Mary returned from the tech bay with a small train of robots & equipment trailing along behind her. In addition to the motley collection of droids that would become the crew of the ship, there were a host of the Temple's own loading droids carrying things off to the stall that had long served as the final resting place of the old Starwind-class pleasure yacht.
After depositing the massive pile of equipment next the the rusted pile that had been a ship, the loaders fled. Leaving Mary alone with her nine droids, a pile of droid brains, & the mainframe that would shortly be installed in the ship. The first task would be clean off all the corrosion & get the ship back in shape for equipment to be installed. The OOM & GD16 began working in the cockpit & forward neck area. The AD & LE droids would clean out the central pod. The T1 & H-1ME would be working on the engine compartments. The HV-7 would clean off the exteriour. And the Duelist Elite & BAF would clean out the cargo area & the gutted side.
The cleaning was the easy part & didn't take long. It helped that that weren't any parts to avoid damaging or complicated bits to work around, most of the spaces were just decks & mounts for equipment. The cleaning of the outside did turn on one interesting fact. The ship already had a name. The Ndathoggu Tempest. It was extremely bad luck to rename a ship, so the Tempest it would remain. The gaping whole in the left side would actually be fairly helpful as it would allow the largest equipment to be installed quickly skipping the step of opening the ship in the first place.
Even the wiring had been stripped out the the tempest, meaning everything had to be lain fresh. On the plus side it would prevent issues from two hundred year old gear. Having more or less gang-pressed, politely, the droid workers of the hanger, the work progressed extremely rapidly. Heavily loaders would shift the equipment into place then more to the next piece as smaller repair droids attached the systems & hooked them up. The first things installed were the Engines & power generation systems. In addition to the main systems at the rear of the yacht, a secondary backup was installed in the neck of the craft. While it wouldn't be powerful enough to run the whole ship by itself, it could keep the normal systems running, & run the users choice of either the shield, weapons, or engines.
While that was going on the power systems & engine for the central pod was also installed. The pod's single use ejection system was also refitted with a multi-use system that would allow the pod to come & go as it pleased. A small passage to the left side of the ship would also allow access to the bridge while the pod was disengaged. While the pod's new hyperdrive would lack the programming of the original to randomly jump to a nearby planet, it would allow for four short jumps before it would have to refuel from the main ship. The cockpit & main computer banks would be similar to the original contents of the ship, if more modernized. Other major equipment installed in the neck while the engine work was being done included a shield system that had originally been installed on a small Mon Cal vessel & the most advanced sensor & comm equipment that Mary had been able to locate on such short notice. Luckily a holonet transceiver had been part of that package. The Droid station was the last of the heavy equipment to go into the neck.
What has once been a zero-G area was quickly transforming into a multi-use workshop for all sorts of technologies & equipment. Meanwhile, the old holotheater opposite was transforming into a state of the art science & research lab, with a inclusive library to boot. What had once been the left side airlock & boarding ramp was soon converted into another blank patch of hull.
Before the major equipment to finish off the left side of the ship was installed, the droids made use of the gap to bring in all the minor equipment 7 systems that would be installed. Security equipment, including light blast doors were installed in the major choke points of the ship. a meditation chamber was placed in some of the remaining space in the neck of the ship. Additionally, the Central pod was refitted to serve as the main living area of the ship. The armory, general storage, & food storage areas were done first, main due to the lack of required effort. A kitchen & bathroom finished out the right side of the central pod. On the left, three rooms were set up as living quarters, while the rest of the space was transformed into a full medical bay, including a bacta tank.
Finally, the Quad Laser Cannons were replaced on the ship. The sockets for the long missing escape pods quickly became the home of two new weapon systems, a tractor beam & a Disruptor torpedo launcher. While installing those, the last of the open space in the neck region of the ship was used by a custom built Flak system designed to disrupt tractor beam locks & distract various missiles or torpedoes. The pile of droid brains built in the Tech Bay were installed in the various weapons of the ship, as well as the more complicated main systems. Once that was done, the brains were hooked into the mainframe of the ship itself.
At last the ship was nearly complete, instead of completely sealing over the gap caused by the removed plates, the droids instead installed a retraction system that would allow access into the space by having the plate slide outward away from the center of the ship. A matching system was put in over the cargo bay as well, but it required much more work due to the intact nature of that half of the hull. The remaining space on the left side of the ship was converted into a hanger for a single fighter sized craft, complete with reloading & repair gear, as well as docking clamps to hold the ship in place. The large room just to the rear of the central pod hand another access hatch cut into it, this time on the bottom, while a extendable clamp was installed in the ceiling. Once she had acquired a surface vehicle, this would serve as the vehicle bay for it.
After nearly eight hours of work at a frightening pace (much of which had been while a large number of others had been arriving), the Ndathoggu Tempest was once again ready to fly. Having sent a droid to collect her few belongs from her chambers at the temple, Mary crashed on the newly installed bunk in her ship quarters.

As Chuundar introduced himself, he confirmed the suspicions that Sacuru had had about him. A Jedi from before the Sith occupation of Kashyyyk, and had survived all those dark years, to see his people freed of such tyranny. He gave a short nod of his head in return // It is an honour to welcome you back within our ranks, if that is indeed what you plan to do. But I imagine it is another reason that brings so many of our people to Felucia. So, tell me, what can I do to help you? //
Plur looked on with what could only be described as a Jawa's version of mortification, as the Shaadlar came speeding down through the atmosphere, looking like it was about to crash right into the surface of the hangar bay. Breathing a sigh of relief as the crew of the craft managed to stick the landing, before he exmained the craft's hull, and noticed the insignia of the R'Crurak clan, whom Plur had heard of during his younger years upon Tatooine. He braced himself for anything as the langing ramp hit the floor and two lines of dunewalkers formed up, before the two Tuskens whom he assumed he was to meet with approached. Plur gave the customary bow of the Jedi Order, before the translator unit he wore sparked to life, allowing him to speak basic Welcome to Felucia honoured guests. My name is Master Jajamal...
*Giselle strode out into the hangar, the frill's on her clothes fluttering about her, as she made a straight line towards the one known as Khazak. She had heard stories of a darksider that had aided the Jedi and Hapan forces in their assault upon the Sith Fortress on Kashyyyk, and now, here he was, on Felucia, and seeking the Jedi Order. Her saber remained firmly at her side as she stopped just short of Khazak and Dandleion, a smile crossing her face at the latter's antics* I believe that honour belongs to me Dandyman... *The Miraluka women then turned her attention to Khazak alone* Master Giselle... and you must be... Khazak?

"Indeed, councilor. I would of course never deny such a beautiful woman - truly, a flower of flowers, a rose among roses, a goddess among men and a queen among women - the honor of her duties." Dand bowed deeply, lavishly, truly, truly prostrating himself in the presence of such majestic ethereal beauty. Before he left, though, he cleared his throat. "Ahem. While I'm here - a moment of your time. I have taken a Padawan - Mary, the ruffian woman. If it could be recorded among the Jedi or whatever bureaucratic thing needs to be done. Also...dinner, candlelit, my dorm - room 111 - just think about it."
He left the pair at that, a wink and his most dazzling smile to Giselle - and, to his credit, it was a handsome one - and a polite nod to Khazak. Making his way back over to his Padawan, the universe seemed to lurch (the time difference somehow magically dissipating) and Dand looked on at the newly constructed Temptest, rather impressed. "My, she does clean up well, doesn't she?"

Nartaga looked down at the Jawa and nodded his head in greeting. He was glad the Jawa had a translator, as it would save some time. He had not practiced the Jawa Trade Speak in some time, and besides that he believed it would be inadequate for conversing with a Jedi Jawa. Nartaga had only met one Jawa who had been capable of using the Force in his lifetime, and was a bit surprised, but it put him at ease that he would be dealing with someone who was at least connected to Tatooine, for the time being at least.
Kal'Shor bowed his head in greeting with Nartaga. He had never heard of a Jawa Jedi, but he supposed the Universe was big enough to allow for something so strange to him. He lifted his head slowly and lifted his hand in signal to the other Dunewalkers under his command, who then moved their formation to surround and block off the ramp of the ship from entry. A few moments after they stopped moving nearly fifty more Tusken Raiders, bearing the R'Crurak clan symbol on their shoulders, rushed out. They came out with ladders and tools needed to inspect the hull of the ship. Soon the ship was covered with R'Crurak Engineers performing inspections all over the outside of the ship.
Nartaga raised his head and pulled a small ornately carved sandstone box from his robes.
-Nartaga- "It is a great pleasure to meet you, Master Jajamal. I hope our sudden appearance here is not an inconvenience to the Jedi. I am deeply sorry we could not send word ahead of us, but we do not have the capability to send messages beyond our star system. I hope you can forgive this transgression. I offer this gift in apology. Please accept this humble offering from the R'Crurak clan to the Jedi of the planet Felucia. It is a necklace containing water from our Sacred Well."
Nartaga knelt down and extended his arms, his head bowed once more, waiting for Master Jajamal to accept the box and take it from him. Seeing all that the Jedi had, just from first impressions, water from a well may not have been the best choice. Perhaps it was an even better thing that a Jawa was here to greet him. Those not of Tatooine would probably not understand the meaning of such a gift.

When Dandy had hugged him Khazak had remained stiff and his fists clenched tightly. Khazak was not accustomed to any form of physical contact that wasn't violent, so the action was foreign to him. His yellow eyes widened in surprise then narrowed in apprehension, when the man let go it was to reveal an attractive miraluka woman approaching. She quickly spoke and stated her purpose was to welcome and that her name was master Giselle. Upon hearing this Khazak kneeled bowing his head Master. "I have come at the request of Anya and Saris to be inducted into the order. I was at the battle for the temple and aided the others and master Calmacil as best I could. I wish to join the Order if there is any way my past transgressions can be forgiven."

Caoimhin was looking past Na'an to Rutil when the door opened, but it was Na'an who spoke first. She stepped into the breach the open hatch left, her face set in hard, careful lines. The only sign of distress she displayed was the mildest of twitches, pulling at the scar that cut across her eyebrow. "I wish we could believe that." Her right hand rose into the space between them, palm upwards. Her left hovered at her hip, her thumb pushing up the fabric of her shirt to reach her shoto's activation stud. "Your other weapons. Then your hands." The girl wasn't giving him an inch, which warmed the old man's heart. He'd heard the story of his old pupil in bits and pieces, and through it all he had found a common thread that linked the rumors, stories, and hushed whispers; her kindness had always gotten the better of her. Given half a chance, she'd drop everything - her weapon, her guard, and her emotional defenses - and forgive her transgressors with nary a second thought. It's what forced her to kill that maniac on Nal Hutta. It's what caused her to befriend a droid that by all rights should have been dismantled. And it's what caused her to bring Caoimhin Shan - a tried-and-true fanatic of the dark side, who had rejected the light as often as it had been offered to him - back to a Jedi stronghold instead of putting him in the ground. Vidalu Na'an had certainly made progress. But she had yet to really put her foot down when it was required of her.
Perhaps a brief reminder was in order.Rutil didn't so much as lift a hand as he called the Force to surround the young man. And as it did so, he put it to work, and the lad would have felt the source of the Jedi's power slamming his airway shut. This game, borne of Na'an's indecision and Shan's coy attitude, had gone on long enough. Shan could either willingly comply with her, or the boy would be forced to deal with him. If history was any indication, the choice should have been obvious." Now, boy," the Zabrak growled in an unheard, menacing tone.

Dand's arm winged at this particular time - and, perhaps wisely, decided to move off to the medical bay.

Several hours had passed, and Dandleion Wriyte returned to the hangar. Activity had died down somewhat, and as he walked towards his fighter and Mary's new ship - apparently a much bigger one at that - he surmised that the open bay door on the StarWind was meant for his fighter - based on the docking clamps within the space. Walking over to his Owool (which had mysteriously morphed from Fire Lotus to Owool - while retaining the same green and gold color scheme), Dand had R8 prime the repulsorlifts while he climbed into the cockpit. With a hum, the ship lifted off, and its landing gear retracted - floating into the Starwind's hangar bay, the ship gently settled down, before the docking clamps grated forward to secure the Interceptor in place with a CLANG. Climbing out once more, directing R8 to stay in place, Dand exited the cargo bay, and poked his head out into the ships greater hall. It was a big ship. Very big. Wandering around, he silently peered into rooms, looking over the modifications.

Woken up by the sound of the fighter docking. Mary headed to the door of her room. In truth it was much bigger than anything she would use. She was already thinking of additional ways to use the extra space, though most of them wouldn't need anything major to be reworked. Making her way into the common area of the ship, she waited. The video feeds from the ship's security systems were already patched into her mask so Mary already knew her guest was Dandy. At the moment she was leaning against one of the walls just outside the door to her quarters. the ship was still mostly unfurnished, due to the limits of what the tech bay could supply. Actual furniture would require a stop at a city, figuring out a way to request the Temple supply it, or having it shipped in.

Dand wearied of wandering around the ship - exerting the force, he sent a ripple out, watching for where it broke. Ah, there. Turning down a hall, he walked towards Mary, currently leaning against a wall. "Mary, there you are. The ship looks good, considering the state it was in before." Shaking his head, he gestured around. "If not a little sparse on comfort. We can remedy this, later." Just then, Dand's datapad beeped, and he glanced it over. His eyebrow quirked at the news, but, otherwise, didn't seem too surprised. "We've been placed in the assignment roster. Peacekeeper status - criminal and law enforcement duty. Low grade duties befitting new Padawans and first time Teachers like myself."

-Mary Tech Lab didn't have a couch lying around.
Mary stiffened slightly at their assignment. Criminals. Good more targets.
-Jasper That isn't a proper thought for a Jedi & you know it.
-Titana Afraid to get your hands dirty? Or just that the Jedi are criminals themselves from all the kidnapping & brainwashing?

Dand's eyes narrowed at the woman's posture. You didn't need to have the force to notice the tension. "Ok...what was that about? Have a problem working with criminals?" Dand took a seat on the ground, preferring the floor to leaning on the wall. As he talked, he tapped out a requisition to the Jedi temple, with confirmation being sent back in few moments. "We don't have time for hesitation. Spill your guts. On a side note, Jedi have cleared us a budget for furniture - about a thousand credits. We have to get it though."

There was a silent pause for a long moment.
-Mary I have no issues with working against criminals. How effective I'll be depends on how many pieces you want them in. The more, the better.

*Even from orbit, Iella could sense the massive life force of the planet Felucia. She felt it even more strongly now as she guided her fighter into the hangar. She powered down the engines and climbed out of the craft, glad of the opportunity to stretch her legs after the long flight. After taking a moment to stretch out, she deposited her flight headset in the cockpit, thinking it might be best to check in and get situated before doing anything else.
Then again, there would be plenty of time for that. She had noticed one or two minor issues with the X-wing's engines on the way down. Might be best to fix those first...
Grabbing a toolbox from the small cargo hatch, Iella got right to work.*

"A little green man once said 'Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.' Memorize that. Bloodlust can be powerful...but its tempts one down the darkside. Heed my words Padawan - should bloodlust ever consume you, should you begin a path of destruction, you would begin with the best of intentions...and end up just as bad as those you punish. Happiness, love, laughter. Perhaps in your case righteousness, justice, and order - these things are of the lightside. Hold onto these things, and they will light your way. Embrace darkness, hate, pain, and lust for power - and they will lead you into an ever deepening spiral of death, despair, and, ultimately, damnation. Damnation; to become that which you fear." Dand blinked then, surprised he had so much stereotypical sage advice stored up within him. Shrugging, he eyed Mary once more.
"That said, do NOT kill anyone unless absolutely necessary. We work within the justice system - we must capture in many cases, and prosecute according to the law. Should your life be threatened - and I mean TRULY threatened, for it is hard indeed to threaten the life of a Jedi - then, and only then, may you use lethal force. Use non-lethal techniques whenever possible." Dand gestured to the outside of the ship. "Now, I need to pick up a few things first, but, we have a small assignment in Kway Teow...Kwa Tow? Hoever you say it. Felucia's capital. Be ready to move when we get back...and lets pray this bird can fly."
With that, Dand made his way to the ships ramp, exited, and dusted himself off as he walked onto the deck.

Dand began walking towards the dormitories, then stopped mid-stride. He sensed...he sensed... "I sense a sensual disturbance in the force." Spinning on his heel, he scanned the deck, then spied her. The angel, the angel who had cometh down from the stars themselves, and alighted on this very hangar to grace us with her presence. First walking, then running, Dandleion run up to the woman, and held out a hand as he got his breath. Finally, after a few gulps of air, he turned his gaze on her.
His smoldering gaze, a gaze of such PASSION of such HEAT, that surely it make her take a step back. That, or get a restraining order. A devilish grin, a roguish wink, and a voice smooth and honeyed; all were used as he addressed this beautiful enigmatic creature. "Hello. From whence did thee come from? Hark, how such a gracious creature, enigmatic, beautiful, ethereal, could possibly come here is beyond me - I question not, I only gratefully thank the force that it has happened. Like a miracle, or a chance crossing in fate. For the Force itself to align the stars so adequately, so perfectly, as to allow our meeting...? Why, it is beyond comprehension. Surely we must take advantage of this? Surely we must adjourn to my quarters? To share in wine, to light a candle with fingers intwined? To writhe in a bed of finest silks to climactic bliss? This...this is the only option, the only option in the face of fate itself. To surrender..."
His eyes, glistening with tears, his voice now quaking with emotion, his hand stretched out towards her questioningly.
"My name is Dandleion Wriyte...will you join me in our fate?"

On the Tusken troopship Kr'Naan'Kar, one of the Apprentice Engineers aboard, had an idea. This was her first time leaving Tatooine. She had not even left the Enclave in her seven years of life. She was not going to stay cooped up on a ship when there was a whole new world out there. She could sneak off, and find a ship. So while the Head Councilor was meeting with the Jedi, she had sneaked out with the other Engineers to inspect the ship, and slipped away through all the noise. She had a knife, a water bladder, and a datapad. What else could she need? She knew how to hunt, how to survive the harsh sands of her homeworld. At this moment she felt invincible.
She sprinted as quietly as she could, which for a child was not very quiet, until she came across a Starwind-class pleasure yacht. Seeing an opening, she ran towards it, straight up into the ship. She skidded to a stop, sliding across the metal floor of ship, and started looking around for anyone she could talk into letting her join the crew.

*Iella, for a few moments, was totally absorbed in the maintenance of her fighter. It was almost like a form of meditation, finding bad components withing the fighter and swapping them out or fixing it. The X-wing had aged well, or at least better than most other fighters of this type. She wasn't the most skilled mechanic around, but any pilot worth a scrap could handle a hydrospanner.
She had just been thinking about whether or not to bypass a bad coupling or try to rewire it when a voice sounded from behind her. Turning to face it, she spied someone walking towards her, a tall, light skinned and fair haired male. And he was spewing something that wouldn't have been out of place in a trashy holo-novel. As he rambled on about fate, the miracle of their meeting and other flowery speeches that she honestly didn't care to pay attention to. Who the hell did this idiot think he was?
It was only Iella's Jedi-trained restraint as well as her sense of the Force within him that kept her from doing something rather drastic. The man finished his speech and held out his hand, leaving a stunned and bewildered Iella to try and figure out just how to respond. How could one respond to that? Who even talked like that anymore? It boggled the mind....
Finally, Iella found her tongue and just decided to start with her name."Er...I'm Iella. Iella Dresari." *Dandleion seemed like an odd name, but that was far from the front of her mind.*"So do you introduce yourself to everyone like that? Seems kind of excessive if you ask me."

"Iella Dresari. I'm impressed; many Jedi lesser than you have a shorter patience. Without the sting of a slap on my face, I find myself pleasantly...unfulfilled." Straightening, wiping his hands on his robe, Dand gave a gracious bow, before offering a far more convincing wink than the one he had offered before. "As for who talks like that - you'd be surprised at how many people are put off guard by it. Opens many doors...and many garments. But I digress with a more proper introduction; I am Dandleion Wriyte, Jedi Peacekeeper and law enforcement adjunct. Most people call me the Dandelion Knight - or, alternatively, the Dandy Man. Our own council member Giselle...*the man's eyes took on a dreamy state at the mention of that name, before snapping back to reality*...er, Giselle refers to me this way as well. Feel free to do this. Dand works equally fine."

*So Dand was a Jedi after all. It was kind of difficult to believe that anyone with as much training as it would take to become a Peacekeeper could talk so...flowery. Iella had been hit on before a few times, but never by someone who spoke like Dand did. It was probably an act, like he had said it opened some doors for him, but it was still an odd thing to behold.
She sighed.*"All right then. Just call me Iella. And I have a question for you, Dand." *Though her face remained neutral, Iella was about ready to be done with this conversation.*"I'm wondering just what it will take for you to go somewhere else so I can work."
