as far as Corellia is concerned, you would most likely be talking to Koronov and/or one of my NPCs. Koronov, and/or Kel'al's NPC Admiral would indeed be the ones to talk to. As a general rule, Kel'al's NPCs make up the political and military leadership on Corellia.

Well, we have a team building that will be siding with the Rebels. There are some things in the works, *as long as Aer talked to Raven...erm* to get us involved. Either way, if you want to Kaalin, you can catch up with us on Naboo...either the Wayward Son crew, or Adi and Raven, doesn't really matter. No fleets, armies, or planetary HQs, but if there is action, I can almost bet we will be at the front of it.
Team is still coming together, though, gives you time to work out more backstory, and even current story as well. If you can work with a ragtag bunch of misfits, former Jedi, and some a little on the darker side, but still looking out for the side of the good guys? We might be a good fit. Hit me up if you are interested.

I need to talk to Serrin first, because I'm not sure she knows about all of this, but as far as Corellia is concerned, you would most likely be talking to Koronov and/or one of my NPCs. Jemad Zhundilt is already there, meeting with my NPC admiral and Serrin's NPC admiral. And the Queen on Naboo is my alt. Koronov, and/or Kel'al's NPC Admiral would indeed be the ones to talk to. As a general rule, Kel'al's NPCs make up the political and military leadership on Corellia. Fantastic, thanks. Realistically I'd probably attempt to reach out to Corellia first, so when and where would you want Aerandir to show up (via hologram) to chat you up?

Evening, boys and girls! I suppose I'm mainly posting here to see if A) the Republic has finally been dissolved, and 2) if so, where would be the likeliest place for lil' ol' me to put my feet in the water and feel the sand between my toes (a.k.a. - find a "recruiter" for the Alliance)? Where is the current political RP going on for the Republic, if I may ask? Any information you may have regarding these developments, I'd be very-appreciative of. Thank you, and as always, have a lovely kriffin' day! Smiles.

If we waited for the Republic to be officially dissolved, the War would've been over and the First Order would've swept through the galaxy. So how we've worked it, is that the Republic's been out of commission for sometime by the time Aer and Alpharius meet over Mon Cal to get the framework of an Alliance hammered out. Thus, for those jumping in with the Rebellion, would know that the Republic's dead and her gloriously burned ashes have grown cold. (HNN coverage and the whole shebang.)
As for a recruiter? I'm not entirely sure where you'd want to meet, but if you wanted to team up with a certain Mando - we can get your boots wet and full of sand in no time!
And for the Political RP? Coruscant's Senate Building. More specifically, the Alderaan and Corellian threads.

Quick question: With it being understood that we're writing as though the Republic has already fallen in order for the Alliance RPs to go forward, can we get an agreement to what is known about the First Order? I know that the answer depends on where in the whole timeline of events one is writing, but with the Alliance moving towards becoming a larger part of RPs, it would be helpful to know what is generally known about the First Order when the Alliance is forming to add color to RPs and/or make sure the whole OOC/ IC thing is not mis-matched.

Right now, far as I can tell, there's only murmurs of Imperial activity, coupled with Soku Ren's live execution of the Banking Clan's Chairman while announcing the Knights of Ren's presence and hinting at an Imperial resurgence. The name "First Order" won't be widely known until the open clash at Dantooine.

Got it, I think ;p So, is Mon Calamari after Dantooine on the timeline then? Or is the impetus for the Alliance just the murmurs about Imperial activity and the live execution?

The latter. The plan was to have an Alliance waiting and ready for when the Imperials make their first move on the galaxy, so this is pre-Dantooine. As far as I know, everything up to this point is pre-Dantooine.

Yeah, no one has moved beyond Dantooine in terms of timelines yet.

We are converging on Dantooine though; the Garqi Heist is the first major step in that direction and, with the FO's major conquests in the Unknown Region finishing up, Dantooine will be in the way of its westward expansion through the Galactic North Outer Rim areas. As Aer said, the Alliance is supposed to be a surprise to the FO. The First Order doesn't know of the Alliance and neither the Jedi nor the Alliance know of this Imperial activity being under the FO's unified banner.

I am trying (desperately) to get myself free from my current RP. It's almost to the point that I'll be able to seek out the Jedi, with the exception of a few posts between myself, Master Serrin, and the Umgul crew. Once that's done, I'm hoping to get in on this series of events. See you guys soon!

Probably the politicians. They're usually the ones in charge of the military, aren't they? Though I suppose talking to both would be helpful.

So is there a timeline for the Dantooine thing happening? Or is that just based on things with the train heist finishing up?

First Order is relatively ahead of the Alliance at this point, so I am keeping my guys occupied with conquests and subjugation.

The chain of cpmmand is unclear right now due to the Republic's uncertain status, but yes. The Coronet Capitol Tower would be the place to direct your message. That is our administrative center.
