Gra'tua-class Stealth Fighter
Ship Class: Starfighter Ship Role: Interceptor Ship Length: 14.5 meters Agility (A): 4 points Defensive (D): 2 points Offensive (O): 3 points Speed (S): 4 points Extra - 1 Ejectable cockpit 1 Stealth Description:Standard Equipment:
Mk4 Fire Control System Anti-ion Emission Tracer Inertial Compensators Gyro-Mounted Sublight Drive Anti-Concussion Field Generators Repulsorlift Arrays Grav couch and ejection system Hyperdrive
Advanced Equipment:
Low power communications suite High power passive sensor suite Vectored Thruster Array (Tibanna-X) Stealth composite coating
Armaments :
2 x Fast-firing Flak Cannons 1 x Heavy Laser Cannon
MandalArms' attempt at a stealth starfighter is a more expensive project compared to the previous Kyr'am Arpat or the Starfury. The Gra'tua is designed like the Starfury. The craft is shaped for speed and agility, with thruster arrays allowing the craft to orient in directions other than the direction of travel, and even fire backwards. This is a huge advantage in starfighter combat, where getting into firing position is paramount to success and survival.
The entire craft is coated in stealth composites such as reflec for maximum concealment. The hull armor gives some protection, and is augmented by a shield generator which gives some defence against energy blasts. A pair of flak weapons augment the primary laser cannon, giving the stealth fighter decent striking power in space or against ground targets while in atmosphere.
The craft's powerful reactor gives the Gra'tua excellent fighting abilities, and a skilled pilot can effectively shunt power between systems to maximize shields, weapons or engines. Its performance approaches that of the Starfury's abilities in space and atmosphere, though it is better protected, and equipped with heavier armament in comparison to the interceptor. Pilot survivability is aided by a secure cockpit and ejection system with integrated life support.

I feel that this entry does not have the power to supply a turbolaser and all other techs it sports. Here are some canon examples: starwars.fandom.com/wiki/TIE_Experimental_M1starwars.fandom.com/wiki/TIE_Experimental_M2A few things to note: - these are canon so it is an exception to our databank - these were used for a limited time, it appears. TIE Experimental Project was discontinued as quickly as it become known. - they were experimental and only had the turbolaser(s) (singular for M1, plural for M2) on it. Very bare in terms of specs. As I said before, my main concern is that a starfighter likely doesn’t have a powerful enough supply to power a turbolaser AND everything else attached such as what your entry has. With that in mind, and given the canon examples, we will have to ask that the Turbolaser component be removed and replaced with something else. Now, if this turbolaser was the ONLY weapon and this starfighter was pretty bare in specs (M1s and M2s were such) so that it could properly power such a weapon, then I feel that it would be acceptable.

In terms of the usage of the HR-IO4 Ion Railguns, we do have an approval entry of yours here that uses it. However, I am not sure about allowing it for starfighters. Seems like it could become something unbalancing if swarms of starfighters could use this weapon. I will have a small discussion with my fellow DOs about this weapon given that we would like to avoid the usage of video game technology and weapons.

K-Wing is the exception to a lot of weird rules, considering it is Canon. K-Wing is a pretty immense craft too. Something to note is that, like the M1s and M2s, the K-Wing also doesn't have a hyperdrive which can allow for more power to Turbolasers and its SLAM system. But that's just my guess on its design. I'd still say that canon examples are fine as they are the exception. Whil custom ones... it really really depends on their specs and such to just downright saying no, it won't work. Which, in this case, it is the latter.
Your Kyram utilized different rail guns than what is being used here. I am not saying rail guns are bad, but this specific type, the HR-IO4s, seem more so for larger ships (such as Corvette and up). Not sure how I didn’t notice these railguns on the Starfury though. If we don't allow these, that starfighter will have to go into a review. Given that these railguns are potentially pretty powerful to be used on a starfighter compared to a larger starship, I just feel that it may not be fair.
