Residential accommodations at the Jedi Temple were divided into four adjacent towers, each with their own designated residents.
Two of the towers were dedicated to the children of the temple, and as such built differently. Children were divided into age groups, each of which were assigned to a specific floor. These floors consisted of several bedrooms, furnished with bunk beds, all connected to a single common room. Each floor also had a bedroom belonging to that age group's caretaker, allowing them to better monitor their students and ensure their safety.
The third tower was dedicated to both the older and the more experienced residents of the temple. Knights and Masters alike were afforded their own simple, but comfortable rooms. These possessed basic amenities, including a bed, closet, and fully-equipped refresher. Each room was also just sizable enough to afford the owner a modest measure of customization. Padawans were also given their own rooms in this tower, close to those of their Masters. A small handful of floors were also dedicated to larger family quarters, consisting of multiple rooms and more space for the Jedi families to live in.
The fourth and final tower was also the smallest, dedicated to guests who stayed at the temple. These rooms were similar to those of the third tower, but meant to be temporary accommodations rather than permanent residences.
The four towers were connected at the bases by a hub, which included the temple's expansive dining hall, where all residents of the temple could dine together. While residents of the children's and superiors' towers could freely move between the three, residents of the guest tower were only allowed access to that specific tower for safety concerns.

*The new Calmcacil family quarters... or not so new anymore. Ten years was enough time to settle into familiarity...
But it still didn't feel like a home.
Yes, this was where he lived. Where he slept. His wife lived here, as well as his children, Mina, Lucina, and Alvis. But Morgan was gone, and didn't want to be found. Annabelle and Kayla had left too, but in their cases, it was to seek new opportunities elsewhere. He had been able to see them off. Give him his blessing. Morgan? She simply ran away.
Not a day went by he didn't think about it. He swiftly became an expert at not letting it show, if only to keep a strong appearance for his family and of course the Order, but his wife knew it. His sister. His closest friends. They knew, visible anguish or not, he always thought about the daughter who left.
His only solace was that he had been able to reach out to her through the Force and communicate with her. She was a part of his very soul, amplified through the dantari crystal she had poured her own energy into, as well as Felucia's. She was alive, she continued to survive... but she never told him why. Never responded when he nearly begged her to come home, every single time they had spoken. There were even times she didn't respond to his call at all, or at the very least didn't allow him to see her.
He would have looked for her. Had tried often to pinpoint her location in the world. Felucia herself interfered, however, masking her child well. He'd almost sworn she'd even asked him to let her be "selfish," to keep her daughter to herself for a time. Begrudgingly he came to accept this, but he never ceased asking her to come home.
Today, she once again chose not to answer his call. He'd since learned not to sustain the attempt if she didn't answer. With a sigh, he withdrew his reach and opened his eyes, just as the door to the quarters slid open. Looking back at him was Mina, appearing a bit disheveled. Her green eyes asked if he was alright; a decade had done little to change the sixteen-year-old's quiet nature.*
"I'm fine, Mina," *he said with a smile, standing to his feet.* "Training hard, huh?"
*She only nodded, her gaze skeptic as she entered the quarters, doors sliding shut behind her. She walked past him as though to head to her bedroom before stopping and continuing to stare at him questioningly.
With a sigh, he replied,* "Fine. Morgan didn't answer again today."
*Mina gave a look of concern.*
"She's alive and well. She just... chooses to do this and I don't know why."
"Miss her," *said Mina.*
*Aerandir nodded.* "We all do."
*A brief moment passed, Mina glancing down at her feet. Without another word, she nodded and headed to her room.
Aerandir sighed again. Mina was becoming a beautiful young woman. Lucy was a few months away from fourteen, and Alvis was nearing his twelfth birthday. Jake and Michelle were now young adults now and leading their own lives within the Order. Michelle's Knighting, as he had long ago predicted, came earlier than most. Jake had been recently Knighted, at a more typical age. Both were very proud moments for Aerandir.
Morgan would have been Knighted as well by now.
Her disappearance had an effect on them all. None of them had let it distract from their development, but each of them had their moments. Jake especially; Aerandir had needed to work him out of a period of self-blaming in the earlier years after her departure. The only one seemingly unaffected was Alvis, but this was likely due to him being too young to remember her. For his sake, and not wanting him to share in the family's woes, Aerandir made sure never to let her disappearance cloud his childhood.
Aerandir just wished he knew when his child would return to him. Not even Ashla seemed to have an answer.
For now, he had to put it out his mind and attend to his duties. With a simple gesture to reopen the door, he stepped out into the halls, taking the elevator down the tower and making his way deeper into the temple...*

*There was so much to take in that Roma almost couldn't process it all! Every single sight she witnessed was so unlike anything she'd seen before that she wore a constant awed expression as she followed her mother and grandfather through the white halls of the temple. The closest point-of-reference she had was the inside of the ship, with its flat floors and walls, as well as the "doors" being mostly of a similar design, but that was clearly made with different materials.
But beyond the architecture, Roma was most interested in all the people! There were so many kinds of them! Even the humans—and there were a lot of those—looked so much different from each other, all with their own hair colors and styles, skin colors, eye colors, faces, heights, and shapes! And then there were the other species; no Felucians, as far as she could tell, but there were species with similar-looking skin! While a lot of people had at least a similar shape to humans, some had their own unique shapes! She spotted a few that looked like walking insects! But the most common non-human species was, by far, the furry kind, but even these all looked so much different from each other!
They were all so fascinating! They seemed just as fascinated by her and Mama too, but mostly Mama for some reason.
Grandfather led them into what he called the "residential towers," where all inhabitants of the temple lived when not elsewhere in the temple. Fittingly, there was a lot of traffic in the area, much of it taking interest in the pair of newcomers. Once more, they seemed to be mostly fixated on Mama, but a furry, pointy-eared child—at least, Roma thought it was a child—seemed more interested in her. Noticing this, she grinned at them and released her grandfather's hand, running up to them and stopping with her hands folded in front of her.* "Hello!"
*The furry one seemed surprised; Roma even noticed their fur rippling subtly.* "H-hello," *they said back, in a slightly-gruff voice.* "A-are you new here?"
*She nodded.* "Yep! My name's Roma!"
"Kasyr," *they replied, before leaning to the side, looking around her back.* "Is that a skullblade?!"
*Roma glanced back and nodded.* "Yep! Mama taught me how to, um, infuse it!"
*Kasyr seemed genuinely impressed before briefly looking past her at her company.* "Oh, um, the Grand Master's with you, so you probably have something important to do. Will I see you again?"
*Roma started to answer before frowning and looking back at her mother and grandfather.* "Will I?"
*Both laughed, her grandfather nodding while her mother said,* "Probably!"
*Grinning, she looked back at Kasyr and said,* "Bye!" *before rejoining her family.*
"Bye! N-nice to meet you!" *Kasyr replied.
A moment later and she found herself within a "lift," a name true to its purpose as it immediately began to lift them higher up the tower. She only briefly wobbled from the sensation, but it didn't take long to get used to it. A few more moments, however, and she nearly stumbled again as it came to a stop.* "Mama, I feel dizzy..."
*Mama took her hand, the dizziness subsiding after a few seconds, as her grandfather led them to a specific door. As it slid open with a faint whooshing sound, he stepped beyond the threshold, asking,* "Who's home?"
"Hi, Dad!" *said an excited voice, belonging to a girl with wavy brown hair who came to greet him. Her smile changed to confusion when she saw his two followers, however.* "Who're—"
"Lucy... ?" *said Mama.
The girl's eyes widened.* "Morgan?!"
"Wait, our sister?" *asked another voice, belonging to a blond boy Roma only now noticed sitting on the furniture within the room. He set aside a tablet he was holding and approached them, then suddenly grimaced and turned away.* "M-maybe I shouldn't stare..."
*Mama laughed.* "Hello to you, too, Alvis..." *With a wistful tone, she added,* "You couldn't even speak at all last time I saw you..."
*This made him turn back around, seemingly surprise by this. Glancing around, Morgan noticed the woman in the room with curly, sandy-colored hair, who also stared at Morgan in shock, though seemed hesitant to approach. Another whooshing sound, this time in front of them, revealed a third, blond female, who was not quite adult but nor quite a child. With wide green eyes she approached; despite seeming younger than Mama, she was slightly taller.*
"Hey, Mina," *said Mama.* "Still don't talk much?"
*Mina opened her mouth as though to say something, closed it, grinned, shook her head, and then embraced Mama, who returned it. When they released each other, Mama looked over at the woman and said,* "Hey, Mom."
*Eyes widening, Roma stepped forward and said,* "You're my grandmother!"
*The woman didn't immediately react to this statement other than to stare at the child. Finally, she smiled and nodded.* "I am, s-sweetie."
"Morgan had a kid?!" *Lucy asked incredulously, staring at Roma..*
*Ignoring her, the woman finally came closer, the hesitance slowly vanishing, before she knelt down in front of Roma and asked,* "What's your name?"
"Roma!" *she replied, before embracing her the same way she had her grandfather.*
"Oh!" *the woman said in surprise before returning the embrace.
Looking at Mama, Mina asked,* "How?"
*Mama grinned.* "What, was Dad too scared to give you that talk, too?"
"Hey now," *said Grandfather,* "I got better at it."
*With a small smile, Mina shook her head.* "Father?"
*Looking between the two, Mama sighed.* "I'll... tell you later."
*Roma frowned, wondering why Mama didn't want to tell them that story, but once again the whooshing noise drew her attention. This time it was the very door they entered, and another blond-haired woman appeared.* "I knew it!"
"Michelle!" *Mama exclaimed before they embraced.
After a moment, Michelle released Mama before asking,* "What took you so long?!"
*Mama didn't answer.
Glancing down at Roma, Michelle nodded to her and asked,* "That your kid?"
"You're a great aunt, now,"
*Michelle tilted her head back as though a blow had been struck.* "Oh, just turn all my hairs gray already, will you?" *Releasing Mama, she knelt down before Roma and said,* "Hey there cutie! What's your name?"
"Roma," *said Lucy.
Michelle mock-pouted at the other girl.* "Thanks, Luce." *Looking back at Roma, she asked,* "How old are you?"
"I'm six!" *Roma replied proudly.
Michelle smiled.* "You even sound like your mom... Well, like she said, I'm your great aunt. Your grandfather's sister. Though really, Morgan and I were so close in age it was more like we were sisters. So... just call me your aunt, okay?" *She winked at Roma with a grin.*
"At least you're not the old man," *Grandfather teased.*
"Yeah, well... Yeah."
"Hey!" *he replied, before sharing in laughter.
Looking at Mama, Michelle asked,* "Get your own place yet?"
*Mama shook her head.* "We literally just got here."
"I'll take care of it," *Grandfather replied.* "I... may have specifically requested the adjacent quarters be left available."
*Mama smiled at him for a moment before asking,* "How's Laney? And the others."
"They're getting along fine. I think I'll leave further explanation to them." *Noticing her look, he quickly added,* "Nothing bad! They're all fine. They just... miss you, you know."
*Mama's mouth trembled and she turned towards the door.* "I should go now—"
"Don't," *said Grandfather.* "We missed you too. And besides... we should probably get you both something to wear."
*Michelle laughed.* "That habit didn't change!"
*Mama sighed and walked further into the room, removing her bow, quiver, and whip before plopping down on the furniture.* "Fair enough... I bet she's probably already looking for me anyway."
"I mean, I did!" *said Michelle as she sat down next to her.* "I may have left a Padawan with a training droid to come see you, but I did!"
"You did what?" *asked Grandfather, standing by one of the single-person seats.
Michelle spread her arms defensively.* "Look, Morgan's back, okay? I considered it more important! I told him I'd be back!"
*Grandfather rolled his eyes then shrugged as Roma climbed up onto Mama's lap. Mama responded by removing her bow and arrow from over her shoulders and setting them by her own weapons, then holding her against her.* "Better get used to this, Roma, it happens all the time."
*Mama sounded exasperated, but it must have been a joke. Roma had felt nothing but love and energy from this small family the moment they began talking, and it had only escalated as soon as Michelle had arrived. If this was family, if this was truly what a home was like, then she'd happily "get used to this."*

Jair entered the Residential Towers. It was always an amazing view from up here. But right now he had no time to take in the view as he had been looking everywhere in the temple for the Grandmaster. He needed to find him. Although the strange dreams he had been starting to experience lately was not something he was ready to discuss yet. They were strange dreams indeed, though, of being in a very dark place. He didn’t know what to make of them. Ah well, there were more pressing matters. He finally opened a door, not paying attention to the fact that he had just barged into the Calmcacil family quarters in his rush, where he found the Grandmaster, and many others, gathered.
“Ah, Master Aerandir, there you are; I’ve been looking for you. I finally took care of that paperwor-“
He paused mid sentence as he finally realized just how big a gathering this was. And there were visitors as well. He certainly didn’t mean to intrude.
“I hope I’m not interrupting any... wait... is that... Morgan!”
He could see her face, and sense her presence in the Force. There was no mistaking her signature. He had so many questions, but that thought was cut short as one of the others walked out of the way revealing Morgan in full view. Jair immediately felt a wave of embarrassment as he quickly turned his head.
“OH! I am... SO sorry... I didn’t realize...”
He couldn’t help but wonder “How does this keep happening?”

*It was almost ironic, the intrusion by Jair. Not like one more "witness" truly mattered, other than the fact Aerandir expected there to be no more in a private home. It wasn't even that aspect that truly bothered Aerandir, but he still stepped between Jair's view and Morgan—even if the former was already diverting his attention.* "Mina, take Morgan to your room, I'm sure you'll have something that fits her."
*Mina nodded and gestured for Morgan to follow, who did so while leading along Roma by the hand, even as the little girl asked,* "What's he sorry for? Did he do something bad?"
*When Mina's bedroom door slid closed behind them, Aerandir took a step back and sighed, a slight smirk on his face.* "Most people knock, Jair."
"Hi, Jair!" *said Lucy with a wave.
Her brother instead bowed, greeting,* "Hello, Jedi Crawford."

Jair waved back to Lucy enthusiastically.
“Hey Lucy!”
He then bowed low to Alvis, in an over the top mock seriousness, but in a playful way that was not at all condescending. Jair was never one for formalities, but he respected it.
“Greetings Padawan Alvis.”
He then turned his attention back to Aerandir with an apologetic expression evident on his features.
“I’m so sorry, I honesty wasn’t paying attention to where I was going. I was in a rush and couldn’t find, well, anyone related to you around to give the papers to send to you. Well, I guess now I know why.”
Jair admitted with a bit of an embarrassed grin. He handed over a datapad to the Grandmaster. It had all sorts of information on missions, recruits, and other fancy Jedi stuff that Grandmasters would be busy dealing with. He left out mentioning his odd dreams. Perhaps he would, if they continued. But now was not the time. Of course, there was always the possibility that Aerandir would realize that something was on the Jedi’s mind, but Jair didn’t exactly think that through. He was too distracted by current affairs.
“How are you doing? How is everyone?”
Jair didn’t really know how to ask that question any less awkwardly than he did. Morgan’s disappearance was... so strange and unexplained. And he knew how much it affected the Calmcacils, let alone everyone at the base in general. But, that really wasn’t Jair’s business, so he would not pry. All he wanted to make sure was that everyone was alright. And so far, from what he could sense, this was a happy moment. And so he too was happy.

"Thanks," *was all Aerandir said as he took the datapad, glanced over it, then lowered it as Jair asked how everyone was doing. Glancing over his shoulder at the closed door, he said,* "Well a lot better now, that's for sure. I'm sure she'd love to say hi just as soon as she's dressed." *He raised an eyebrow.* "You won't believe who the kid is."

*Aerandir started to answer, paused a moment, then closed his mouth. His initially-planned answer repeated in his mind, as he was still finding the truth hadn't fully set in yet. Finally, with a small grin, he said,* "What if I told you I'm a grandfather?"

Jair’s eyes grew wide at Aerandir’s revelation, his jaw dropping with a gasp.
“Your granddaughter... that was your granddaughter? How... when did this happen? Wait...”
Jair took a moment to think to put two and two together and then his eyebrows rose in recognition of what this meant.
“Oh wow...!”
So many more questions filled his head now. How strong in the Force could this child be, he wondered. Would being on Felucia enhance her abilities as well? This almost made Jair completely forget about the strange dreams he was having.

"I don't know yet. She only now just came back to us." *Despite how overjoyed he was at his daughter's return, he couldn't help but sigh still.* "Been too long... there's a lot to catch up on, but I didn't want to bombard her with questions all at once." *Glancing down at the datapad and looking at Jair again, he asked,* "Something you needed? I can tell this—" *He indicated the datapad.* "—wasn't all you came for."

Jair shrugged his shoulders slightly and shook his head as though what he was saying wasn’t all that important. And it might not have been, but Jair did not know that yet.
“I mean, yes, but I didn’t want to further interrupt your reunion. It’s just... strange dreams is all it is. You know, typical Jedi problems.”

*Aerandir frowned; long-awaited reunion or not, he didn't have the heart to ignore a friend in need.* "Well if you want to talk—" *Beeping from his own datapad interrupted him, and he barely managed to avoid rolling his eyes. Aerandir was a diligent man, but a father first and foremost, and he'd be damned if his attention was needed just after his daughter had returned home.* "One second," *he told Jair with an upheld finger before pulling the datapad from his pocket and stepping aside.* "Go ahead."
*The message was from Culex, who said,* "It's that Riddick guy. Looking for a landing. Didn't know if— Oh for code's sakes. It's been like thirty seconds, keep your pants on. Unless you're not wearing pants, in which case, please put some on. Unless you prefer skirts. Point being, there's additional steps I'm dealing with. ... sorry, that was for him, he seems impatient. Anyway, didn't know if you were interested, after... ya know."
*Truth be told, Culex was absolutely right. At the same time, it would be an ample moment to address it... but his eyes found the door through which Morgan—and her daughter, his granddaughter—had gone. It would happen, but not yet.* "Let him land, send someone to meet with him, but let him wait, if he wants a meeting with me. Something more important requires my attention at the moment."
"Understood, doing the thing."
*As Culex ended the conversation, Aerandir slipped the datapad away and approached Jair again.* "Sorry about that. Anyway, I mean it, if you want to talk, say the word."

Jair eyed Aerandir and nodded after Culex’s typical interruption. He didn’t want to hold him up, so he wouldn’t. But it couldn’t hurt to tell him what little he did know. His insight could prove valuable after all.
“Well I don’t think it’s anything serious, as in, it doesn’t feel ominous. From what meditating on the matter I’ve done, it feels like... these dreams feel like very strong deja vu. But if it is from something in the past... that makes no sense as I have no recollection of being in a place that looks like what I see... yet it feels so familiar I-“
Jairs eyes went wide for a moment as a possible theory struck his mind.
“... or maybe it is, because, remember how I told you that there was a strange blank in my memories shortly before the raid on the old base? What if I am finally receiving flashbacks...”
Jair shook his head, however, at the prospect.
“It wouldn’t make any sense for that to be an actual memory though. At least, not in the literal sense. The place... seems ethereal, and filled with darkness... a high concentration of Bogan.”
And that was an understatement. He felt no trauma or fear from the dreams yet. But that would be odd if this had been an actual experience he had in the past, which is why he doubted that theory.

*The raid... that felt like so long ago, now. The damage done had honestly been minor, all things considered, and the temple they now stood in was proof that the event had only made them stronger. No, the true damage done had been the loss of Morgan; the raid on the base had been partially responsible for her self-exile, and he knew it.
But she was home now. Apart from that, he was supposed to be listening to Jair explain his dreams. When the door behind him opened, however, he couldn't help but look over his shoulder as Mina, Morgan, and Roma reappeared. Morgan donned one of the very few dresses Mina wore, though it still seemed slightly big on her; a sight that was both amusing and heartwarming, that even as an adult Morgan was outgrown by her younger siblings. It wasn't nearly as over-sized as the tan t-shirt draped over Roma. While it sagged off one shoulder, it certainly was effective as a covering, though the girl seemed to be constantly examining her new trappings curiously.
He returned his attention to Jair as he concluded his words, speaking of an "ethereal" plane rife with the dark side. A place Jair couldn't be sure was a memory.* "A vision, perhaps?"

Jair smiled and waved to Morgan, Mina, and Roma upon their re-entry. Though his smile was genuine, it was mixed with an apologetic expression for what had happened earlier. He truly did not mean for that to happen. He turned his attention back to Aerandir.
“Well, that’s what I originally thought... but it doesn’t feel like one, somehow. It makes sense for it to be a vision, but it feels like ... a memory. That’s really the best way I can describe it.”
Jair explained with a bit of a shrug.

*Everything had changed, yet nothing had. It was an overwhelming feeling, one that nearly made Morgan burst into tears at multiple points, but she refused to. Not in front of Roma. What made it most difficult was the regret that threatened to creep in. Certainly she didn't regret having Roma, not in the slightest, but she still could have returned after having her. Or at least after she discovered she was pregnant. Roma deserved better... and Morgan would have missed far fewer years of her little siblings' lives.
But still she held strong. Grateful to be back in their presence. Smiling at how cute her confused child looked in the oversized shirt. Feeling nostalgic about the fact that yet another younger sister outgrew her.
Seemingly no longer interested in the conversation between the older Jedi, however, Lucy came back to Morgan, asking,* "Why'd you leave? Dad never knew why."
*Mina also looked at Morgan questioningly, causing Morgan to grimace. She glanced at her father and Jair before looking down at Lucy and replying,* "Can we talk later? It's a... family matter."
"Oh, fine." *Lucy then looked down at Roma and giggled.* "You look so cute with that shirt so big on you!"
*Roma seemed to take the compliment but the confusion didn't leave her expression, as she looked up at Mama and asked,* "Why am I wearing this again?"
*Morgan laughed softly.* "It's just a custom. Besides, it is cute."
*Roma pouted.* "I thought I was cute without it..."
*Morgan laughed again.* "You're always cute! But you can be cute in different ways."
*Roma fell into silence, as though deeply contemplating this new revelation, before grinning and twisting side-to-side, then immediately becoming fascinated as the fabric spun about her.*
