As appealing as that is, I feel I’m going to have to pass. I haven’t had the chance to introduce her into the FO and I really want to go about this with a proper establishment as to how she was recruited before bringing her into any social events. Ah! I read your second post and was not aware of that story's exact details. That is entirely my bad. I have been away for so long and didn't know if you had something planned with another member of the FO. I try to give people their windows and chances and not make them wait too long. So I have a question. What is the actually activity level of Imperial Intelligence? Things have been quiet by what I’ve seen and that worries me. I understand that people have real life and we should be respectful, but I have come to write. I don’t want to go two weeks or more waiting in silence on a story or have things so quiet that in order to write something, I have to write solo or constantly take her out of Intelligence to find someone to write with.
If the activity level isn’t able to meet this, please let me know so I can determine whether to move forward with Lenoka or not.

We tend to be a more casual and at pace community when it comes to posting, mainly due to our RLs and such. You shouldn't have an issue when it comes to writing with Standash at least. And we do have an event going on for the II soon. I actually need to get back to one of our Imperial agents after some weeks cause of my move and such for his mission, which was my fault. I mean, if posts take days, then they do. If they don't, they don't. |

Just so everyone knows this is an alt of Nartaga, so there's no confusion about why some rando slime alien writer is posting in the FO and JL threads. lol. So here is an idea I kind of passed by Lucien/Nicademus about Lianna. It is currently a Jedi Lord controlled world, but there has been OOC plans made for a First Order assault and attempt at taking over several worlds not already in the clutches of the FO, followed by fracturing and Galactic Empire echoing collapse (rough outline and may not be entirely accurate to final outcome). I have been trying to write as this character for YEARS, but the story always falls through. Most recently with Sunbringer, but he has gone MIA unfortunately. So, the idea is that, due to the inherent nature of Shiirruk and its species ( Pulra) having more of a....group mentality? It would be fun to have it placed by the FO as a figurehead style governor of Lianna after/if the take-over happens. A rough idea I thought of earlier was to strike a similar chord to Jar-Jar's rise to power as a Senator; with Shiirruk's rise to power by somehow being the current governor's bodyguard, the governor gets assassinated (possibly by the FO) and then somehow being appointed to investigate the assassination and then be appointed to the leadership position. The assassination can even be a false flag perpetrated by the FO as a means of taking control and installing Shiirruk as a new military commander general style leader. This would also imitate some real world dictators' rise to power (creating a false/staged crisis/tragedy, then assuming power to fix it, because only they can) The funny thing is, Shiirruk's personality is not one of a leader, nor would it be privy to knowing that it is only the leader of the planet as a figurehead, because it's amenable to groups, something larger than the individual. All it would take is some mild convincing that whichever faction puts Shiirruk in charge that they're not so bad, that they "want what is best for the many", and "doing what's best for everyone"...those kinda lines. I recommend everyone take a look at some of the old posts on Lianna I did with the character to maybe get a better feel for its personality. I am going to write as this character if it kills me. Placing this post in both the JL and FO writing groups threads for max collaboration. If we need to set up a group Discord PM with any involved/interested parties that would probably be easier to do, since it's more real time.  |

With the next generation coming and a change in who the next ruler will be, I would like to outline the beginning of some changes to come!:
1st among them being that, once the Imperial Civil War is over, whoever the winner may be, there will be a recession of the border accompanied by stories of rebellion, freedom, and such. The First Order will be licking its deep wounds, but not have the chance to recover. This is being done mostly for OOC reasons in order to consolidate the holdings and not be too overstretched for my fellow Imperial writers. IC wise, well... a wounded Empire does not have time to recover. I do hope that it presents opportunities for everyone though!
The 2nd among them involves the Imperial Knights, the Knights of Ren, and the upcoming Inquisitorius. A lot of them have overlapping responsibilities and, with these changes, it will demilitarize the roles of the first two. Overall the changes are as follows:
Imperial Knights - will become more of a bodyguard, the Praetorian Guard, of the Emperor/Empress, sworn to protect his/her person. They will become more 'Grey' in their attitudes, views, and philosophy. They will do what is necessary protect their ruler and I mean they will do anything necessary. They will still be expected to take down a ruler if they prove to be tyrannical or cruel, but without the clause of "if the ruler falls to the Dark Side." Overall, we are removing the "Light Side" attitude for a better suited "Grey" attitude given how the First Order is.
Knights of Ren - will be relocated to Dathomir, with an outpost on Iridonia, after the civil war. They will serve the role of the Emperor's Hands, keeping with their self-proclaimed role as "Swords of the Empire." Further details to come!
Inquisitorius - according to the plans of Zariel will seek to eliminate traitors, the corrupt, and criminal from the ranks of the First Order. Based at Dubrillion, in the future, they will remain under the umbrella of Imperial Intelligence as in canon/legends. However, a stark contrast is Jed hunting. The Inquisitors will only hunt Jedi if they are actively working against the Empire.
Overall, these above changes will demilitarize their roles, make them less overlapping in responsibilities and roles, and give them a better way to stand out. This should help with writers who are interested in joining either of the three and prevent an issue with "who does what" questions in the future.

And with that, a major chapter of the First Order, and a immense focus of my writing, has come to an end. Originally made to be a temporary character, I was very happy to see Nicademus flourish and rise over the past decade. Really, I was fortunate to have such amazing writers to help him along the way, those who are with us today still and those who are no longer among the rank and file. But hey! The journey doesn't end there! Nicademus is be dead, his story ended, but things will still continue with Octavian!
Here's to another character that will rise to greatness!
