Nicademus listened to the Chiss's dialogue, noticing how he motioned to the Imperial Knights and spoke of how things were done before. It was true, the First Order was meant to be the new era of the Imperial timeline and to fix the mistakes of its past. Long ago, the Old Empire had been an immensely powerful organization and viewed as the pinnacle of society, yet connections still prevailed and this presented issues. It left the Empire ineffective over time as the talented were not permitted to rise and those with connections rose above them quickly. Nicademus had sought to ensure that merit was above status and that it would always prevail.
Now that you have seen it, Lash, why do you speak of it? Did you do this... entirely to gain my attention?

Nicademus proceeds to explain his plan to the Director.
My desire, Director, is to see Xeonon cleared of his crimes and thus returned to the public as a member of the Imperial Knights.
Although Nicademus had a hand in earlier propaganda, most of it was handled by the Imperial Civil Services and Imperial Intelligence. They were the big brains behind the cultivation of Imperial fervor within the populace. To change one story to another required the right tone and message. The Director had a seasoned staff on hand and certainly they could make the story right in order to change Xeonon's identity from traitor to hero.
I wish to see his name restored to greatness and to make the Empire view him as a true hero.

Pietro already knows that I support this idea and would gladly have an Imperial embassy/NPCs present here.

I think the best way to start things off is look at each class and find the ships with the largest carrier capacity. From there, determine max limit. Based off the classes:
Support Class (26m - 100m) - ??? Corvette Class (101m - 250m) - Praetorian and Enshado (12) Frigate Class (251m - 400m) - Liberator (72) (DUH) Cruiser Class (401m - 600m) - Valor (150) Star Frigate Class (601m - 900m) - Maxima A (216), Chiss Dominion Carrier (240), Cargador (288) Light Star Destroyer Class (901m - 1300m) - MC80 (120), Endurance (canon, not custom) (204), Providence (240), Venator (420) Star Destroyer Class (1301m - 1800m) - Kandosii and MC95c (120 and 128) Heavy Star Destroyer Class (1801m - 4000m) - Dark Horizon and Resurgent II (288) and Lucrehulk (1,500) Light Star Cruiser Class (4001m - 6000m) - Subjugator (192) Star Cruiser Class (6001m - 8000m) - Super-class and Mandator IV (144) Heavy Star Cruiser Class (8001m - 12000m) - Koros-Strohna (400) Star Dreadnought Class (12001m - 16000m) - Sovereign (480) Star Battleship Class (16001m - 20000m) - Executor (1,000)
Some Notes Supports, I couldn't find anything Corvettes, I skimmed so may have missed something Runner-ups to Frigate are Corona (36) Runner-ups to Cruiser are Vindicator (up to 72), Pegasus (60), and Serratus (48) Runner-ups to Star Frigate are Amarth (96) and Harrower (127) Runner-ups to Light Star Destroyer are mostly in the 96 range Majority of the Star Destroyer Class are 72 starfighters
This is pretty much 99% done

Look at its predecessor, Centurion-class Battlecruiser, would have to agree with Luxeria on this. If it was moved down to Light Star Destroyer, the offensive could be put at a 3, seeing as its just an upgrade in the type of weaponry used, not necessary a huge jump in the number present. I feel that if this armament was adjusted accordingly, it could warrant a 3 to 4 in offensive as a light star destroyer and a 3 in offensive as a star destroyer. At present, it is definitely a light armament, similar to the Procursator-class Star Destroyer, that would make it a light SD.

Couatl-Class Dasher z9 (Stealth Scout Retrofit)
^I think the title should read as thus considering you are basing it off the retrofit.

Currently, speeds of starfighter rated at 1,300 are 5 in speed stat. This would push it back to the heavy starfighter range. So Znalost, which do you feel this fighter should be a part of?

Purchased on one of the newly-minted residential buildings for the elite near the Imperial Palace itself. It's located at a rather short distance from Thrawn's Lounge as well. The almost palatine residence has even a private landing pad, for the moff's own shuttle, and an ample reception and dinning hall overlooking the sprawling ecumenopolis. The penthouse itself is superbly furbished, with precious artworks carefully displayed there and there. The decoration is very minimalistic, with hightlights in steel and white gold. Exquisite craftsmanship, reminescent from Old Alderaanian Reinassance, Ju'oda's prefered style. The moff has state of the art security system, with a dedicated surveillance droid crew and quarters for his Death Troopers squad. The service is substantial in number, with a preference for discreet, silent and hard-working individuals, including the moff's diligent Chandrian valet.
