Background story that might come up around a campfire scene, if they live that long:
Just a brief on Gunner Natu Taug and Driver Tean Jarvins- I'm making them brothers, and fresh out of the acadamy, but with different last names because they come from a planet with a matriarchal society where when they marry the men take the women's last name. (they married young). they are otherwise average, competent, troopers.
Commander Wagner Martaine is middle aged, well educated and pompous but a wuss/dandy and never accumulated much combat experience while running an SD's motor pool. Like the guy that runs a supply closet at work: Maintenance, supplies, logistics, keeping things clean, those are his forte. He jumped at the opportunity to take the Scout Walker (SW-14) after a deserter b/c Pzob was seen as a backwater where nothing happens so no one objected to him going out himself despite his lack of combat sorties in an AT-ST- that's why he has had trouble with the PA comm, and shit aiming with a blaster. Or at least that's what they told me when I bought them drinks at the cantina last night... :) (Twist!)

Martaine is semi prejudice against droids b/c of the assassin droid that made an attempt on Emperor Nic's life. As members of the First Order they are not acquainted with the NOE's background, structure or lore. Their respect for Tyna comes from her status as special forces agent, her rank (lieutenant), her level of attainment despite being a teenager, and the fact that just about everything Tyna works on is classified. Think how army grunts get boners when they meet a green beret or a navy seal in a bar. (And not to minimize, they give every American a boner. Special forces are the secret ingredient in Viagra).

Feel free to draw on this if you NPC them.

And just need to say this, I really enjoy reading your work and writing with you bro.

I love our story line so far. I spent most of this morning re-reading it. There are a couple things I'd change about my posts, including having Tyna realize that they were making camp in a crater, and have her suit's geiger counter go off from the radiation.  I the fact that we both are excited... is a good sign of things to come. Like I said, I have to try hard hold back and be subtle, and go for the slow build towards things. Like Tyna finally accepting being a saint. and her back pain. So excited for her back pain. 

Speaking of awesome story lines, what happened with Wart on Contruum? I shat a brick when Draggy killed lil'kaan. Are you going to continue that story?

Also, If you had a moment, I was wondering if you could read the temple posts I created for Bacca. I feel like havok is straining things with bacca, but not too far? Does it seem plausible? Does it seem true enough to Bacca's character, in your opinion? Would you have any feedback on those posts?

I totally get it. My job ended and I've been out of work for the past two weeks, which is why I have been able to write so much. Once I get another job, I'll probably be back to posting once a week or every other week. So I am trying to crank some stuff out before that point.
Yeah. Writer's block its a B. That's a good way to approach it. I always appreciated your patience.

Sometimes I get writer's block when it feels like I don't understand my character well enough to continue. And when the post is something that is character defining, or a major moment, its paralyzing because the indecision is real. That's the worst. Ian, and the Gamorrean posts, and Spook getting hit, and Ives and the escape pod were all things I did to walk away from thinking about Tyna- they weren't supposed to be as impactful, they were there to allow me to continue telling the story without writing from Tyna's or Eli's point of view because I didn't know what Tyna or Eli or Havok would do next. Ian was just supposed to be the one that got eaten by the terentatek and fulfilling Tyna's vision about seeing someone getting eaten by the Terentatek. It was going to be a valuable lesson as a seer that having a vision is one thing, but having the correct interpretation of the vision is a whole 'nother ball game.

Question, would Tyna get any force reading from the medallion? Like it was forged by force sensitive techniques or people, or anything like that?

Hmmmm. I am guessing a troop of traveling clowns with a wagon, pulled by a small velociraptor? XD

Also appearance wise, I've been sort of picturing Starkiller as looking like a silver ultrasmurf from warhammer with spikes and chains, but with russel crowe's helmet from the gladiator and the robot's head from terminator.  Is that right? wrong?

Tyna's base outfit is basically what Iden Versio wears in Battlefront 2, except a black recon helmet.
