I figured the guy fought back and left you no choice. I mean, he DID risk the anger of a hutt just to get his sisters off-planet. Devlin wouldn't have necessarily wanted to kill the guy, but when faced with the choice of killing or dying I'm pretty sure he'd pick killing. Which would give him one more thing to regret and add yet another layer of reasons to drink so much.

I'm sure the corporation will get you off the hook with some trumped up legal defense or straight up bribery, or both, but I should be by to arrest you at your little party. It might make Mirian think twice about the company she's keeping... Lol. |

With regards to your corporation, we've been writing it as though they've already gotten their claws buried in the politics and economy of the planet, which makes Devlin's job easier and my job a whole lot harder, since you own my boss (a short, portly fellow with a screechy voice when he gets riled up). There are also two abducted twi'lek slaves (escaped and then re-captured) involved in Devlin's murder case, though that could just as easily have been him freelancing as doing some work for you. I think that's the only stuff pertinent to your corporation that you've missed.  |

Really impressed everyone! Five whole pages of discussion here on the team boards - looks like some good cohesive bonding and convo exchange! And already TWO pages in RImma city! Things certainly look to be...well, looking up! lol. Atia: As Simon said, Rp seems to have you already established rather than a take over entity...I'd just go with the flow. Devlin and Myr: Really liking your writing guys! I AM following intently!  Simon: I think I've decided on where to take Lordran. I think in order to get Dante's attention, he will want to run a string of crimes that will get Dante's attention. The irony would certainly seem poetic to him. That so, there's going to be a rash of crimes (not a gazillion, but enough out of the ordinary that it should raise some eyebrows) instigated by him. Follow them up yourself, have the department look into it, eventually it would be helpful to call in the Jedi though when things start looking BIG picture. I'll leave that at your discretion though. EDIT: And theres a RED FLAMY FOLDER next to rimma city! Ah! So happy! |

Glad you enjoy it. I certainly am. I have work in less than an hour, so won't be back until later tonight or tomorrow. Short shift, but evenings are pretty busy. I always get the meaning of the flaming folder confused. Is it because its as active as the crabs in Villa's Mum's unmentionables, or because people are actually actively reading it? Either way is good to me. @ Simon - Give Mirian and me a few more posts. I want to make a comment about letting me at least finish my porterhouse before you arrest me. |

Wellllll...the legend just says that a flamy folder is "hot". I would assume this to be related to posting frequency rather than views. But, I could be wrong.
Mmm, I think I'll be posting in Rimma more frequently now - just a lot of maintenance and ironing out of things for Dante in the desert, nothing really exciting - that being so, I think I'll eat a bite at your restaurant. Watch the spectacle of Devlin getting arrested and such. ^_^
