Indeed, there will be light in the darkness... and it will be us, the Knights of Ren. Not the Jedi and their blind obedience to Ashla's desire for domination. There can be no balance when the light or the dark dominates... Harnan took several steps forward, putting the pile of rubble to his back. He tightened his grip on his spear. Time was beginning to run out on how long they could maintain this offensive against the Library. So it was time to finish off Aeryn, failing that, force him to retreat. He closed the distance then, breaking into a slow sprint, before forcefully thrusting his spear forward, using its reach to get past Aeryn's defences
WT-2199 had not expected the Jedi child to give him much of a fight. He had felt confident. But unlike her, he was physically limited by a lack of the force. Before long, he was defeated. Finally flung into a wall, as a Jedi stood over him. Asking him if he had a family Of course. My brothers and sisters of the First Legion! Fighting to quell the chaos of your so called freedom... In truth, his brothers and sisters had indeed actually also signed up with him. And they had in fact all ended up within the First Legion

*Harnan's spear finds flesh as the blade of the weapons slices into Aeryn's arm just below the shoulder. He was to slow, though he did keep the spear from being embedded into his chest. Aeryn could feel his arm become warm as blood begins to soak his right arm sleeve. But before he could react Harnan's shield hits him like a charging bantha knocking the breath from his lungs. Though he is being pushed back, Aeryn takes the chance. With his left arm now past the shield he slashes upwards hoping to the the Knight Of Ren arm off with it. *

Harnan planted his right foot down, bringing himself to a stop as the blade of his spear cut into Aeryn's arm. Although, he had been sprinting, he had not been going fast enough that he was unable to stop himself short. And with his spear inside of Aeryn's own saber reach, there was no need to keep charging. He pivoted then, aiming to drag the blade horizontally across the Jedi's chest, provided the man did not manage to pull back

*Aerandir's eyes narrowed upon the trooper he held at bay with the edge of his saber, boring into him with his gaze and senses. "Brothers and sisters" could have meant comrades. Could have been a metaphorical family. But Aerandir saw more... saw the truth in those words. He was honestly shocked he had stayed his hand in the first place; normally he didn't hesitate to cut down any fiend who dared intend harm upon his children. Yet he only held him back, desiring empathy rather than violence.*
"So you would know, then, that losing one of them would be difficult," *he monotoned, ignoring the indoctrinated accusation.* "I won't make them experience what you nearly wrought upon me. Leave."
*Such a gesture—whether or not it was accepted—nearly felt empty. As long as either side continued to fight, families would be torn asunder; it was an unfortunate fact of war. Why would sparing this one life be any different? Because it was avoidable? Part of him still wanted to extend his arm, end this would-be child murderer... But he still couldn't deny the chance that something good could come from this. At the very least, he knew it would be a powerful lesson for the child behind him... as well as the other children in the room.
Or maybe he was simply tired of the senseless slaughter.*

* Aeryn is unsure is his left saber connects with Harnan as a pain flashes across his mind as the tip of the spear slices across his chest leaving an 8 inch long wound in its wake. If Aeryn's attack was successful it would be hard for Harnan to continue to use his shield because of the damage his lightsaber would have inflicted, but after taking the the blow to the chest, he looses his grip on the weapon in his left hand and hears it hit the ground, it's blade now deactivated.
Staggering backwards Aeryn holds his chest with his left hand as the pain sears uncontrollably through his senses, blood now soaking the front of his shirt. Luckily the spider silk weave kept the injury from being fatal but did not stop it from causing serious damage. Aeryn takes in a deep but ragged breath and holds his lightsaber with both hands now, the cyan blade pointed directly at Harnan as Aeryn takes a defensive stance. *
" Come on then, is that the best you can do ? "

Harnan had stopped a couple feet away from Aeryn, meaning he had never slammed into the Jedi. Thus Aeryn had never gotten his saber reach past Harnan's shield. So the blade had done nothing more than glance across the surface of the shield as Aeryn had tried to strike at his shield arm. As Aeryn staggered backwards, Harnan straightened up once more. Giving his body a brief reprieve. He could already start to feel the strain on his muscles that the fight was causing. And he suspected it was only going to get worse, since it was quite apparent that Aeryn was not going to retreat from this fight.
It would an admirable action. Were it not for the fact that Harnan could never bring himself to ever admire the actions of a Jedi. Harnan spun his saber spear, before levelling the tip at Aeryn. At the very least, between the Jedi's loss of one of his sabers and the 8 inch wound across his chest, this fight would not last much longer If you want to die so badly, than allow me to oblige your wish... Harnan deactivated the blade of his Lightsaber Pike, and in one effortless motion, slung it across his back. The shaft of the spear locking into its clip. His hand then dropped down to the back of his belt, from where he pulled his regular lightsaber hilt from. The red blade snapping to life a few moments later. Harnan charged forward, drawing the force into his body to speed his movements. Just as he was about to hit Aeryn, he swung his shield upwards, hoping to bring it up underneath Aeryn's lightsaber and force both his hands upwards. He simultaneously stabbed forward with his lightsaber, aiming to drive it through the Jedi's abdomen
WT-2199 was somewhat dumbfounded by the Jedi's act. He had been certain that death awaited him at this Jedi's blade. Perhaps they were not as ruthless as Harnan and the First Order claimed. Or perhaps this was all merely a charade. Designed by the Jedi Master to influence the opinions of the children that the Jedi were the good buys. Or maybe it was meant to fool him. Make him question whether his commitment to the ideals of the First Order were wrong. Perhaps it was both at the same time. In either case, he was not going to be walking out of this alive. There was nothing stopping this Jedi from following after him, or having another Jedi waiting out in the hallway, ready to strike him down You are wrong Jedi... I haven't nearly wrought it upon you... He slapped his right hand down on the activator switch for the grenade on his belt. The couple second timer beeping rapidly, before it exploded

* Aeryn closes his eyes as Harnan charges him, sucking in a last deep breath. Just as Harnan closes in, Aeryn opens his eyes and lets out the breath he had been holding in. In tune with the exhale, He takes his left hand off of his lightsaber and puts his hand up towards Harnan in a stopping motion. Blue flames soon envelope Aeryn's left hand and he then grits his teeth and unleashes the last bit of his energy in a final attempt to stop the Knight Of Ren. Bursting forth from his hand the blue force fire fills the hallway as it rushes towards Harnan. There was no escape Aeryn thought to himself....they would both die in this inferno if that is what it took. *

*Aerandir couldn't blame the trooper's initial stunned reaction; he probably would have felt quite the same had he been shown mercy at the last moment by his sworn enemy. Skeptical as well... he might've questioned it too. But it seemed the trooper would not accept, stating that Aerandir was "wrong" before triggering a grenade on his belt.
Aerandir's eyes widened but his left hand was already moving, a sideways gesture to free the grenade from the belt. He then thrust his right arm forward, hurling the grenade towards the opposite end of the hall. It didn't make it all the way before it exploded; Aerandir looked away and nearly stumbled from the blast, even as chunks of stone and plaster rained down from the wall and ceiling.
But they were safe. Himself, the trooper and most importantly the children. For a brief moment, the fury flashed in his mind once more; yet again this trooper was on the cusp of killing his own. He could have instead simply engulfed the man in a bubble, taking out only himself. But his mind had already been set... and these children didn't need to witness that.*
"Stubborn," *he commented, looking upon the trooper once more.* "But so am I. I meant what I said. Off with you, then."

*The advance of Soku Ren and Thriesa Company was hardly contested. Though many of his men had split ways to scour other parts of the Library, several marched behind him, cutting down any who would stand in their way. He had expected fierce opposition—and indeed, a foe or two had put up a decent fight before they were put down—but Soku's resolve burned fiercer.
Before long, he had made his entrance into the deeper vaults, where defense was strongest. And yet, through the combined might of sword and blaster, he did not allow them to impede his progress. Artifacts held little meaning for him; he was here for knowledge, information, anything and everything that would allow him and his allies the ability to better understand the Jedi and their movements in the galaxy.
Oh... but he understood the Jedi quite well. However, he had long since lost access to that information that was once so readily available at his fingertips. He had reclaimed what he could at Deralia, at least, what they had not corrupted before he could reach it. Here, they would not dare destroy what they had kept safe...
He researched. He copied. He took whatever knowledge he could. And when he was finished... Well, they had gotten what they came for, had they not? Taking his commlink, he dialed into the specific frequency of Harnan Ren before speaking.* "Brother, I believe now our mission is complete. We shall make our way back to the surface. When you are ready... call in the strike." *With the message given, he signaled his men to follow him as the ascension to the surface began...*

Harnan watched as Aeryn took his last breath. For all intents and purposes, it looked as if Aeryn was accepting his fate. And that, Harnan though, would be the smart thing for the Jedi to do. But as Aeryn opened his eyes a few seconds later, Harnan had a bad feeling the Jedi was about to do something very stupid. Like trying to fight back at the last second. It all happened in a matter of seconds. Aeryn's hand raising up in slow motion, before it burst into blue flames. Things were about to get real hot, real fast.
Harnan fell to one knee, slamming the bottom of the shield into the ground. The flames were rapidly expanding out along the hallway as Harnan wrapped the force around himself in a protective bubble. Despite the protection, he could still feel the intensity of the flames as they swirled around him. As he looked up, trying to see through the flames to watch as Aeryn was consumed by the flames, Soku's broken message came through Brother.... mission is complete.... back to the surface... call in the strike Well that was some good news. Now all he had to do, was to wait for the flames to die down and examine the charred remains of his former Jedi opponent. After that, he could call the strike in and evacuate with his men
WT-2199 watched as the grenade was thrown harmlessly away by the Jedi. Damned Jedi. Couldn't even let a man die on his own terms. There were no other weapons left that he could use to kill the Jedi or himself. His comms crackled to life then All units, meet at the rendezvous point for extraction! So. They were done here now. He looked up at the Jedi Master before him for a moment. With no other options, he got to his feet and made his way out of the room, pausing briefly to collect the weapons from his fallen comrades out in the hallway, before breaking into a sprint to meet back up with the remnants of Omega Company

* Aeryn could feel his grasp on the force slipping as his own power began to fail him, his control over the force waning as the flames now rolled in all directions. Feeling the intense heat licking his skin, soon the smell of burning flesh and charred clothing filled his nostrils. His own personal struggle to remain in the light was his downfall for he did not have a foot planted in the either the dark or the light, which not only left him in a state of uncertainty but his power in the force wavering and even undependable at times. As pain over took him, thoughts of his past played like a slide reel through his mind. If he had only not been so arrogant he would have known that some day there would be a challenger that would best him, if had not been so naive to this then he would have trained more....he would have been ready for Harnan but instead it was the Knight of Ren who came prepared for a fight. Because of this it was Aeryn who would not walk away from this battle, and in turn the Jedi would loose so much more then a few lives.
As the pain called to him to act on his primal instincts and lash out, a part of him thought to just bring the entire temple down upon all those inside. Better to sacrifice a few for the greater good then to let the enemy win the day. But those thoughts are quickly pushed out of his mind, as the intensity of the fire begins to die down. Falling to his knees his arms fall to his sides as the force fire fades away. His head hung low as his vision becomes blurred as he stares at the ground before him. Smoke lightly coming off of his clothes and burned skin, he struggles to take in a breath of air. In a last act of defiance, he looks at Harnan and grimaces.
No words where spoken by Aeryn, then as his vision went black his body slumped over onto the ground *

Harnan rose to his feet as the fire died out. His helmeted face betraying no emotion as he watched Aeryn fall to his knees. He took a few steps closer and looked down at the Jedi as Aeryn grimaced at him Pitiful... He deactivated his lightsaber and clipped it back onto his belt as Aeryn slumped over onto the ground. He raised his hand then, reaching out with the force. Aeryn's primary saber rattled on the ground for a few seconds, before flying through the air into his open hand. He examined the hilt for a moment, before clipping it to his belt Here, your body shall lay... amongst the ruins of your failure... Harnan turned and walked away then, making his way back along the corridor to the main entrance area. He activated a comm line to The Resurgence then Captain Lasek, commence the bombardment. We're done here...
Copy that. Moving into position now... Harnan came out into the entrance way then, where the remnants of Omega Company had gathered. He motioned to them with his hand, before they tossed a hail of grenades to cover their retreat. Harnan placed his shield across his back, before breaking into a sprint out the opening and down the stair way. AALs dropped from the sky them, touching down just at the base of the staircase. As Omega Company loaded up, Harnan stopped for a moment, turning to look back at the Library, before looking up into the sky, where The Resurgence was breaking through the clouds. It was a beautiful sight, but not one Harnan gave much pause to admire. He ducked into the AAL, before the ramp closed and the transports boosted off into the air.
Once Soku Ren and Thriesa Company were confirmed as having gotten clear of the Library, the Resurgence fired a volley of its main cannons. Pummelling the ancient Jedi Library with turbolaser fire. When the last AAL landed in the hangar bay, the volley was stopped. But as the engines flared to life, pushing the Star Destroyer back into orbit, a half dozen torpedos were fired down onto the remains of the Library

*Aerandir waited, watching the trooper leave. For a moment he wondered if the act of collecting weapons was a last-ditch attempt to go down fighting, but the trooper merely left after that.
Once he was gone, Aerandir stepped inside the small room the children had been taking cover in, extinguishing his saber and kneeling down before Mina.* "You did well," *he spoke as he brushed his fingers against her cheek and rested his hand upon her shoulder.* "But I'm glad I made it in time."
*She responded by throwing herself at him. He embraced her tightly, grateful his child was safe, but he also looked upon the surviving younglings concernedly. They were varying degrees of relieved that they had been saved, but they still were in the middle of an invasion... and their protector's life had been taken. Even if they hadn't seen it, they could have surely felt it. Many of them showed clear signs of having just been crying; if not still crying.
It appeared the burden was upon him to protect them now. Preferably get them out of here. He had to do something from behind-the-scenes though. Wait... Shatterpoints... he'd forgotten that ability was available to him now. It was still quite a mystery that he had received this gift seemingly from nowhere, but perhaps it was time to put it to use.
He took a deep breath and closed his eyes, mind picturing the battlefield, placing its players from their positions in his senses. For a moment, that was all he could see... and then the lines formed. The links and fissures, showing the most powerful links, as well as the places that would cause a chain reaction should they be struck. The Jedi and the First Order both... there were many shatterpoints for each of them. But he followed the links skyward, where he saw clearly the biggest link tied to the success of the enemy: The ships in orbit. And the Library itself, where...
Aerandir's eyes shot open and he grabbed his comlink.* "Start evacuation immediately!" *he commanded across the allied forces defending the library, even as he gestured for the children to follow him.*
"Master, are you certain?" *came a response.*
"Absolutely." *Muting the comm for a moment, he looked at the kids.* "Stay close to me. We're getting to our ships and leaving immediately. We'll protect you, don't worry." *He nodded at Michelle, who went about helping gather them all up even as he stepped out into the hallway and spoke again into the comlink.* "I've seen what they plan to do. It's an orbital attack. We won't stand a chance."
*Silence preceded a response.* "Understood. Now that you mention it they are making an uncharacteristic retreat."
"Oh it's characteristic. Let's just get out of here before they have time to get in place."
*The commands relayed, Aerandir ushered the children onward, jogging through the halls at a pace they could keep up with. A nagging feeling at the back of his mind told him their time was limited, but he had to keep his calm. A few times he had to regather them, usually at the scene of aftermath of a grisly battle. But at last they had reached the hangar, where many personnel were still gathered, boarding ships and lifting off. Aerandir called out to one shuttle and directed the children to them, getting them all safely aboard.
With that taken care of, he scooped up Mina and dashed to the Quiet Perseverance with Michelle in tow. Aerandir set Mina upon the ramp and scanned the hangar for stragglers: Fortunately, it seemed all were accounted for. Satisfied, he bolted into the ship; Michelle and Mina were already in the cockpit, the former bringing the ship's engines online. He complimented her before sliding into the pilot's seat, getting the ship off the ground along with the others present.
The library suddenly rocked with impact, the sounds of explosions rocking the very air around them. So the strike had begun. Aerandir only hit the accelerators, keeping an eye on his scanners. To his relief, the entire gathering seemed to make it out unscathed.* "All ships, what happened here was a travesty," *he broadcast.* "But we'll have to let go. Many have fallen this day, but many more have made it out. The Library was just that: A library. While there's something to be said for preserving history, it's the future we should worry about. Must worry about, now. We'll continue to stand together and fight this tyranny, and we won't be alone.
"Set course for Felucia. We'll regroup there." *With that message, he led the ships far away from the library, and away from the invading force. Once they were clear of the planet, once they were sure their route would be uncontested, the ships jumped, Aerandir not daring to look back.*

* Darkness.....that is all he could see, all he could feel. The pain had subsided and his body was just numb, he tried to move but nothing happened. Unknown to him he was buried under an untold amount of rubble. The only thing that saved his now ebbing life was the primal instinct inside of him which acted on its own an cloaked him in just enough of a force barrier to create a tomb which he now resided in. Gasping for air his lungs soon felt like they where on fire, and fresh air did not fill them. He was going to die a broken shell of what he was once was. No glory or remembrance would come after his death, just another unnamed casualty from a war that had raged for a millennia. Aeryn closes his eyes and accepts his fate, when suddenly he feels a presence that fills him with power. Just enough to keep the spark of life within him lit. Once again he fades out of consciousness.*

* The once great jedi temple of Ossus a once prize jewel of the order had been destroyed, reduced to a few craters and massive piles of rubble. Only a few walls and towers still barely stood, it was truly a perfect visage of what the Jedi Order had become. The Errant Fyre flies through the sky and circles the destroyed temple looking for a place to land, after a few moments the pilot spots a flat area to land near the largest remains of the temple and makes for it. Once the ship had landed, Thrakk exits the vessel and takes in a deep breath. It had been some time since he had tasted the air of Ossus which even now still had remnants of smoke and dust coming from the debris. His boots crunch with every step and his black/crimson robes billow in the breeze behind him.
Taking a knee, the Dark Lord of the Sith places a gloved hand on the ground and closes his eyes as he searches through the force for his lost apprentice. The force pulsed through the debris acting like radar, and after some time he felt a flicker under the rubble. Standing back up on his feet, Thrakk stretches out his hands before him allowing the remnants of dark side energy created by the battle to fill him and add to his own power. Suddenly large pieces of stone and debris begin to quiver and then rise, floating up into the air and then being sent away as if they where leaves on the wind. This process takes hours and as night falls, Thrakk catches a glimpse of the man he had hoped to find. Climbing up to the exposes area of the debris, Thrakk looks down at the burnt and broken body of his failed apprentice. Placing a hand on Aeryn's back, Thrakk sends a massive amount of force energy into his crippled body. Like jump starting a battery he needed to re-awaken Aeryn's presence in the force....after a few moments ThrakK watches as the body moves as he hears Aeryn begin once again gasping for air.
Through the force Thrakk lifts up Aeryn and continues to power the power of the darkside into him, keeping him alive. They make there way back to the ship and once Thrakk gets Aeryn situated inside a medical pod, he tells the pilot to prep the ship for take off*

Jaecyn roams the ruins, stoic to it having been the library. All records within it were either well enough backed up to endure, or so well protected that it'd take more than the end of the world to even put a dent into them. Such was the protocol, enacted at least a couple decades ago, that would allow for such things to happen and still preserve all the knowledge that was, not that those of the dark would ever understand. It had always baffled Riddick that, for as much as the Sith and Dark Jedi claim to seek knowledge however forbidden, they would seek to destroy a repository where it was stored, along with that knowledge. No matter, Riddick thought. We will rebuild it and all things, and these dumbasses will pay the balance with their lives. Riddick continued to move through the ruins, concealed in sight, sound and the Force toward his quarry. He was followed, at distance, by others of his ilk, similarly hidden.

* The Errant Fyre could not take off until the medical pod was done with its initial procedures, for it needed to be the sole user of the ships power core at the moment due to the extent of Aeryn's injuries. Thrakk new it was a risk to wait any longer then he had to on the surface of Ossus but it was a risk he was willing to take. Stepping back outside of the ship, the cool night breeze washes over him with only his black robes being the movement around. Taking off his Sith War Mask and attaching it to his belt under his robes, he allows himself to reminisce in the memories of his past.
He remembers the First time he had come to the planet, and met the Jedi here. All the training he had received from the Masters who in time became his closest friends, how he and few others defended this place and pledged themselves to the betterment of the Jedi. For a split second a smile begins to cross his face as a sliver of happiness begins to grow inside of him, but that happiness is soon thrown aside as his memories continue to play out..
Thrakk folds his arms across his chest under his robes and continues to let his mind wander as he waits for the pilots to tell him that the ship is ready to go*

Several shuttles, commanded by a retainer of Duke Malvern, arrived at the Great Jedi Library, another ruined location, left by the Ren attack. The retainer reported to his liege, reporting on the extent of the damage done and the costs necessary. Once this report was done, additional engineering crews were dispatched with a labor force of droids, manufactured on Serenno. Duke Malvern desired to see the Library restored to its former glory for the future to come. Any computers, that were remotely useful, were to be checked for data and technicians were sent to search and piece back together the once famous institution. The Duke would not have such a precious resource be left untouched and without restoration.

At first, she had felt wonderment as the strange flying ships appeared in the skies.
Then she felt excitement and anticipation as some of the elders spoke of the arrival of the Gods from the heavens.
Then there was worry and concern as tribes began to disappear over night.
And then...
Finally there was fear. Fires blazed long into the night as the Demons, not Gods, swept across her home land. Drawing ever closer.
At long last, the Demons appeared in the night. She remembered her mother's hand gripping tightly to hers as they ran through the village. Their warriors tried to fight off these invaders, but the Demons were too strong. They spewed forth flame and bolts of power which struck down even their strongest warrior with a single blow. But still, her mother ran, pulling her along. A pair of hulking warriors stood at the mouth of a cave with hammers larger than her torso. As they passed into the cave, the sound of wood splintering filled the air, before giant stone slabs came crashing down, sealing her and her mother inside.
She started to panic then, worried that she had been sealed into a tomb with no way out. She became afraid the Demons would quickly break through the rock and stone and drag her to the underworld. But her Mother gave a reassuring squeeze, before a dim light sparked to life. The shadows peeled back to reveal a tunnel that lead deep into the ground. Soon enough, they were in a larger cavern with nothing but a single circular arch way in the middle of it. Runes and pictures she had never seen before nor could she decipher covered the archway's surface.
Several elders formed an almost complete circle, with only one position standing empty. She had heard tales of this... doorway as it had been called. It had existed in stories for generations, appearing throughout her people's history. Seldom had it ever been used, but the elders knew that when a time of great need came, they could call upon its power and it would open. Today was such a day.
She was hesitant at first, but her mother eventually coaxed her forth. They all started chanting, as magick poured forth from them and into the doorway. A wall of pure white light filled the archway. She had taken one last look back at her mother, before pushing her hand against the wall of light just as the Demons managed to discover the sacred site. As she disappeared into the doorway, She thought she heard explosions and the cracking of stone.
Time seemed to stand still as she floated in the dark abyss, protected by the light. She didn't know where she was, she just felt... sleepy. She closed her eyes and dreamed. Her home, her people, the lands so filled with life. Such comforting and soothing images accompanied her as her body floated across time and space. Until eventually...
The gateway within the Great Jedi Library had originally been located in one of the deeper vaults when the Knights of Ren had attacked. Thus it escaped a terrible fate of destruction. And now that the rebuilding works were nearing completing, it was one of the artefacts that had been moved to the surface. The work crews would have clocked off for a break, leaving the giant stone archway sitting alone in the middle of the room. The runes upon it glowed brightly suddenly, and a wall of light forward within. A small, blue-skinned form gently rolled out of the wall and safely down the ramp, coming to a stop.
The runes lost their glow and the wall of light disappeared. At long last, Iresette slowly dismissed her dreams and cracked one of her eyes open ever so slightly. Recoiling from the initial harshness of the light after spending so long in the abyss and her dreams. She didn't know where she was, but she felt cold and weak...

In the corner of the library Tala sat with a holo-book nestled into her lap, her brown hair falling gently over her shoulders. The holo image in front of her showed her a large almost feline-like creature with the caption reading: Nexu, originating from the planet of Cholganna. Their bodies are light-weight meaning their increased agility, and especially their abilities to climb up surfaces very easily, makes them surprisingly hard to hit, although their bodies are weak and can easily be injured when close enough in range. Tala gazed down at the image of a large creature with a whip-like tail and pale coloured fur, spike protruding out of his, she assumed the gender was a he, back in a very aggressive pattern. He was ugly, in some ways, but he was also strangely beautiful. They were powerful creatures which was fast and admirable, high up in the food chain. Predators which could be immensely helpful in lets say a war, or even just going around everyday life. Tala’s old master hadn’t taught her much which she actually found interesting, but one thing which had stuck in her mind was Animal Bond. It came naturally to her and Tala found it very pleasurable to be able to connect to another beings mind the wa she could. It was certainly…
She looked up suddenly as something very very strange began happening in the room she was in. On the other side of the room there happened to be a large arch and suddenly it lit up. Out of nowhere! Tala’s eyebrows arched very high as she stood up, trying to work out whether this was a threat or not. Instinctevely her hand lowered to her utility belt to wrap her fingers around the hilt of her lightsaber. Not because she had had any real training in combat but because attacking whatever was coming as quickly as possible would mean the element of surprise was on her side. Something she needed.
As the arch continued to glow and ripple with energy Tala ducked down behind a bench of some sort like the one she had been sitting on before and ignited her saber. She held it close to her side and as soon as something appeared to come through the arch she leapt forward her saber at her side. She was just about to strike down at whatever if was that had appeared when she noticed a teenager about her age barely opened her eyes. “What the….?!” she started as she stared down at the form. Tala wasnt sure what she had expected but a young blue skinned female was certainly not what she had expected.
“Who….who are you?!” Tala couldn’t keep the surprise out of her voice.
