Finnick was scared out of his mind, yet at the same time having the time of his life. Used to flying inside something metal, and once inside a living creature to fly on a living creature was a whole other thing. The beating of the beasts wings were rhythmic and had they not been going into the hornets nest he may have fallen asleep. It didn't help that they were flying through the clouds so he was often disoriented and looked down far to often. Surprisingly the beast beneath him hadnt done anything to crazy but once Finnick had asked it to do a barrel roll. This resulted in him hanging onto the best for dear life and a stained set of pants.

*Crystaall smiled as Ali became fascinated with the armor, before Ali was cut off, Crystaall sensed something wrong. Then out of nowhere, the ship shook violently. She quickly grabbed one of the straps and watched the others fall as she was thrown into the ceiling of the gunship. One of the straps smacked her in the eye. She blinked and blindly grabbed Ali by the forearm before the ship shook once more. The alarms, the open back and the sounds of laser fire confirmed her previous sense. The enemy had anticipated the attack. She decided to scream toward the pilot.*
"I don't care how you get us in that hangar, but do it fast and then get yourselves out of here! This is too harsh an attack to survive for more than ten minutes!"

Ali felt Crystaall Sehefadu's hand desperately trying to reach her before she finally managed to grab a hold of Ali's arm. In response, Ali struggled to reach the out to the other woman. As they slammed from one surface to another, Ali wrapped her fingers around one of Crystaall's weapon slings, and pulled her close. The pair rocked back and forth as the gunship continued to topple in all directions. Ali no longer had any semblance of what was up or down, and decided it didn't matter as long as she had a grip on Crystaall. The Jensaarai woman's body was slammed against hers as the rest of the commandos were piled against them repeatedly, the gunship's gravity simulators were unable to compensate for the voracity of Leftenant @kaytra's maneuvers. She felt her body pressed against Crystaall's and others of the platoon's commandos and Ali could knew nothing but the ringing in her ears and the throbbing pain in her head, which she believed to be bleeding. As she clutched desperately to the other woman, Ali could only hope the gunship was going to make it to the hangar bay. Beyond that, she could care less about what was going on around them.

*Kaytra gave a shoot of excitement as she ships behind them erupted in flames.*
::Nice work Leftenant!::
*Now came the fun part. The gunship finally cleared the wave of fighters and was now face to face with the hangar doors. They were coming up fast, to fast. Kaytra pulled quickly back on the throttle to slow the speeding gunship down.*
::Leftenant, those shield now!::

Asha breathed a short-lived sigh of relief as they finally broke the flood of enemy fighters that had washed over them. She was still recovering from the blast she had elicited when Leftenant @katrya called for her to take the hangar bay shields down. Quickly, with no more than seven hundred meters to spare, Asha targeted the generators located on the fore and aft sections of the horizontal hangar bay and unleashed green beams of energy upon them. The outside edges of the hangar exploded brilliantly and the dim blue shield that previously barred their entry flickered and died. Asha followed with a pair of missiles that shot from the gunship's top-mounted launchers and rocketed into the hangar, disappearing for a brief second before fire and heat plumed from inside the vessel. Hopefully that hangar's clear, get us in there! Asha reported to the other pilot. The gunship was hurtling at great speed, further propelled by the recent explosion at its rear, towards the hangar bay below. Asha keyed the onboard comms, hoping the commandos they carried had enough time to get their bearings before the gunship dropped into the hangar bay. Get situated everyone, we're heading in! She barked, then slapped the launch indicator button. Inside the troop bay, the launch indicator light turned from yellow to green, signaling that they were entering the drop zone.

*Kaytra dropped the gunships speed more as they shot into the hangar. Pulling back hard on the yoke she leveled the ship and brought almost to a dead stop. Pulling hard to the left she brought the gunship abrouptly around. Once stopped, she hit the controls for the bay doors to open, all the while shouting into the coms.*
::That's it we're in!:: *She turned her attention back to Asha.* ::Leftenant how's our exit looking:: *Kaytra had the sinking feeling that their window of "safe" escape was closing fast.*

*As Crystaall and Ali were thrashed about, she cursed under her breath and sighed as they finally entered the hangar. She fell to the ground and quickly pulled herself up, as well as Ali. Once they landed, Crystaall jumped off while holding Ali by the waist to help her off. She looked slightly disoriented so Crystaall put her against a pile of crates and clapped her hands in her face.*
"Ali, we need to get moving. You alright?"

The gunship touched down roughly inside the hangar bay, its hull scraping against the durasteel deck with a loud screeching sound. Ali felt herself thrown against the gull-wing door of the troop bay just as it began to slide open, retracting against the aft end of the vessel. Crystaall Sehefadu wrapped her arm around Ali's waist, helping her out of the gunship and put her to rest against a stack of utility crates just a few meters from where Leftenant @kaytra had brought them down. Ali had foolishly removed her helmet just before they had begun their approach to the pirate fleet, and had smacked her head sharply against the bulkhead when the first wave of fighters had set down their initial attack run. Both their pilots had done an amazing job keeping them all alive, though none of them truly knew it at the time. Within moments, the rest of the platoon had jumped ship, and where setting up a security cordon around the vessel, taking cover behind crates and machinery and vessels, and scanning their sectors of fire. Their response time was unmatched. Ali sat back against the utility crate Crystaall had brought her too, speaking to her in a muffled voice and clapping her hands in her face. "Ali, we need to get moving. You alright?" Crystaall was saying. Ali, disoriented and in pain, yanked her helmet from its clip at her belt and looked back at the other woman. Wanting Crystaall to see her face when she spoke, Ali held off pulling the helmet over her head. "You're beautiful, you know that?" She muttered, not caring if her words were too much, or felt out of place. She reached behind her head and wiped away a smear of blood before dropping the helmet over her eyes, sealing it and reached for the weapon at her chest. Shaking as much of the disorientation and mild nausea from her mind as she could, Ali pulled herself to her feet, using Crystaall as a support. She scanned her HUD briefly, identifying the hangar's main entrance way to the rest of the vessel. Wordlessly, Ali pointed with the barrel of her weapon and began making her way forward. Her commandos formed around them in diamond-shaped groups of four, one to cover each direction. Ali made pace with Crystaall to keep the Jensaarai woman at her side, tucking the stock of her sub-assault rifle into her shoulder. As one, the formation swept towards the entrance way, a large oval shaped port that led to the interior of the Star Destroyer. Suspiciously bereft of any enemy forces, Ali kept her eyes as clear as she could, fighting through the pain that continued to throb throughout her skull. Quickly, she quipped over the commlink, calling for Leftenant Kaytra to take off and get to safety as the formation approached the large doorway at the far end of the hangar bay. Behind her, Ali could hear the engines of the gunship rev as the vehicle took off.

*As Crystaall helped Ali up she, twitched at the sentence and sighed.*
"I try my hardest not to be. If I do, it reminds me too much of my past."
*As Ali got her weapon ready, Crystaall once again ignited the crimson blade and walked side by side with Ali. Once they came up on a large doorway, Crystaall looked at Ali.*
"Mind if I make a whole in the door with my blade?"

*Crystaall plunged her lightsaber through the door, scaring a couple pirates on the other side. She tore up the door's edge with the blade and she finished cutting within 2 minutes. If she beat the slicer she would push the door toward the end of the hallway using the force. The coordination of Ali's troops was impressive, as Crystaall deflected stray blaster bolts.*
"I must say, I am impressed."

Ali waited patiently as Crystaall Sehefadu plunged the point of her lightsaber into the center of the hangar bay door. The durasteel began to glow bright red, melting quickly under the heat and destructive energy of Crystaall's Jedi weapon. The Jensaarai woman began working the blade upward, cutting through the door's locking mechanisms much faster than Sergent Defay was able to slice its control programming. As Crystaall continued her work, Ali remained solidly at her side, watching the muscles, of both flesh and metal, tense and strain. Ali kept her eyes fixated on the door itself, waiting for the moment Crystaall would break through. Despite her concentration, she couldn't help but glance over at the other woman every few moments or so, admiring her skill and power. Keep your head on straight, Ali told herself. There would be plenty of time for her philandering once the mission was over. After what seemed like a lifetime, Crystaall withdrew her blade and, gathering what Ali had to assume was the power of the Force, blasted away at the door's destroyed center with an invisible energy. The metal screeched and screamed, thrown outward as the center of the door was blown away into the hallway beyond. As an opening was forced from the hangar door, Ali could see the pirates beyond shying away as molten debris flew towards them in all directions. Instantly, Ali's grenadiers leaned forward on either side of Crystaall and each chucked a pair of grenades into the hallway. As her men ducked back, taking cover behind what was left of the hangar door, Ali reached forward and wrapped her arm around Crystaall's waist, pulling her aside. She knew Crystaall wore much better protection than Ali herself could boast about, but her reflexes, along with her growing fondness for the other woman, wouldn't have let her act any other way. The pair took cover behind the remains of the doorway, silence pervading momentarily before a series of loud explosions shook the ground and walls around them. Heat and flames plumed from the hole Crystaall had cut from the hangar door, searing everything it touched and coating it in ash. The moment the flames dissipated, Ali ducked down and pushed her rifle through the opening, pulling the trigger in pairs and cutting down several pirates she found exposed. She saw Crystaall out of the corner of her HUD, climbing through the hole, her brilliant blade cutting back and forth and up and down through the air, deflecting blaster bolts into the floors and walls, scoring them. Several bolts were returned directly to their owners, cutting them down.GO! Ali screamed into the commlink, grabbing the now-cool side of the hole and pulling herself through it. Ali brought her rifle to bear on a pair of pirates further down the hallway, pulling the trigger on them before they had a chance to target the advancing commandos. The rest of the platoon began to pour through the opening in their designated teams, spreading to either side of the hallway and remaining at Ali and Crystaall's flank. Ali herself kept her distance from Crystaall, who's whirring blade was one of the most dangerous things in the galaxy. She tried her best to offer protection for the Jensaarai woman, sending rounds down the hallway in controlled pairs. Ali kept the sights of her weapon far down the hallway, where it split into three distinct forks, with a lift system at the center. She planned to hit the lift after clearing the hallway, which was still flooded with over half a dozen pirates. After the first several moments, Ali spotted a trio of pirate soldiers step into the fork at the end of the hall, before the lift, hefting the mount and cannon of an E-WEB repeating blaster cannon.Crystaall! Ali shouted over her vocoder, hoping the woman heard her over the din of the battle. The commando's weapons were relatively silent, most of them carried Verpine assault carbine varients that fired magnetically accelerated projectiles and thus created no noise or recoil. But the pirates were utilizing a variety of blaster technology, and their rounds were both loud and plentiful.E-WEB, end of the hallway! Ali informed the rest of the platoon, including Crystaall. She rushed forward, sliding on her side into one of the make-shift barriers along the hallway's left-hand wall. She slammed into the barrier, then pushed herself up onto a knee and dropped the power pack from her weapon. Slipping a fresh pack from her kit, Ali pushed it into her weapon and locked it into place, then hefted her rifle over the top-side of the barrier to steady her aim. She tried targeting the pirates setting up the E-WEB cannon, but blaster fire coming from the remaining pirates splashed against her cover, nearly scoring hits on her helmet and arms. Ducking down behind her cover, Ali called for the rest of the platoon.Able Team, focus right! Baker, left! Quickly, Ali's teams shifted their lines of fire, crossing them over her and pouring rounds into the opposite sides of the hallway from where each of them was moving. Unfortunately, the numerous barriers and debris strewn about the hallway prevented her men from scoring many direct hits, which ensured none of them would be able to take out the E-WEB team before they had finished setting up. Take that thing out if you can, Crystaall, Ali thought to herself, no longer sure where the Jensaarai woman even was. At least Crystaall hadn't been lying about leaving them behind. That girl sure was something.Leftenant Asha Bonafeld, L-44-E Epsilon Group, 4th Battalion, 1st ACSB, GALSAF Leftenant Asha Bonafeld scanned her sensory and visual readouts as quickly as she could manage without missing any details. The hangar was empty, save for abandoned vehicles and starfighters under repair, as well as a plethora of tools and equipment that lay scattered throughout the area. The bodies of dead pirates, garbed in a variety of now-incinerated clothing, lay strewn about in myriad states of dismemberment and contortion, the result of Asha's rocket attack. Briefly, the GALSAF pirate regretted having taken lives, though she knew rationally this had been their objective from the start. She looked up through the bubbled canopy of the cockpit, checking the hangar bay doors to ensure they remained both intact and open. Snapping into her commic, Asha replied to Leftenant @kaytra's question. We're clear, get out of here! Asha reoriented the gunship's forward laser cannons, tilting their barrels upwards to cover their exit as the vessel swung around. Clearing the targeting data, Asha put full power to their forward and dorsal shields, to better protect the gunship as it made its exit back into the hellish lifezone outside. Unfortunately, just as the gunship was prepared to make its escape, a large durasteel support beam, damaged at its base by the rockets Asha had previously launched into the hangar, came falling down onto the GALSAF vessel. The beam was over fifteen meters in length, and was four meters wide. With a resounding crash, the beam collided violently with the LA-AT, slamming down onto the port stabilizer wing. The gunship rocked violently, nearly crashing back down onto the hangar bay deck before the fallen beam slid from the stabilizer and crashed down below. Had Asha not powered the dorsal shields, the support strut would have ripped the stabilizer in half, grounding the gunship permanently. However, despite Asha's preventative measure-taking, the beam caused severe damage to the stabilizer. As her readouts began to scream and flash angrily with reddish-orange lights, Asha quickly took stock of the situation.Kaytra, we've just lost seventy percent of power from our port stabilizer repulsors. If we're getting out of here, it has to be now! Asha shouted into the comm, her voice ringing with desperation and fear.

*Crystaall felt someone pull her as she tried to walk out with the explosions. She looked at Ali and grinned. She knew the woman had begun to get a connection toward her, and she didn't mind. Ali seemed like a good person to be woth, and something told her that this woman, this specific person would be important to her later on. Crystaall continued to silently walk forward deflecting bolt after bolt, step by step. She smiled to herself as the pirates hit parts of the cortosis weave and watched their shot dissipate into nothing. Crystaall heard her name, before seeing the E-WEB. She turned around to face Ali and she saw the burst of fire go over her hair, and singe her ponytail. 'Gloves are off now' She thought to herself.*
"Ladies and gentlemen, please enjoy your lightshow this evening, and don't move a muscle."
*Crystaall tapped her HUD, before dodging another succession of shots. The system lit up with multiple attack vectors, including a suggestion to force choke the leading officer of the pirates in this area of the ship. She took one deep breath, and then she striked. To everyone else, this was unnatural speed, even for a Jedi. Crystaall had used force techniques with her heightened adrenaline rush from her zabrak heritage since she learned of the force on her own. She would give no remorse for anyone who runied her signature ponytail. Her attacks were back and forth, left and right and only her saber showed her path. Shoulder to stomach, decapitation, weapon disabled and an attack on the arm; She struck everyone down, set her own charges on the E-WEB cannon, decapitated the troops using it and walked back to Ali with an officer's throat in her spare hand being slightly crushed as the man made unintelligible pleas of sorrow. Crystaall threw him onto the ground and kneeled right next to him.*
"You are lucky to be alive, your troops.... Not so much."

Ali peeked out from over her cover, just in time for a blaster bolt to strike the side of her helmet. The bolt rebounded off of the beskar and dissipated into the wall beside her. The force of the round knocked Ali's head to the side, and she responded with a grunt and a pair of shots that dropped the offending pirate. Glancing over at Crystaall, Ali felt her heart leap into her throat as a series of rounds sprayed down the hallway towards the other woman, one of them burning the ponytail in which she wore her hair. Relieved to see Crystaall was otherwise left untouched, Ali watched in utter astonishment as her new found partner cleaved her way through the remaining pirate forces with ease. Her movements were impeccable, her speed unbelievable. Ali had trained and worked with Jedi on Yavin 4 for several years, but only once had she seen abilities that even came close to those Crystaall was exemplifying now, and to be honest, she was feeling slightly aroused by her display of skill and ferocity. Mandalorians were raised to respect prowess and tenacity in the battlefield, and Crystaall embodied both in great quantities. To say that Ali was more attracted by the woman's skills than her looks was an understatement. Crystaall moved as little more than a blur, a fleeting thought, her speed and precision made Ali doubt what she was seeing. Mere seconds later, before Ali's lungs had the time to draw another breath, the fight was over. Crystaall was returning to her with a pirate in tow, grasped around the throat by one of Crystaall's mechanical hands. Smiling at Ali, she tossed the pirate to the floor, where he gasped for breath, then knelt beside him. "You are lucky to be alive, your troops…not so much." Crystaall harassed him, her words mocking. Ali pushed herself to her feet, double-checking the far end of the hallway, glad to see the E-WEB cannon resting in smoking pieces. She stepped up to the man, a Human male with mottled pink skin, and likewise took a knee before him, her sub-assault rifle resting on her thigh, the barrel angled for his face."Goodness Crys," Ali muttered, the nickname simply came to her lips, unthinkingly. "Me'dinui kyr'amure projor sha ca'nara."1 Ali looked up at the other woman, then pulled the helmet from her head and winced as the pain erupted once more throughout her skull. Ali managed as sweet a smile as she could, suddenly realizing how dry her lips felt. Glancing down at the pirate, Ali pulled a bacta patch from her kit and pressed it into the inside of her helmet. The patch would leak bacta gel, which would help heal the wound she had sustained there, and hopefully cut down on the pain."So," Ali continued, setting her helmet on the floor between her legs. She reached out with one hand and grabbed the man by the scruff of the neck, yanking him onto his side so he was forced to look at her. "How'd you know we'd be dropping by, huh? You have a man in the Baron's offices, leaking information?"When the man didn't speak, Ali clicked her tongue against the back of her teeth. Forming a fist with her gauntleted hand, Ali beat down on the pirate's face several times, breaking his nose. Pulling the man's face towards hers, Ali screamed at him, rage written across her every feature, "DO YOU THINK I'M HERE TO PLAY A SHABLA2 GAME!? HOW MANY PEOPLE DID YOU JUST WATCH US KILL!?" She bellowed, flecks of spit hitting the pirate's face. Again, the man remained silent, though due to being terrified or obstinate, Ali didn't know. Or care. Criminality was a grey area for most criminals, and the general population continued to deny that fact. When wrongs needed righting, it was every beings job to pitch in and help. Ali didn't feel like a vigilante, she felt like a jury, a judge, a headsman. And she enjoyed it. Moles were something Ali couldn't stand, and if there was one in the Administrator's staff, Ali would find them, and she would kill them. Pulling herself to her feet, Ali let the man fall to the floor, bringing her sub-assault rifle to bear on his quivering form. Her face an emotionless stonework, Ali's finger began to tighten on the trigger, ready to blow the man away as they had done his comrades.1: "Share the kills next time." 2: Screwed up [vulgar, equivalent of "kriff" or "F-word"]

*Crystaall quickly lifted the gun from Ali's hands and held it in her free hand.*
"Wait just a second. He could still prove useful. I am no longer a Jedi and I feel as much mercy as you do for this man, but instead of ridding him of his pathetic life, we can get rid of him, and use him to our advantage. I can walk out with him and see if anyone deems him important. If they don't then I'll simply slice his throat with my knife, and that's one loose end we don't have to worry about."
*Crystaall deactivated her blade and pulled out one of her knives and pulled the man up to his feet, putting his right arm against his back and put her knife to his throat.*
"This will do nicely, but if you want to so desperately kill him, do it now before I go out there and get shot at again."

Ali snarled as Crystaall Sehefadu snatched her rifle from her hand, stopping her from killing the man. Crystaall's move had the unintended side affect of yanking Ali towards her, as the rifle was still clipped to her kit. Ali was pulled up against Crystaall, their faces mere inches away. She felt her breath catch and momentarily Ali forgot about the other commandos around them, the bodies of dead pirates and the man that now quaked at their feet. Ali's cheeks were flushed red and eyes screamed death, but the anger faded and was replaced with a sudden longing as the woman caught her eye. Abruptly, she felt embarrassed and giddy at the same time, excited even, at their resulting physical closeness. She listened to Crystaall's proposition, not entirely convinced, though her eyes never left Crystaall's lips. When the woman had spoken, Ali growled, "Fine," and let her hand rest on Crystaall's hip as she gently plucked the rifle out of the woman's grasp. Ali didn't want to step away from the other woman, but she did, leaving Crystaall free to dig her blade into the man's throat. The sudden urge to make amends prompted Ali to offer herself for the detail Crystaall had devised. "Let me risk it, Crys," she muttered, leaving the rifle to hang over her chest as she drew her own beskad1. Squatting down, Ali grabbed the man by the back of his collar and hoisted him to his feet, placing her own blade against his throat where Crystaall's had recently been resting."Ka'tini, gar sharal hutuun2," Ali grumbled, walking forward with the man towards the end of the hallway, where it forked. The rest of the platoon maintained their T-shaped formations, moving down the corridor with her, Crystaall remaining behind Ali. She stopped at the far corner, on the right side, glancing down the left fork to find it deserted. Smacking her blade against the wall on her right, Ali called out in a loud voice."We've got one of your boys here, fellas!" Ali shouted, tapping the blade against the wall once more. "If you think he's worth anything to you, speak up now before I gut him." Ali waited, pressing the knife against the pirate's throat once more. Looking down at him, she spotted a triangular shaped marking on the lapel of his jacket. "By his rank, I'm guessing this guy means something to you." Ali added, awaiting a response. She honestly didn't know what the insignia meant, though she wasn't risking any loss by trying.1: Mandalorian knife, made of beskar 2: "Suck it up, you lazy coward!"

*Crystaall let Ali take the man into the hallway and took cover behind a wall. She watched as a man steeped out with a pistol pointed at Ali. Crystaall decided to walk closer to the Leftenant as the man continued to point the weapon. He pulled the trigger, hitting the hostage office in the forehead. The officer fell forward into the knife, the corpse slicing his own throat and falling out her arms onto rhe floor. Crystaall began to walk closer to Ali to question the trigger man with her but he fired a shot at Ali and at Crystaall. She pulled up her left arm to block the shot toward Ali and raised her right arm to block the shot that came at her. In a few moments more pirates came to stand along with the trigger man. They raised their rifles at the group and the trigger man pointed his finger at the two girls.*
=Trigger Man= "That guys is no longer importanr. And your platoon is dead meat."
=Crystaall= "Everyone take cover!"
*Crystaall took the nearest object as cover, which was a short wall in between the hallway and the pirate group began to open fire. Crystaall had pulled Ali with her and hoped her troops could react fast enough.*

*Kaytra braced herself as the beam hit the ship and slid off. Without the need of more encurougment from Asha, she slammed the throttle forward. The gunships shakily rocketed out of the hangar and back into open sky. She didn't have any time to relax before her heads up display flashed red warning signs. Behind them, two fighters had formed up on their six and wasted no time in trying to bring them down.*
::Don't give up easily do they? Leftenant, give me an ID on these guys. I want to know what with dealing with here::
*Dropping low, she hugged the Star Destroyer close in an attempt to push of the fighters formation.*

Ali was still awaiting a response from the right fork of the corridor when a man, muscle-bound and dark skinned, stepped around the corner with a blaster pistol aimed at her head. Silently cursing herself for leaving her helmet off, Ali caught sight of Crystaall Sehefadu shifting her way forward, keeping close. Ali jerked her head back behind her hostage as the burly pirate pulled the trigger on his blaster, sending a single bolt through his comrade's forehead. The bolt burned through his skull, washing Ali's face in blood even as she felt his body go limp, the weight of it dragging his neck across her beskad and cutting him open. Blood sprayed from his neck, covering his chest with it. Ali released her grip on the dead pirate, side-stepping the corpse as two more shots rang out. Crystaall managed to deflect them both as Ali was stepping over the body of their former hostage. Several more pirates stepped around the corner, their weapons drawn, as the man said something Ali didn't hear. In her rage, Ali gathered her weight as she pressed forward, closing the distance between them and leaping onto the muscle-bound pirate. With a shout of anger, Ali landed against his chest, grasping his tunic with one hand as she buried her knife in the man's neck. Ali heard the blaster pistol fire another shot, a reflex from its owner as the life spurted from the wound in his neck in the form of blood. Ali maintained her grip on the dying pirate as he fell backwards, collapsing to the ground with Ali crouched on his chest. She snapped her eyes upward, turning her gaze onto the rest of the recent arrivals. Crystaall shouted for everyone to take cover, but Ali was already committed. Her commandos refrained from firing as long as Ali and Crystaall were in their lines of fire, each one of them itching to pull the trigger. Ali rolled forward and to her left, giving Sergent Defay's team on the left wall of the corridor free shots at the several pirates to her right. Defay and his team opened fire as Ali rolled back onto her feet, pushing herself forward and thrusting her beskad into the gut of another pirate. The man wailed in pain as Ali twisted the blade inside him before withdrawing it, slicing right and knocking the rifle out of the next pirate's hand. On the return swing, Ali crouched, dodging a pair of blaster bolts, and dug her blade into his groin, cutting his femoral and unleashing another gush of blood. Now, Ali stood, pressing herself against the body of her most recent victim, wrapping her beskar clad arm around his back and holding him close as several more blaster bolts were fired at her from close range. They impacted against the dead flesh of their ally, whom Ali pushed backward into the pirate behind him. She jabbed to the right with an elbow, the beskar plate cracking the jaw of yet another pirate, distracting him with nothing but pain. Just as Ali was swinging forward again with her knife, she felt the butt of a rifle slam into the back of her head, sending her to the floor of the corridor. Her beskad flew from her hand, skidding across the deck. Pain exploded across Ali's plane of vision, and starpoints began flashing in her eyes. Seeing the Leftenant hit the ground, Sergent Defay called for the Baker Team to pick up fire. Now that Ali was no longer in their line of sight, the commandos were able to pour rounds down the hallway in support of Crystaall.

Leftenant Asha Bonafeld, L-44-E Epsilon Group, 4th Battalion, 1st ACSB, GALSAF Asha began painting targets that would automatically display on Leftenant @kaytra's sensor screens. There were still dozens of them, and how pirates had managed to get a hold of such military equipment was beyond Asha's ability to understand. Looks like…thirty hostiles in the area. Asha reported over the comlink, as Kaytra brought the vessel close to the enemy Venator. Staying too far within range of the destroyer's weaponry was a common, yet effective tactic. Asha was glad to have a seasoned pilot running their gunship. Catching sight of hostile craft angling towards them from the port-front, Asha focused the fore laser cannons on the trio of enemy fighters, unleashing a deafening stream of steady fire their direction. Two of them were hit within seconds; one exploded in a flash while the other trailed off, its engines burnt out and smoking. The third fighter escaped Asha's line of sight, which she compensated for by locking a target on its trajectory and speed, allowing the portside composite beam weapon to sear it from the sky as it entered the weapon's sights. The fighter was cut in half, split diagonally from nosetip to aft end. Both halves of the fighter peeled away from one another as its fuel cells detonated. Asha continued this method of targeting, tracking fighters across the gunship's many scanning sectors, allowing for each weapon to pick up where the last one left off, as well as compensate for Kaytra's necessary maneuvers. This nearly doubled the vessel's targeting efficiency, as well as the number of vessels it was able to successfully destroy or disable. While alone, the LA-AT gunship was proving to be a rather effective asset. Asha briefly wondered how Fourth Platoon was fairing on board the enemy cruiser. Considering the pirates seemed to have known of their plan, Asha assumed an ambush would be waiting in the hangar itself. After their escape, however, she worried such an ambush would be lurking further within the vessel, where her weaponry would be unable to support her comrades.

*When Crystaall took cover behind a wall to watch Ali's rage lash out, she was quite impressed. She had not expected it from her. But she admired the rage and aggression she had toward the pirate fools. It was like seeing herself in her younger years, taking out Imperial's with no remorse. When Ali got knocked down, Crystaall took out her tusken rifle and began to fire shots alongside Baker team. The pirates soon went down, one by one. Once the last man fell, Crystaall motioned for the commandos to follow her as she ran over to Ali and put her hand out.*
"I do know what you meant back there. About me being beautiful. I'm just not used to it is all."
*Whether she helped Ali up or not was the the Leftenant's decision. Once she was up, Crystaall stood in front of her and sighed and took out her pony tail, letting her brown hair flow down to her back.*
"At least we killed his reinforcements. I'm all up for suggestions on how we take the rest of this place. I'll probably work best alone, so you guys at least get ten of these idiots."
