees the compartment in the lifter droid that will be used to store her armor. Handing Cerise the bag, Neassa asks, How long before we depart?"

Barloz-class medium freighter, The Pivane - Cargo Bay
Getting her first look at the Mandalorian without her helmet on, Cerise takes a step back and tilts her head to the side; while they aren't exactly twinsies, they do have more than a passing resemblance to one another, explaining why her employers chose her to trade places with the bounty hunter. Neassa's hair is longer and darker, her face slightly more oval shaped, but in Cerise's opinion they look enough alike that anyone from the spaceport staff that might run into her with Viho will probably not look twice. Chosen by her employers to do the side work she does because she has no family and keeps to herself for the most part, Cerise has no one close to her on Umgul that will notice that she has been replaced, and the identification docs that Neassa has been given as forgeries of the highest quality, purchased from a forger that her employers routinely use because he has proven time and time again that his skills are good enough to pass even Umgul's stringent security measures.
"Put a little blonde in your hair, Cerise says as she takes the Mando's gear and places it in the hidden compartment in the M2's chest, and we could pass for twins easily. Not having missed that the Mando was speaking with a convincing version of her own accent, Cerise tells her, You even have the accent down. Impressive. After activating the device that will shield the compartment from scanners, Cerise puts the false panel in place over it, then begins securing the droid's outer paneling in place as she says, You'll be heading out soon. Viho, my associate, will be piloting for you. He's in the city getting the last of the plants and other things, she gestures around the cargo bay towards the other supplies for the floral shop stowed away, we were here to pick up along with you. Finished with the droid, Cerise wipes her hand on a rag she takes from a tool box, and says, Make yourself at home, he shouldn't be long. I have a few things to do around the ship, so I'll be out of your way, unless you have any questions?"

"No questions for now, Neassa tells Cerise, figuring that she'll use the wait to go over the information from the Vilhjalmssons since it should provide all the answers she needs for the time being. I'll be in the room," she adds with a nod, leaving the woman to her work. Once in the room she's been provided with, Neassa sits on the bed and pops the datacard with the information from the Vilhjalmssons on it into her datapad and, after decrypting it with the decryption key they provided her with, reads through it. There isn't anything on the datacard that spells out what it is she's been hired to do, but the information makes it clear that she will learn when she meets with the unnamed party that hired her. Aside from the time and place of that meeting, the datacard has a few other useful bits of information like a map of Umgul City that has the location of the apartment she'll be using, where she will be meeting with her client, and other points of interest marked on it, along with contact information for the Vilhjalmssons in case she needs anything from them.
After reviewing the data, Neassa downloads what she needs and erases the datacard before settling in to wait for Viho to arrive so they can get underway.

Barloz-class medium freighter, The Pivane
Viho returns with the items he had gone into the city to procure not long after Neassa leaves, and Cerise helps him get everything stowed away before collecting her bag from her quarters and setting it beside the hatch opening onto the boarding ramp. Rapping on the Mandalorian's door, Cerise opens it and tells Neassa, "Well, I'm off. Viho's up in the cockpit if you feel like chatting, otherwise he'll keep to himself until you've arrived on Umgul. Having no idea what it is the Mandalorian has been hired to do, and not wanting to know either, Cerise isn't sure whether or not wishing her luck would be appropriate, so settles for waving and saying, See ya, adding a, maybe," since she may or may not see the woman when Viho brings her back to Rodia after she's completed her job.
After Cerise has departed, heading into the city, Viho brings the ship's repulsorlifts online, taking it up out of the landing bay and then banking to begin the journey to orbit.

I always found Crom'nen to be a good leader and friend. Why would helping him get Oraltor killed?

Shiar glared.
Ask Lessa. Or Korban. Or Oram. Go ahead. Ask them. I'll wait.

Vreegon is silent for a few seconds at the mention of his dead compatriots names.
Good point, but if anyone can handle him, It is Oraltor

Probably safely on Coruscant with Oram, still running my own shop. Not half as rich, mind you.
She looked at the body of Brulax in the frozen coffin he had sealed himself in. Not here.

Vreegon did not know what to say.
You would not be the same person, Shiar. In fact you would never have met Oram or Brulax. Your shop would still exist, but you would have the company of Salnor and I only. We would probably still be working off our debt. And Rodia would probably belong to the Mandalorians. Our lives have all been shaped irreversibly be each other and I, for one, would gladly take all the bad with the little good.

Hidden among the thousands of refugees shoved from the ship, Resi walked carefully. He was mostly concentrating on his disguise as an old man, but the time for that would soon pass. He had other plans. Ones that would require a real fighting force. The Rodians wouldn't have been his first choice, but they would serve well enough to test his limits. Within minutes of landing, he had more or less completely vanished from all official sight. It was almost as if he didn't exist.
As a Jedi he wouldn't even have been able to do what he had planned. But as he had sunk deeper into the obliterating sorrow of his soul, he had begun to change. Before he could only sense, never change. But more & more he found he could change things. At first it had been little things, making someone a little more trusting, or a little more angry than they should be. The more he used it, the more it grew. For the first while, nothing seemed to happen. Life continued in the city as it always had. Then, there were the small signs. A few people of note dying mysteriously. A few more going missing for a while before appearing again. Maybe the muttered word about a new gang on the streets. After a month, things were changing rapidly. There was a new gang boss in town, any ugly Rodian that had, to the few that survived his rise, been known as a mid level thug just a month ago. Some credited it to the advice of the blind human he kept with him at all times. With every passing day, more & more gangs swore allegiance to him. Eventually, even groups of police & military units came under his command. Before long he had an unofficial army of his own that was thousands strong.
Eventually, the official local government stepped in, though their actions had been delayed by informants & saboteurs within their own organization. The majority of the militant gang managed to escape the planet on several stolen passenger liners & a few small picket craft.

Not much had changed on Rodia since the Blackguard occupation. People carried on as they had before, perhaps just a little more mindful of their current overseers, but otherwise uninterested in the larger scheme of things. Soldiers and shock troopers were being trained here and sent to the front lines where they were needed, or to other Blackguard controlled territories where authority needed to be reinforced.

Life continued on, in Equator City. The Blackguard rulers continued to ensure that the planet's economy functioned smoothly, while trainers and officers ensured that Rodian shock troopers were well trained, equipped and ready to be sent to wherever they were needed.

103rd Regiment - Domino Battalion With the rise of the Imperium, and a formal regimenting of the Blackguard Armed Forces, the 103rd Regiment was the first official regiment to be divided up into battalions and sent across Blackguard territory. Currently stationed in Equator City, Domino Battalion, under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel Sera Lorren, upheld the law and kept the order demanded by Imperial decrees and policies. While the Sith'ari had ultimate say in what went on, on each individual planet, planetary governors acted of their own volition and were allowed to do so provided their agendas didn't compromise the Blackguard as a whole. Some ruled malevolently, other benevolently. Some were passively governing, while others were iron-fisted. Governor Sepak Soran rule was somewhere in between. He was soft hearted enough to not be a slave driver, but when push came to shove, he delivered. Which allowed for Domino Battalion to ensure that order and security were provided to the citizens of Equator City.

103rd Regiment - Domino Battalion With Governor Soran's rule over the planet while the Starkillers were absent, the economy prospered. Crime rates were down, employment rates were up, and even the local law enforcement agencies were cooperating with Blackguard forces stationed on the planet. While not apart of the planetary defense forces, Domino Battalion continued to help police and enforce the Imperium's rule across the planet.

103rd Regiment - Domino Battalion. Despite the Starkillers' absence from Rodia, Governor Soran continued to ensure that everything functioned as smoothly as possible. And Domino Battalion continued to enforce the Blackguard's rule over the Rodian home world. While Shock Trooper training continued, crime seemed to be at an all time low, while the import and export business was at an all time high. And the rest of the Rodian population seemed to be content with this arrangement. And so life continued on as it should.

103rd Regiment - Domino Battalion. With all that had transpired within the Blackguard over the past few months, the Starkillers were fairly absent from Rodia. Their newfound responsibilities kept them away. Which allowed Governor Soran some room to breathe. He didn't have to worry about the Starkillers breathing down his neck, which allowed him the chance to govern more to his style. Despite this lenience in governance, Rodia still flourished economically. Crime was what you'd expect, but it was in no danger of compromising the Blackguard's control over the world. And Domino Battalion continued on enforcing the Blackguard's rule with little difficulty.
