I sat and drank my tea quietly, observing the goings-on of the bar like I always do. It is good to know everything that goes on around you, and to be aware of it. It was that behavior that helped me to see across the bar to the man who just came in.
As packed as the bar was, it was clear to see the man. He looked familiar, but it was the tattoos he had on his hands that grabbed my attention. I hadn't seen tattoos like them in a while, but I knew what they meant. I knew what they symbolized.
I cleared my throat quietly, and then spoke loud enough so that everyone in the bar could hear.
You've got to have a lot of balls to show off tattoos like that.
I took one last, long draw to empty my cup of tea, then reached over to pour myself another cup from the pot.
Either that, or you have a lot of empty space in that thick skull of yours.

He put his hand onto the weathered and beaten door of the tavern, caressing it like the skin of a lost lover, before he gave an audible sigh and pushed the portal open.
Despite the lapse in time the tavern still had its quaint charm. The smell of Louie's cooking only barely covered the stench of stale booze, chem-laced mercenaries, rotten smugglers, and the occasional dank smell of fornication from the girls of the brothel above. It was a slime hole, but it was his slime hole. His escape of sorts form his exile. Exile... the shrouded vagabond thought to himself, as he walked towards the bar, not paying any attention to the tavern's onlookers quizzical stares. By all intensive purposes he looked like he'd taken the cloths off or a dead Tusken, and truth be old; he had.
The degenerates measuring him up as he passed, were weighing their options, and hopefully coming to logically conclusions on why this man was in the state he seemed to be. On a planet like Tatooine the old adage "you can't read a book by its cover" was wrong. In this nexu eat nexu world, you either accepted things for face value, or died reading between the lines. Harsh, yet fitting. Much like the planet itself.
He took a seat at the bar near a set of taps, before putting his hand up to call Louie over. Oh, good Louie. The vagabond thought to himself, as he saw the perturbed look on Lou's face as he waddled his way over to a patron that he thought wouldn't be paying his bill.
"Ya bett'r 'ave sumthin' ta pay with buddy?" Louie said bluntly to the tattered figure before him.
"Ah, I'm glad you're doing well, Louie..." The man said softly. "Now, if you're done saying hello. I'll take a bottle of Thallrika." A gauze wrapped hand plunked a considerable amount of credits on the bar. It was a deliberate display of wealth, but would anyone be dumb enough to test the theory of him being only a vagrant; who happened to have a considerable amount of creds on him?
Louie's face slackened, his rosy cheeks loosing their color as he realized who was in front of him. "Ju-..."
Jud raised a wrapped hand to his shrouded face an shushed the Tavern owner. "I know, long time no see. We'll be sure to catchup, but keep my name to yourself for now, old friend. Louie just gave the Venerable Sith a nod of understanding, and went to get his best patron a bottle.

As I took another drag of the cigar I tried to think of where I might find more of them. I was starting to run low, and I did so enjoy there taste. But unfortunately the last place I found them was now a burning pile of ash. And I could admit it was not my fault this time. Yet while I was enjoying the Cigar and my ale it seemed it was going to be interrupted, as I heard someone speak. Well I could only assume it was to me, since it spoke of tattoos. And the way they spoke meant they knew something about them. I spun in my seat to see who was talking, and was lucky enough to catch them yell something else. I eyed the old man from across the room. Maybe I shouldn't call him old man, cause that opened up myself to be called an old man. He only appeared a few years older then me. He sat alone drinking what appeared to be tea...Yeah no I'm calling him old, I mean come on who comes to a tavern to drink tea, and this planet of all planets to do it.
If you recognize these, then you know what they mean. If you know what they mean, then you have encountered one of us before.
I had to admit, when I first met with the thirteen people it had been an interesting enough concept. Something that I enjoyed. It was fighting that truly made me feel alive, and the idea and promised me more of it. But like all things it burned out shortly. A shame truly, there had been quite the interesting gathering. But from my records most of the members were now dead or had vanished from the galaxy completely. Which seemed to match the ill fate of anything I participated in. All I could do was shrug off the feeling as i pushed away from my seat drink in hand and headed towards the old man in the corner.
And what would you know of this thick skull of mine.

As the tattooed man took the time to respond, I noticed another person entering the establishment. He reeked of the Dark Side, but there was something I could sense in the Force... Something I couldn't put my finger on. A familiar presence? A long-removed association that was familiar to me? Whatever it was, I would have to figure that out later.
Right now, I had to focus on the man at the bar. I took one more long draw on my tea, emptying the cup of tea. I stood, and set the cup back on the table. As I began to walk across the bar, the bartender looked at me with a glimmer of worry in his eyes. I raised my hand to him, a simple gesture that I had no intentions of starting something that might cause harm to his place. Instead, I stopped by the tattooed stranger, and spoke lightly.
I've seen a few of your kind. For the most part, I'm not impressed. Follow me outside, and I'll teach you a thing or two.
I didn't wait for a response. I moved away from the man, and started walking towards the door. Suddenly, I stopped, and turned to the man who had just come in. I raised my right hand and pointed to him, speaking loud enough for the entire bar to hear again.
And once I'm done with him, it's your turn.
I gave the dark man a smirk, and turned back towards the door, walking out into the sand and dust. Most people would probably see everything I just did and wonder... What the fuck? Well, I may be an old man slowly slipping into senility, but there was always a method to my madness. Sowing the seeds of chaos was well and good in its own right, but I had bigger plans than just chaos for chaos sake.

Jud had heard the proceedings, as Louie slowly brought him his bottle, and a glass. It was only after Louie had pours Jud an ample amount that he heard the man talk to someone else. The Old Sith payed it no mind, not thinking a braggart like that would be picking a fight with a vagabond, and seeing as the Sith never allowed himself to be unmasked through the Force. He hardly thought it possible that anyone would call him out as a Sith.
But Louie's face said differently.
"Was he talking to me, Lou?" Jud asked with a unamused sigh.
"Ya, he sure as tha pit was..." The barkeep answered, putting the bottle down on the bar, before giving Jud's glass a push towards him.
Jud took the glass up and swirled the contents a bit. His single eye gave out a glint as he thought, and the slightest of a chill ran down Louie's spine before Jud spoke again. "All I wanted was a fugging drink..."
"Ya, don' 'ave ta go en do it, Jud... He don' look worth it. Sit en drink, ain't no shame en that, right?" Louie countered with a shrug, knowing full well that the Old Sith had never turned down a conflict... well at least any of the ones that had been provoked at his tavern. The only time he'd ever seen jud squarely beaten had been decades ago, at he hands of Jay-Ven. But that had been five against one, and the only one that had remained standing was the Master Jedi. Louie shrugged again, and shook off his memories to look at Jud again. "I ain't seen ya en almos' eight seasons, Jud. Ye finish yur drink."
Jud was silent as he continued to swirl the dark amber liquid in his glass, before nodding his head and knocking it back in one gulp. "I'll be back in a bit..." Jud said as he put the glass on the bar in front of Louie, and got up form his stool. "Make sure that glass is nice and full when i get back." Jud gave Louie a ta ta wave and sauntered out after a soon to be dead man.

I set my drink down on the counter with a sigh. Why did things like this always seem to happen. I wasn't looking for trouble when I cam in here, in fact of all places I figured I would be able to escape trouble here. But as this proved there was no where safe. But I had been called out and one thing I never do is back down from a challenge. Its because of the philosophy that i have meat so many interesting characters over the years. Taking another drag of my cigar I headed towards the exit along with the unknown man. Though i paused when I heard the man address another. Well now things were starting to get interesting, at first I was disappointed this was happening. But now I was curious what brought this about. There had to be something that happen to tie us all together, so with a smile I made it towards the exit trying to enjoy the last bit of my cigar.

*Kaytra entered the tavern and shook the dust from her flight jacket she wore to help hide the armorweave that was under her black t-shirt. Her prosthetic eyes adjusted quickly to the lower lighting of the building, while her hand absentmindedly checked the Delgado Heavy Blaster Pistol on her hip. She scanned the room, picking out anything that could be a threat. Her eyes landed on Crystaall Sehefadu sitting at corner booth. Shaking her head in slight amusement while debating just how small the galaxy was, she made her way over to the table. She drug a stool over to the table and sat down.* "How about that. If I knew you were buying drinks I would have showed up earlier." *She turned her attention over to finding the bartender before finding him. Her black and green eyes scanned the man for a second, sizing him up, before turning her attention back to the Jedi.* "What brings you to this ball of dust?"

*Crystaall could sense Tatham the closer she got, and Crystaall could only smile at the presence of the GALSAF pilot. She didn't know GALSAF members took off-duty trips. Gregkast only sighed as he pilot took a stool and sat at the middle of the booth. Crystaall reached across the table and punched the rodian in the shoulder, signifying that he be polite. He didn't have the same respect toward GALSAF as she did. He preferred Republic military to GALSAF, and Crystaall couldn't think why.*
Crys- "There are only a very few I buy drinks for Kaytra. If you really want to get a good drink you should be hitting me up when I travel home. Naboo smugglers bring in the best ale from the galaxy. As for what I'm doing here, I normally don't get many premonitions any more, but this one told me to bring my rodian friend , Gregkast (Grey-Cast), here and to wait for the opportunity to hit me. These dreams haven't appeared for quite some time. Not since I forged my name as a secret savior of this blasted galaxy. And I can assume you haven't heard of my legend, its a long story I don't like to go over."
Kast- "A story you can discuss on your own."
Crys- "Ease the kriff up you nesanto1."

*Kaytra gave a slight grin at Crystaalls response. She cast a quick glance at the Jedis Rodian friend when he spoke. Her black and green eyes gazed lifelessly into his before turning back to the women in front of her.*
"Dreams can be funny that way. I'm not one to know much about the sort force users have, but if it speaks opertunity, then I say take it." *She then shook her head and gave a low laugh.* "I have heard many tales and legends but not the one you speak of. As for stories we don't like to speak of, well, I'm full of them. So I'm not going to pry. But the drink however. That offer I will take next time I'm near Naboo."
*She turned her attention back to the bar and shouted for the bartender. A drink was what she was here for after all.* "I wish I could say I was here by some mystic means, but sadly no. The Hati needs refueled and some repairs. I'm just taking care of some personal things right now. Thought I'd take a break for a drink."

*Crystaall slumped back in her booth and grinned. Kaytra had chosen right to come to Tatooine for repairs.*
Crys- "Well, you've come to the right place for repairs, just watch out. Some of these merchants are Toydarian, and they don't negotiate well with humans. And if you do, since your mostly geared up in cybertech, they'd try and take one of your pieces if they could. Had one try to haggle for my left arm. I had to hit him with it to get 'im to shut up."
Kast- "I believe he wasn't really willing to negotiate after you hit him."
Crys- "Well if YOU try buying my arm and repeatedly ask, don't you think I'd hit hit you?"
Kast- "Well... yea, you would."

*Kaytra let out a chuckle.*
"I've gotten pretty good at haggling. It can get hard sometimes when people mistake me for an A.I. rather then a person. Not some of the best experiences I've had." *Out of the corner of her eye she caught sight of a small group of Jawas stairing her way.* "I won't trade with Jawas anymore. Not since the...incident. I can't trade most of my parts anyway. Most of them have been grafted right to the bone."

Crys- "Well, if you can't even trade them, that must be a little bit of relief when you talk to anyone obsessed with cyber-tech. Oh, and don't mind Kast here. He has issues with GALSAF, almost as if something was up his kad1"
Kast- "Could you quit using Ancient Sith? You are not one of them."
Crys- "You know well that I can't. You try speaking Rodese again, and we'll see if you can resist using it when you speak Basic."
Kast- "You may be older, but you sometimes still act as a child."
Crys- "It's a gift. So, Tatham, has your piloting improved since we last met? I can assume Ander has you guys running everywhere."
*Crystaall wanted to quickly direct the subject to something else. Speaking too much of her age or her custom in front of someone who doesn't really know her past, was not something she felt comfortable with. Gregkast could only shrug his shoulders and sigh as he took another sip of his drink. He was more interested in what premonition Crystaall had.Hers mainly involved that of the truth, and were rarely wrong. But what could she have seen? Crystaall only noticed at how Gregkast isolated himself as Crystaall waited for Kaytra's answer. This made her smirk, she had always loved leaving friends and enemies thinking about her... especially about what she says.*

*Kaytra raised an eyebrow when Kast mentioned the Sith. She really wasn't sure what he meant by that, but she wasn't going to pry about it.* "Some people have problems with GALSAF. That doesn't bother me though. Either way.." *She reached into the pocket of her coat and pulled out a cigara, placing it between her lips, lighting it. Taking a drag she let the smoke drift out of nostrils.* "..if I hadn't joined GALSAF then I'd probably still be raiding freighters in the Outer rim, maybe working for a Hutt, or dead.." *She let out a chuckle and took another drag. Letting the smoke escape her lips as she let out as she spoke.* "Yeah, probably dead. Pirates don't have a long life expectancy when their reckless. Or make a few enemies real early in life." *She leaned back on the stool and cast a glance around the room then back to the Jedi in front of her.* "The flying still comes as natural to me as walking, so pretty good. We've been doing small missions lately, and a lot of training. You know how it is."

Crys- "Being in any organization with a strong military either does a lot of small missions or a large attacks on key points for the enemy. The Alliance had a lot of that. Had less harsh training than the Empire, but we we're given hope as a sedative. It worked in most cases. And I have to say, I couldn't imagine you as a pirate or dead. I can sense your want to survive and succeed. Lot of people don't have that."
Kast- "A-hem."
Crys- "Hey, I never said you don't have it, just more or less we had a destiny that backed us up."
Kast- "Do you ever shut up about the Force and your 'Destiny'?"
Crys- "You've known me long enough to answer that question yourself dolega1
*Crystaall smiled at the rodian and took a sip of her drink, nearly chugging the rest down. She was still rather surprised GALSAF member would take a stop here. The place was infested with crime and not many strong GALSAF believers, Gregkast excluded.*

*Kaytra gave a low chuckle at what Crystaall said.* "My father once told me that sedatives only last so long. Then the story repeats as they begin to drown us in bureaucracy." *She leaned forward, folding her arms on the table.* "But what do I know. I'm a soldier, not a politician. Probably better that way."
*Kaytra couldn't help by give a sly grin when Crystaall said she couldn't see her as a pirate.* "We all have our secrets. Some are just buried deeper then others. But yeah, I was a pirate. Born to a pirate clan in the Outer rim that's been around for a couple thousand years. May be hard to believe, but that's what I am." *When Crystaall mentioned that Kaytra was one that wanted to survive and succeed, her smile faded some. In truth she really wasn't sure why she kept going forward. In some ways she wished she hadn't made it through the freighter explosion.* "I wasn't raised to quit. No matter what. Besides, this destiny you speak of, hasn't been very kind to me the past few years."

Crys- "Unfortunately destiny is not meant to be kind, only focused on showing you the paths you can choose. Which one you choose decides your fate, and you can only blame yourself."
*Crystaall looked at Gregkast and managed to give him a fake smile, but he knew what lay behind it. Ever since he met a teenage bounty hunter his life was set in a motion he couldn't stop. But he never told the girl he could never regret the life. He assumed the same fate Kaytra expressed would have taken him. He wasn't a popular smuggler back then. Crystaall turned her attention back to Kaytra and understood she was thinking on her past most likely. She wouldn't dare budge, knowing the woman would prefer privacy. Instead she sat in silence and began to go over her premonition in her head. She wondered how long they would be here until the mysterious figure she saw approached them. She shook her head as Gregkast tapped the table for her attention.*
Kast- "You're going to lose yourself the more you soul search."
Crys- "You don't know that."
Kast- "And you assume I know nothing about the woman I've protected for nearly 20 years."
Crys- "Sorry."

*Kaytra took one last drag of the cigara before crushing it out in an ashtray.* "Then my fate isn't going to be a kind one then. Either that, or I've chosen poorly. Hard to tell." *She leaned back in her chair and folded her arms across her chest.* "Sometimes soul searching isn't a bad thing. As long as you can find your way back anyway."

Kast- "Yea, try telling her that. She only moves forward, even after the deaths of others."
Crys- "Oh come on, are you really pulling this card on me? What do you want me to do, sit there and whine? I could just as easily fight for them, to make their sacrifice meaningful, and you know all three of them would be proud of me."
Kast- "All three? What about the hundreds of men and women WE served with on the Alliance? Do you not mourn them?"
Crys- "We were at war.... we won the war and honored our fallen-"
Kast- "Except for the fact that you were never there!"
Crys- "How dare you! I will not have this conversation in front of a friend that I deeply respect, and I should not have to explain myself. We both walked in blind."
*Crystaall crossed her arms and sighed sadly. She always knew Gregkast disliked her for some of her methods, but she had to do what was needed at the time. She sacrificed her sanity to keep him alive and he doesn't even know. But on Gregkast's end, all he saw was a woman devoted to a cause and then failed to show when the time to eliminate the enemy was at hand. Gregkast only looked past Kaytra across the cantina and watched the other patrons, not that there were many around. He thought he heard a fight start outside but he wasn't sure.*
Crys- "I'm sorry if our argument has affected you Tatham. Its my fault for even speaking of my past. The rodian gets so worked up over it, and I cant blame him."

*Kaytra raised an eyebrow when the two started arguing. She shook her head when Crystaall apologized.*
"There's no need to apologize. We all come from somewhere. Our pasts may hurt, but what we learned makes us stronger and wiser. Even if you don't speak of it, you're actions will tell volumes of what you've done."

*Crystaall remained silent as Kaytra spoke. Her words were honest and true, and another smile cracked across her lips.*
Crys- "Kaytra, if you were even a little skilled in the Force, some might call you a Jedi Knight. And somehow you have always managed to make me smile."
*Crystaall nodded to Kaytra and then looked at Grey-Kast. The rodian was leaning in so most in the bar couldn't hear them.*
Kast- "How long will we be waiting here for... whatever we are waiting for?"
Crys- "I will wait days if I must Grey-Kast, you want to go sleep in the ship, be my guest. Kaytra, are you here alone?"
