Ali pushed herself up onto her side, groaning and shaking her head in a vain attempt to clear the searing pain that wracked her skull. She was bleeding, that was undeniable now. A trail of her own blood had run down her jawline and dripped from her chin, even as she wiped the rest of her face clean. She felt nauseous, not a new feeling, and her eyes were swimming with tears from the pain. Wiping them dry with the palm of her hand, Ali looked up to see Crystaall Sehefadu over her, a prosthetic hand held out. Her face was etched over with concern, but no fear. Just an absolute sense of determination written onto that beautiful face. Just another thing for Ali to admire. Weakly, she reached up and grasped Crystaall's hand, feeling the hard beskar armor against her own. "I do know what you meant back there. About me being beautiful. I'm just not used to it is all." Crystaall told her, and a renewed sense of strength returned to Ali's limbs. She tightened her grip on the other woman's hand, but before she could use it to pull herself up, Crystaall had her on her feet. It wasn't a choice, Crystaall was helping her, and gratitude welled inside Ali's chest. Standing there, before the Jensaarai woman, Ali knew she looked a mess. Her hair was loose and tangled, sweat beaded on her forehead, blood ran down her neck. But she didn't care. Ali knew she looked as beautiful to Crystaall as Crystaall did to her. The other woman shook out her burnt ponytail, letting the long brown hair flow down her back as she let out a sigh. Ali let go of Crystaall's hand, though she didn't want to, so rather than let it fall to her side, Ali lifted her fingertips to the other woman's face, gently cupping her chin. There couldn't have been a more inconvenient time for such things, but Ali let her hand rest for a long moment, softly running a fingertip along Crystaall's cheek before letting it slip away."Get use to it Crys, because I plan on reminding you often," Ali muttered, a soft smile breaking through the pained expression on her face. Though the moment itself began to pass, the connection the two made only strengthened, solidifying itself in Ali's mind. She reached for a pouch of bacta salve and pressed it rubbed it into the back of her head, further mussing up her hair. She didn't care as long as the relief came, which it did, almost instantly. Her vision began to clear, though the pain faded more slowly than she would have liked. Ali's eyes remained fixed on Crystaall the entire time, as the woman began to speak once more. "At least we killed his reinforcements. I'm all up for suggestions on how we take the rest of this place. I'll probably work best alone, so you guys at least get ten of these idiots." Ali nodded, looking over at Sergent Defay, who stood off to her right. "We've got two teams, I say we split them." Ali tilted her chin towards Defay. "You, find another lift that will get you to the bridge, I'm taking Baker Team," she jerked her thumb towards the lift behind them as Defay nodded and slapped one of his men on the shoulder. "Let's move," he said, as Able Team trotted off down the left fork of the corridor, towards the stern of the ship. Ali dropped the blaster pack from her rifle, then loaded another one and locked it in. She stepped back and slapped the lift activation panel, keying for one of the upper levels. As Baker Team checked the lift as it arrived and funneled in, Ali stepped in with them, looking back at Crystaall. She took a deep breath, locking eyes with the other woman, then managed the sweetest, softest smile she could."You wanna ride with me, Crys?" Ali asked.

= Tanicus Perrilys = Few can ever claim to truly know him, and yet, at the same time, everyone knows him. He is an open book, and a guarded vault all at once. Does this make him a deadly spy? Or the great gift-giver himself? I do not know. He makes it clear that his life’s mission is to spread the enlightenment of the Creator, to bestow hope upon those who has lost hope, to protect the weak and the innocent, and yet, behind it all, you cannot help but wonder, is that all there is to him? Or is he truly the greater threat to anything we have faced? – Sergio ‘Sam’ Ghomesz, about Tanicus. The ride into the Venator-class star destroyer had been...thrilling, to say the least. Kaytra and Asha’s piloting and weapons handling were exemplary as always, and once more, the duo had succeeded in depositing GALSAF commandos into a hot LZ (Landing Zone). For his part, Tanicus fell back upon his ancient training. It was like running inside a large tumbling sphere, as the LAAT/i gunship spun through the air in an attempt to dodge enemy fire and also continue heading to the mission destination. Tanicus might have stepped on a few fellow commandos as he moved along with the ship in gravity, running along bulkheads, ceiling, bulkheads, floor, bulkheads, to keep himself standing and free of support. It would have been an impressive gymnastic display for anyone who bothered to pay attention, for certain. When they made the landing, it occurs to Tanicus that he had seen something like this, millennia ago, during the sacking of Coruscant. He had been present at the Jedi Temple, and even briefly participated in the ensuing melee, not that it made much difference. The temple on Coruscant was ill-fated. The way they landed the LAAT/i gunship made him think about that moment, not that most of the commandos present even have a rough idea about that horrific moment in history.
He leapt out of the ship, clearing the landing zone, and while not as stealthy as Consuela or Sam, Tanicus has a penchant for just slipping people’s notice when he doesn’t want to be seen. Sometimes, he’d just walk right past them and they still fail to notice him. This “gift” serves him well in battle, though he personally prefers to avoid battle, sometimes, it can’t be avoided. Like today. Joining his fellow commandos in the fight, Tanicus rushes forward, artfully dodging blaster fire, and somehow keeping from getting himself into the crosshairs of his teammates by accident. His movements are fluid and swift, due to his extremely light armor. Rather than going for standard issue armor provided by GALSAF, Tanicus kept to his own equipment, armor and weapons for the most part. Clad in a light but fairly powerful black lacquered chest plate of Echani design, it is the only piece of armor he deigned to wear, and over his body, he is covered in a large black leather trench coat, along with matching suede black leggings. Strapped over his chest is an equipment strap that also doubles as the sheath holder for the greatsword slung across his back, Gath Andúr. Not standard issue, for sure.
His arms are also fairly armored, with ebony braces and steel-backed gauntlets; he packs a mean punch, along with a deadly stab for anyone who drew too close to him, courtesy of the retractable blades in each brace. Once the initial greeting party for the commandos is dealt with, Tanicus slips out from the rest of the group, joining neither Able nor Baker Team. He discreetly observes the interactions between everyone, and listens to Ali’s instructions. So, we aim for the heart and soul. He thinks, Prudent, and swift. As always, he will provide aid to his teammates in the way he knows best: As a surprise. Half the team were barely aware of his presence, even though he’d actually been present for the briefings on Cloud City, such is his ways. Though there are those in the team who could detect his presence through various means, Tanicus is known for his...ways, and half the time, they dismiss it as him presenting the commandos with a trump card if it’s ever needed. Hence, to this end, the Alata (Radiant) did not head for either teams nor the lifts. Instead, when the teams go their respective ways, he leaps, high, and grips the grating that opens and gives access to a ventilation shaft. Using his long legs, he braces himself against the wall on either side of the grating, and using a fairly impressive amount of strength, forces open the grate, making an opening large enough to fit himself through.
Once inside, he begins navigating through the tunnels and pipes, accessing ports that allow him to navigate the ship in a rather interesting way.

*Crystaall blushed when Ali put her hand against her face. When she let go, Crystaall expected more, wanted more, but realised this was not the time for such pleasantries. She saw the groups split up and closed her eyes and smiled when Ali asled, her to join.*

=Leon Calrissian= Noticing the enemy fighters that came from the Venator-class, the Baron got onto his comm to immediately communicate with the sky patrol. Giving them the order to move in, the marauder-class corvettes, the Talon One's, and the Storm Four's made their advance to begin attacking the enemy fighters so the lartie that Ali Hadrix and Crystaall Sehefadu were in could get into the star destroyer's hangar. It looking difficult to keep up with them, Leon spoke to the others in the airspeeder with him."Guys, it's looking like it might be hard to follow the others into the hangar. For right now, we'll focus on attacking enemy fighters about in the area and we'll go to the hangar first chance we get. Especially if Ali requests it." He said and stayed at his seat at the front passenger seat of the lartie cockpit. Leon gave the orders on the comm system for the Talon One's and the Storm Four's to focus their attacks on the enemy fighters about. They needed to give Ali's team time to get control of the Venator-class.=Garwig Gil Ga'Mesh= As the thrantas that Garwig, Sylas , the tyrosaarai, and Finnick who was sent by Xeonon Solomon got closer to the lower levels of the floating city, the Saarai-kaar looked up and saw an air battle going on high above themselves. An air battle between the pirates on the Venator-class that Ali's group was attempting to steal and the sky patrol sent by Leon. Knowing this to be the distraction they needed while they flew to the lower levels to enter Tibannopolis from underneath, Garwig shouted out to his fellow comrades."Ok, let's move it! Faster now! Faster!" He'd say, then within a couple of minutes, the thrantas would land upon an open hangar at the lower levels of Tibannopolis. Once the flying creatures got onto the hangar successfully, the Saarai-kaar along with the others got off of them."Ok, we're here. I'll contact the Baron to let him know we've arrived." Turning on his comm, the Saarai-kaar spoke with Leon.:: Baron, it's the Saarai-kaar. Me and the others have arrived just outside the pirate barracks. ::=Leon Calrissian= Hearing Garwig on the comm, the Baron responded.:: Groovy, Saarai-kaar! Ali's team has made it into the hangar of the star destroyer as well. If need be, contact me by comlink. The frequency is one four zero point eight five. If you need to use the comlink, push the select button. If we need you, contact you, the comlink will beep. The piece of the comm in your ear stimulates the small bones of your inner ear. Only you will be able to hear it. You dig it? ::=Garwig Gil Ga'Mesh= :: Understood. Give us updates on Ali and her team's condition. We're ready to go. ::Ceasing the comlink discussion, Garwig spoke to the others."Let's head on in!" The Saarai-kaar would say, then begin running on the walkway that would lead to the inside of the barracks used by the pirates. Aiko, Johnny, Pearl, Kasha, and Enbilulu followed behind, as well as the Finnick and John Sylas. With the majority of the pirates focused on the sky battle on the upper levels of the city, the amount of pirates patrolling the lower levels would be severely reduced.
Upon nearing the entrance area of the pirate barracks, Garwig saw what looked to be two pirates patrolling the place. Hiding behind some supply crates in the area, Garwig turned his head to Vee and Aiko."Hey Johnny, Aiko, want to take care of those guys?" =Johnny Vee and Aiko= "Will do, master!" The HRD and the holodroid told Garwig. Waiting for the two pirates on patrol to turn their backs from the positions they were in, the both of them quickly ran from behind the crates toward the enemies. Before either of them could even point their blasters at them, only one of them got out a "What the" from their lips as Johnny punched his in the face, while Aiko strangled and blood choked the pirate before her. With both the pirates knocked out cold, Garwig gestured for the rest of the team to follow after watching the whole thing happen from behind the crates. Looking at the two pirates on the ground, the Saarai-kaar spoke to Johnny."Vee, can you copy the appearance of one of these guys? Could help us get into the place." =Johnny Vee= "Will do, sir." Looking at the pirate he punched the lights out of, the HRD used his photoreceptors to scan the appearance of the individual. Having also holorecorded the pirate's voice in the brief moment he spoke, Johnny also adjusted his vocals to replicate the man's voice. His holo systems changing his appearance to mimic the looks of the unconscious pirate, Vee looked back at his master after the process was complete."Pirate disguise complete. Shall we continue?" =Garwig Gil Ga'Mesh= "We should. Come on." Garwig said, then gestured to all to follow him to the entrance doors. Seeing no surveillance holocams in the area, Garwig approached the doors as they slid open and the whole group entered the pirate barracks.

Ali watched Crystaall Sehefadu's cheeks flush red as her fingertips left the woman's skin. She found herself standing there, in the turbolift cabin, a fingertip poised over the lift key, her eyes locked inextricably with Crystaall's. She didn't want to move, simply enjoy the sight of the woman before her. She was strong, armored and forbidding to most. But when Ali looked at her, she saw only an invitation. But an invitation to what? Ali asked herself as Crystaall closed her eyes, her soft pink lips now a smile. An invitation to lust, love, live. And even then, Ali could see the same desire in the other woman's eyes. It lingered only briefly before Crystaall's lips stole away her expression with a faint smile, but Ali caught sight of the longing, the need, before it vanished. Breaking the silence, Crystaall murmured, "I thought you'd never ask," before opening her eyes once more and stepping into the lift. Crystaall turned on a heel and stood patiently beside Ali as she remembered to key the lift panel. The doors slid shut before her and Ali looked over at Crystaall. As the turbolift began its rapid descent to the cruiser's higher levels, she ran her eyes over Crystaall's long brown hair and pale skin; they fell on the nape of her neck. The GALSAF Commando brought her hand up to the Jensaarai woman's cheek and turned her face towards herself, leaning in for the kiss. Ali's lips grazed Crystaall's; She feels as soft as she looks, Ali thought. Their lips brushed briefly before Ali went in for the kill, her confidence stripping any semblance of hesitation from her actions as she held the other woman's chin in her fingertips. Moments later, Ali pulled away from her, leaving their lips no more than a hand's-width apart. She sighed softly, releasing her tender grip on Crystaall's chin. Ali's lips tingled pleasantly, like pins and needles."And now, I never have to," Ali quipped in return. The turbolift came to a slow stop and Sergent Bilyers tapped the door release key. Ali looked back at Crystaall momentarily, a smile on her lips."Get ready gals," Bilyers grumbled, ignoring the last twenty seconds of his life in the lift. A Mando'ad's life was her own, after all. The lift door beeped softly and slid open, revealing an empty corridor that shot out straight ahead and broke left and right every thirty meters. He led the group out of the lift, the team would need to take a second turbolift on that level to bring them closer to the bridge, which Sergent Bilyers hoped Tanicus beat them to. That's right, Tanicus, I didn't forget you, Bilyers thought to himself as he cleared the area ahead with his rifle. I've got my eye on you, you smug silent bastard… Bilyers didn't have a problem Tanicus, not on record. Though off-record, he couldn't stand the man. Everything about him was shady, spook-like. But Bilyer's knew he wasn't one of GALSAF's Black Operators, or else the spook-like quality would have made sense. Instead, Tanicus was just…never there. Bilyers knew it wasn't literal, Tanicus was around whenever he was needed, to be sure. But outside of that sphere of existence…he might as well be dead. Kriffin' spooks, Bilyers told himself.

*Kaytra let out a woop of exhilaration as she dodged in an out of fire and starfighters, all the while Asha bringing them down. She looked down at her scanners to see a lone starfighter coming up fast on their aft section. The scanner identified the ship as an old RZ-1 A-wing, one modified to meet modern expectations. Kaytra frowned slightly at the sight of the fighter, it appeared to be in much better condition then the rest.*
::Hold on Leftenant. We have a taker.::
*Pushing the gunship into a roll, Kaytra brought the ship dangerously close to the destroyer before dropping below it. Without missing a beat the fighter followed suit. Frowning even more, Kaytra her best to shake the fighter, no matter what she tried she couldn't shake it off their six. As the ship closed in it began to open fire. Kaytra pulled left, but the fighter made a tighter turn then the gunship. The A-wing traced Kaytras path and hit one of the ball turrets with laser fire. With a loud bang and a violent shake, the turret exploded. Smoke and fire stained the sky as it spewed from what was left of the ball turret.*
::We're hit! I'm losing control to our starboard side!::

*As Crystaall joined Ali on the lift she sighed with relief. A minor break between the action. She felt the approach from Ali. Matter of fact, she more clearly saw the approach and just stood there shocked. She didn't know what to do or what to say. She just stood there, star-struck. She felt the heat from Ali's lips, and it was entrancing but as Ali backed off and Crystaall shook herself out of the trance, she continued to stand there, but instead began to think. She began to think about how her and Ali were truly alike and what they saw within each other. It was perfect.*

Leftenant Asha Bonafeld, L-44-E 4th Battalion, 1st ASCB, 1st IBCT, GALSAF "Dammit!" Asha shouted angrily as the starboard-side composite beam turret was shredded by cannon fire from the pursuing RZ-1. As the enemy fighter had dropped onto their tail, Asha had poured power into their rear shields, though the fighter had been ducking back and forth and managed to slip its shots just passed the rear of the ship through the already weakened side shields. The turret exploded in a bright flash, slamming the gunship to port and off its current course. Asha targeted the fast fighter with the gunship's rear cannons, blazing away at it as it dodged her shots. Finally, Asha had an idea. She locked on to the enemy fighter and armed on of the gunship's rockets, then neutralized the tracking system inside the shell casing remotely, essentially turning the weapon into a floating mine. When she triggered the weapon, the single rocket was kicked out of the starboard missile tube, though its propulsion systems remained offline. Without the heat trail from the rocket's propulsion systems, the A-wing would have no concrete way of tracking and avoiding the rocket, even if the pilot happened to spot it visually. As Leftenant @kaytra juked back and forth to rid them of the RZ-1, Asha keyed the rocket for detonation, which swallowed the A-wing whole. The only thing the engulfing flame spit back out was scrap. That's another, your ass is clear! Asha reported in, simultaneously tracking further targets. Losing the starboard-side composite beam was a severe stroke against the gunship's firing capacity, and Asha began wondering if they would make it out of this one alive.Leftenant Ali Hadrix, GC-2124 4th Platoon, 2nd Battalion, 1st IBCT, GALSAF Ali enjoyed watching the expression on Crystaall Sehefadu's face as the lift slowed to a halt and opened. She looked…spell bound, as if Ali's lips were tainted of black magic. The Mandalorian woman stepped confidently out of the turbolift, her sub-assault rifle held in one hand against her chest. Her lips still buzzed, her skin felt warm and her body more alive than she had felt before kissing the Jensaarai woman. Crystaall's lips had been soft, warm, wet even with the saliva from her tongue. It had been short, too short of a kiss, yes, but perfect in Ali's mind. It left her wanting more, and she knew Crystaall wanted just as much. Sergent Bilyers signaled Ali forward, and she followed, the rest of Able Team following Crystaall out of the lift, checking each side hallway as they approached them. Ali stepped forward strongly, her boots ringing dully against the durasteel floor beneath her feet. She imagined, for the slightest of moments, she was returning home after a long time gone, though instead of her parents there waiting for her, it was, predictably, Crystaall. Ali smirked inwardly, almost as if she were teasing herself. No plans would be made at the height of a mission, Ali knew, but she would have words with Crystaall when all was said and done.
Sergent Bilyers led the way forward, with Ali to his left and slightly behind him, both training their weapons at the far end of the hall, where the other lift lay to the Bridge Level. Baker Team had hopefully made it to the other lift nearer to the rear of the ship, one that led directly to the Bridge level, where Ali and her team were heading. She expected to meet resistance, but part of her simply wanted it to be all over. The attack in the hangar corridor had wracked Ali's brain, and she still felt nausea boiling inside her. It was all she could do simply not to vomit. Yet still, Ali pressed forward, the lift nearing. As they reached it, Ali slapped the activation panel, waiting as the rest of the team stood separated, watching opposite lanes."Depending on what resistance we see," Ali muttered, to herself as much as to Crystaall and the rest of the team, "We should be arriving on their Bridge shortly."

*Kaytra breathed a sigh of relief when the starfighter went down in flames.*
::Sorry Bonafeld. This gunships no match for a fighter::
*The yoke shook in her hands. That was twice now this ship had taken damage, those were bad odds. Plus side, it was still flying. She looked out the cockpit window at the smoking remains of the turret. Now to figure out how to keep the rest of the ship together.*

*Crystaall walked off the turbo lift, following Ali and the others. the Ship reminded her of when she would take down Imperial Destroyers from the inside, taking out every stormtrooper in her way. She knew Ali was thinking about her, from the smile on her lips. The kiss had been subtle, but it had been subtle enough to have Crystaall think her life couldn't be the same without this Mandolorian. Thoughts began to creep up in her head, about the rumors of some Mandolorians attacking force users, but she shook it from her head. The connection between herself and Ali could not be broken, not after this. No war, no rebellion, no hell.... could keep her from this woman she felt so deeply for. Her eyes saw how Ali moved within and out of combat, and she admired them both. Her body moved through and with the force, as did Crystaall's own body. It was something she couldn't shake her mind of, and didn't want to. Crystaall's body went numb over the thoughts, but she kept moving in the rythym. She knew, when this wshe would have to release these feelings toward Ali, she guessed they both would.*
*Crystaall arrived on the lift shortly after the rest and slung her rifle on to her back, pulling out both her pistols. She needed to regain her skills in firearms. She had a plan for herself, and a decision to show Ali her history. But it had to wait.*
"As long as one of these bantha fodder's don't know how to manipulate the force, I think we should be alright."

Ali looked over at Sergent Bilyers while they waited for the lift to arrive. She felt good, giddy in fact, about the mission, about Crystaall Sehefadu, about GALSAF and her goals in life. Ali stole glances at Crystaall whenever she could, her eyes tracing the other woman's curves, her hills and valleys. She found these features everywhere on Crystaall's body, in her face and neck, her breasts and thighs. Despite her legs being artificial, Ali couldn't help think about nuzzling herself in between them, exploring them with her lips. The lift door rang with a quiet ping, and Ali was dragged from her reverie. Her life right now was about the mission, for without it, there was no Crystaall, and there was no pleasant future for the inhabitants of Bespin. Ali had to remain in the moment, not focused the woman she was feeling so strongly attracted to. There will be plenty of time for nuzzling later, Ali told herself, a wicked smile creeping onto her lips that she thought only she could see. The turbolift door opened, empty save for a black metal object affixed to the floor. A green light glowed dimly on the face, and the markings on its top told Ali exactly what it was. Her face lit up in surprise as the green light darkened and turned red.
Time froze. Ali's heart stopped beating. Bilyers shouted something over the comlink that Ali didn't hear. Time began flowing once more, at an excruciatingly slow rate.
Ali threw her hand up, shoving Crystaall forcefully as Sergent Walf yanked her aside by the arm. Sergent Bilyers dove to the left, away from the lift door. Corpral Turral leapt and tackled Jaster Forlor to the ground. The rest of the team scattered, all shouting "Bomb!"Fire ensued. Fire and heat and noise. The bomb trap laid in the turbolift exploded, shattering the lift's outer walls and flooding the corridor with deadly fire. Ali felt her body crash to the ground, well protected by her beskar'gam. The other commandos landed flat on their stomachs or backs, their weapons held tightly as they struggled to maintain sight on their surroundings. They had their helmet systems to thank for that. The fire fizzled out, and the shaking and roaring faded away. Coughing, Ali pulled herself onto her feet, looking around desperately to gain accountability of her team. Forler, Turral, Bilyers, Bandak, Walf, Junta, Karsmatok; all were alive and moving. Crystaall, where was Crystaall? Ali choked on smoke and pain, leaning heavily against the scorched wall nearby.

*Rainbows and sunshine. No the best things to be thinking about in a battlefield, but that's how she felt. Unfortunately, Crystaall had no time to think as she stared at the metal glowing object for a few seconds longer than she should have. It turned red and she quickly realized what it was. A bomb. The pirates managed to lead them into a trap. Crystaall felt Ali push her as she was blinded by the explosion. She hit the wall hard and watched as the lift lost its cables and fell. She rolled toward the edge and began to feel her legs dangling in the air. She was still partially blinded and cursed herself when she regained her vision. She was hanging onto the durasteel floor. She pulled herself up and began cursing herself. Once Crystaall got up and back onto solid ground she grunted.*
"'As long as they can't use the force'... well they damn sure know how to make a bomb!"
*Crystaall put her wrist out and shot a rocket from it down the long corridor. It exploded in front of a few of unaware pirates who thought Crystaall, Able Team and Ali had got blown to bits. Once she saw their bodys explode and char up, she scoffed and flipped of their remains. She looked at herself to check if she was alright. Her stomach was alright, her armor wasn't destroyed, which meant her girls were still there. She looked at her legs and jumped up. Her left leg was in pain, but nothing she couldn't get through with. Her right arm was fine, but her left elbow had a pole stuck through it. She pulled it out and threw it at the wall as it clanked to the floor.*
"I really hate this kind of sithspit. I really do. I say one thing, and the galaxy decides to give me a life day present with the message of 'Kriff you too.'"
*Crystaall went to help up anybody that couldn't get theirselves up and patted a few of the commandos on the back. She looked at Ali and coughed up a bit of smoke.*
"Tell me my face isn't bleeding, because I feel like it is."

"Let's not head back the same way, Sarge." Jonn grumbled as he and the members of Second Squad dismounted their thrantas and formed around Garwig Gil Ga'Mesh, his Tyrosaarai and Finnick. "Shut up and focus, Sylas." He'gai had his verpine rifle up as he signalled for the squad to stop, when Johnny and Aiko snuck up and knocked out the patrolling pirates. "Yeah Sylas, shut up and focus. Mission in progress," said another commando. Snickers went through Second Squad before He'gai gave a glare all around. "We are professionals. Act like it." Then added, "Besides... it's not Sylas' fault he's aerially challenged." Another round of snickers went through the commandos before they got up and moved per the Saarai-kaar's orders. Jonn wasn't going to live this down anytime soon, he realized.
Second Squad flanked the Jensaarai and lone Imperial Knight as they made their way into the barracks. He'gai and three others on the right and Sylas with the remaining two on the left, their Verpine rifles trained forward and ready to fire in any direction as necessary.

Dismounting alongside the others Finnick held back, and when the two pirates were taken out he knew it was time. No more goofing, no more fun. Now he had to work. Once again tightening his hair out of habit he submersed himself in the force, if the others did not want to use their blades then he too will be like those pansy form 0 users. Walking in the room right down the center he looked like he could actually belong there.

"...use the force...well they damn sure know how to make a bomb!" Crystaall Sehefadu's words were muffled for the most part, causing Ali to miss the first half of what she said before the woman held a hand out ahead of her and fired a wrist rocket down the corridor. It exploded some dozens of meters down the hallway, killing the group of pirates that had began to move towards them from that direction. Checking that the other pathways were clear, Ali moved to help pull Junta and Karsmatok off of the floor. Smoke obscured her vision for the most part, but it was already clearing, the emergency fire suppression systems in the corridor kicking on to suck the smoke out of the hallway."Status!" Ali shouted, angry that no one had yet called it up. Hurriedly, the rest of the team began calling out to her that they were alright. Ali looked around, her heart still racing, her body suit pock marked with flash burns and divots where shrapnel had cut into the material. None of it had perforated, thankfully, though Ali wasn't about to trust the suit in vacuum any more. "Osik1," she grumbled, looking up at Crystaall, who was pulling a bent durasteel rod through her right elbow. Had the arm not been a prosthetic, Ali would have grown frantic over the woman's injury, not that she wasn't already."I really hate this kind of sithspit. I really do. I say one thing, and the galaxy decides to give me a life day present with the message of 'Kriff you too.'" Crystall muttered, the frustration showing in her tone. Crystaall looked over at Ali, pleading, "Tell me my face isn't bleeding, because I feel like it is." Ali stepped over to Crystaall, letting her rifle dangle from its clip on her armor, placing a hand on Crystaall's hip, the other searching her face. She ran her index and middle fingers around the collar of Crystaall's armor, feeling her neck and throat before running her hand through the woman's hair. "Nothing," Ali muttered, letting her hand remain on the back of Crystaall's head. She pulled her close, kissing her once more before breaking away. "You're just as beautiful as before, Crys," Ali whispered with confidence, before turning on Sergent Walf. "We obviously have to find another lift. Make it happen." She demanded, watching as Walf stood silently, searching the blueprints of stock Venator-class vessels on his HUD. After a moment, he pointed the same direction Crystaall had fired her wrist rocket. "A left, then a right, and that'll bring us to a lift that will get us up to the weapons level.""Osik," Ali muttered. The ship's weapons deck would be heavily guarded, but was the closest level with direct access to the bridge from where they were now. Ali jerked her head that way, pulling her helmet back over her head. "We have to go, now, before they figure out we're all still alive." Ali turned and followed Sergent Walf, who took point down the hallway. They stepped over the bodies of the pirates Crystaall had killed, taking the first left, then the second right, which led them directly to the lift Walf had found on the vessel's schematics. Ali keyed the lift with her hand, then stepped aside, pulling a small camera from one of her pouches and setting it on the floor before the lift doors, then opened the uplink channel from the camera to her helmet. Moments later, the lift opened and the camera showed that it was empty. Ali breathed a sigh of relief as the team entered the lift and keyed for the weapons deck. What they would find waiting for them when they arrived, Ali had no idea. But she was assuming the worst.

*Crystaall patted Ali on the hip and coughed again.*
"Thanks. I only hope there isn't another bomb."
*Crystaall followed close behind Ali as they stepped over the bodies and ,ade a few turns to find another lift. She pulled out one pistol and made sure the clip was full. She cocked the weapon and nodded to Ali. These pirates won't get another jump on them*

=Garwig Gil Ga'Mesh= Continuing onward inside of the barracks, the Saarai-kaar alongside his Jensaarai companions, the Imperial Knight Finnick, and Sylas began walking down quietly down a hallway. Reaching the end of the hallway, they'd find themselves at a large chamber. Looking at a sign on the wall that showed what level they were on ,Garwig said quietly."Level three hundred three. This must of been the old miners quarters back when this city was still inhabited."Noticing that the large chamber consisted of two floors, and that they were on the higher floor, Garwig as well as the whole group would witness as several pirates on the floor bellow ran toward a hallway. As none of the pirates looked up to see the intruders, the infiltration team would hear over a loudspeaker throughout the chamber for more forces to the upper levels. Seemed like the attack up in the upper levels was doing it's trick to draw attention away from the lower levels and lessen the amount of pirates in there. As soon as the large doors slid closed on the lower floor, the infiltration team would also notice a sign above it saying "To Core." Obviously the core must be similar to the one in Cloud City, where many reactors and turbolifts were for it's inhabitants to use. As the doors shut below, the loudspeaker stopped it's alarm and it could be seen as two pirates stayed in the area to do their patrols.
Looking over at Sylas and his comrades, Garwig spoke to them."He'gai, can you and your men take down those two pirates down there silently? We can't afford for the sounds of blaster fire echoing in the hallways here. It might alert any pirates further down these corridors and they might call for reinforcements."The Saarai-kaar kindly asked. The two pirates looked to be a couple of Weequay's. In fact, many of the pirates they saw leave for the core seemed to be Weequay's, though a few other sentient species were amongst them. The two pirates doing their patrol below them were armed with blaster rifles. Neither of them looking up and thankfully the group could backup and hide themselves if either of them did. There also looked to be stairs and ladders that led to the lower floor, while many corridors on the lower floor seemed to lead to different barracks for the pirates. If He'gai and the others could get rid of the two pirate below quietly, they could go further in without much trouble.

= Tanicus Perrilys = { Weapons Deck, Venator-class Star Destroyer – Pirate’s Flagship (but not for much longer!) }
Tanicus places his hands to either side of the vertical pipe, pressing with his full strength, and launches himself up, then quietly presses his palms to either side of him again, holding himself in place, and then launches himself once more. He chooses this pipe and this rather difficult climb because it gradually leads directly into the weapons room. The place is positively crawling with hostiles. They’re very much aware of a boarding party by this time, and they would be on high alert for intruders. The commando grins, he welcomes the challenge. He hears an explosion in the distance, and realizes it most likely concerns his fellow commandos. Either they are engaging enemy forces, he thinks, or the reprobates are beginning to present to us just how dangerous they are.
He does not dismiss the possibility of the pirates being far more dangerous than they’ve shown themselves to be so far, because Tanicus knows from millennia of battles and wars, that the enemy is never to be underestimated, even when victory is dangling from an easy distance. After all, they have a Venator-class Star Destroyer at their disposal, this alone says something. They have large numbers, enough to crew a ship of this size and firepower. Finishing his climb, the pipe bends into a horizontal position, and he is able to crawl the rest of the way in relative comfort. It ends in an open shaft that drops behind a stack of crates. The placement is convenient and stealthy for him, which is why he’d chosen to follow this path, after having an opportunity to study some of the contents of the weapons deck through a grating.
Climbing down to the edge of the shaft, again using both hands to steady himself and to keep from just dropping straight out, he slowly stuck his head out to check for anyone who may be watching first. Satisfied, he finally lets himself drop straight down, flipping about to have his feet meet the ground first. He bends his knees when he lands, absorbing the shock of the fall. Pirates roamed about, all armed, all on the lookout for trouble. In his current getup, he isn’t going to be hard to spot, he stands out like a sore thumb. But Tanicus has little intention to stay hidden for much longer. The whole issue now resided in where he would begin his attack. His planning acts on an assumption that he may be the last commando left alive, thus he takes into consideration all options and avenues available to him.
What he can see as an advantage to him is the amount of crates, ammunition and cargo on this floor. He’ll find plenty of cover from enemy fire. Furthermore, considering that all this ammunition is live, the pirates, who appear to be armed mostly with tibanna-fueled blasters, would have to be careful about their shooting, unless they wish to blow themselves up and possibly the whole ship with them. That will work in his favor, because this means they’ll be more likely to engage him in a melee rather than a ranged fight. And he excels in hand-to-hand combat. He is confident Sergeant Bilyers will attest to it, considering that he learned in a sparring session just how adapt Tanicus is at unarmed combat. However, Tanicus also noted that day how he quickly earned the ire of the man, as he didn’t approve of Tanicus’ ways and methods, even if it may be effective. It seems like he just rubs the man off the wrong way.
He ducks when a patrolman passes by. Having taken a lay of the land, and prepared a plan of attack, the time to act draws closer. He only briefly entertains a concern that his fellow commandos are being endangered. But they are commandos, trained and aware of the score. They know the costs, the risks, and they willing put their lives on the line, to protect the people, much like he does, which is why he had joined them in the first place. And now, pushing his worries aside for the time being, he focuses on the now, and to deal with what can be dealt with. And even if he is the last living commando on board, he will see this mission fulfilled. Such is the way. Tensing his muscles, he crouches low, and pushes off the ground, sailing ten feet into the air with an ease that would have made a Jedi Knight proud, he vaults and lands on a crate directly in front of three pirates, they stare at him in shock and horror, just moments before his swinging right leg, feet clad in steel-toed boots, kicks their lights out.
A blaster bolt burns through the air at high speed towards him, and he spins in a horizontal leap, dodging the bolt, which impacts on a barrel beyond him, and it promptly explodes loudly, flinging deadly shrapnel all over. “Watch your fire!” One of the pirates yell, “We can set off this entire place!” Precisely. Tanicus smirks at the advancing foes. Now they’ll try to surround him and bring him down with sheer numbers. And if he’s not careful, they’ll succeed. Charging towards two men, he ducks quickly under a wild punch thrown by one, and uses his steel-plated gauntlets to fend off a kick from the other, he then gives his own punch to the kicker, and a reversed leg sweep to the face of the puncher. Before they’ve even fully crumpled to the ground, he is on to his next opponent, a man armed with a long vibroblade. He grips the blade with his gauntleted hand and brings the gripping hand to connect with the man’s face. Stunned, he falls back, and Tanicus takes the sword, slamming the blade into the ground, just a millimeter away from circumcising the pirate. And he turns about, to see that the pirates have momentarily stopped in their tracks, having witnessed just how quickly he’d dispatched six men. Lowering himself into an aggressive yet grounded battle stance, he holds back his right fist, and a long spike extends over his fist from the wrist guard under the sleeve of his black trench coat. Using his left hand, Tanicus holds it forward in a clenched fist, inviting and daring the pirates to approach him.
Looking to each other, and possibly realizing they hold the advantage of numbers, the pirates yell and charge, melee weapons of all kinds raised. The first attacker is quickly stabbed through the right shoulder with the spike, he pulls the hand back whilst kicking a second in the face, breaking the man’s chin. He briefly pulls back, then places both hands on the still standing first attacker’s shoulders, and vaults over him, landing on his next opponent’s chest with both feet, the Alata quickly dispatches more and more of the pirates. Just as one of them draws his blaster, the weapon set to stun, Tanicus uses his left hand, draws out his gun much more quickly, a sonic shockwave pulse pistol, he fires three shots at the unarmored man, hitting him squarely in the chest. The concussive impact hits like hammers and knocks the man off his feet.
Just then one of the biggest pirates, possibly an epicanthix, succeeds in punching Tanicus hard across the left cheek, and the Alata collapses. The pirate then turns away, shaking his hand painfully, ”Son of a...what is his face made of?!? He exclaims.Tanicus’ eyes shoot open, and he says, “Tougher material than yours.” He swings his legs about and kicks the pirate’s feet out from under him, at the same time spinning himself into a standing position, he quickly leaps and smashes his fist into the man’s chest before he’s even landed, slamming him even harder into the ground, though he at least makes sure to retract the spike on his right hand first. He doesn’t wish to kill unless it becomes absolutely necessary. “You know what they say, mate. The bigger they are, the harder they fall.” He pokes a finger at the unconscious pirate’s nose, “Stay down.”Foe after foe comes at him, by now the entire weapons deck is aware of him, and the ancient Alata continues to incapacitate the pirates, mostly punching faces. However, he is soon charged upon by one that he recognizes. This particular pirate is known across systems as a serial rapist. Authorities have been hunting this one, and all sorts of bounties have been placed on his head. The man was charging at Tanicus with a Gamorrean war axe when Tanicus steps forward with his left leg, and then swiftly swings his right leg forward, steel-toed boot greeting the man’s crotch in an encounter that shall forever deny him of future heirs. Keeling over, the man stares with bugged-out eyes, and Tanicus shrugs. “Yahnvar forgive me,” He says, “But Light forbid that he should ever bring harm to another woman again.”He turns to look once more at the now-unconscious former rapist, “But perhaps, as a woman himself, he may now learn something.”Returning to his fight with the rest of the pirates, Tanicus elbows one in the gut, before bringing the back of his fist up and breaks the man’s nose, and on goes the fight, slowly knocking more and more of them unconscious, even breaking the arms and legs of some with a solid impact or simply breaking them in a deadly gripping move. He eventually draws closer to the lift doors that leads into the weapons deck, and three pirates with vibroswords attack. Drawing out the great sword, Gath Andúr, which was slung on his back, the commando meets their blades with his own. The battle is short, as Tanicus knocks aside one pirate’s blade, then shifting the sword in his grip, he smashes the pommel into another pirate’s nose, whilst driving his left foot into the solar plexus of the third pirate behind him. And the first pirate, by the time he’d recovered turns just in time to see a black gauntleted fist flying into his face, and then he saw no more.“Holy hutt!” Tanicus turns to see a scruffy, bearded pirate staring at him with open mouthed awe and...admiration? “You one-a them Jedi!” Tanicus smirks, and walks over to the pirate, palms held out while his right hand still held on to his sword. He notices that the pirate too is holding his blaster with the barrel pointing at the ground and hanging almost uselessly in his hand.“Jedi?” He says, “When last I looked, the Jedi normally utilize swords with glowing blades, as opposed to a sword with a solid blade.” All the while, he draws closer to the pirate, who shifts uneasily as he gets nearer.“Oh, yeah...” he replies, and then just chuckles nervously, “You’re still gonna bash me face in, aren’t ya?” Tanicus nods his head, “Afraid so, lad.” He sheaths the great sword and rests his left hand on the man’s shoulder, “If it’s any consolation, I believe you have the most hope of all the men I’ve met here thus far. Haat, Ijaa, Haa'it. (Truth, Honor, Vision)”“Gee, thanks!” The pirate manages with an earnest smile before Tanicus’ right hook to the nose causes the man to go cross-eyed, and promptly pass out. He is not the last pirate, as a feral war cry announces the last one, rushing him with nothing but his bare hands. He is big, Tanicus notes, but fast or orderly, he is not, and the moment he is within arm’s reach, the commando immediately begins making extremely light jabs in rapid succession, lightly tapping his fists all over the man’s upper body, and the pirate stares at Tanicus in confusion, because he isn’t exactly being hurt. The commando finishes his weird hand tap dance on the pirate by rapidly jabbing his bundled fingertips on either side of the man’s temples, and the pirate throws his hands out in exasperation, “What was that?!?” “Absolutely nothing.” Tanicus replies, and then he grabs the man by the collar, and knees him in the groin. “That however, is the end of this fight. Ke nu'jurkadir sha Mando'ade! (Don't mess with Mandalorians!)”He holds on to the front of the pirate’s shirt as he slides to his knees, already unconscious, and the commando lets his limp form hang backwards while in his grip, with his left hand free and poised to strike at any sudden move, when the lift doors open. It is only then that he realizes his fight had brought him all the way here, to the lifts. There is no one left conscious or capable of moving unaided now, so as the doors open, he finally allows the pirate he is holding to slump to the floor in a pile, and watches the lift."Su'cuy! ('Sup!)"

He'gai nods silently at the Saarai-kaar's request before lowering his carbine and swinging it back to hang loose. "No guns. Their rifles hitting the floor will make noise." He gestures for Sylas as he heads for a ladder leading down to the lower floor. The quarren goes ahead first and slides down with Sylas following suit. They gripped the outer edges of the ladder with their calves instead of their booted feet, the material of their gloves and pants muffled any sound as they went down. Swift, and silent as death. From where they were, both weequays backs were turned towards the commandos. He'gai glanced at Sylas, giving a curt nod before stalking after the pirate directly in front of him. Crouched low, quarren and... something else snuck up behind their marks. Synchronized in their execution, both commandos simultaneously moved to cover the mouths of the pirates, then gripped the back of their heads and twisted with the necessary force. Snap, krack. They caught the bodies and lowered them to the ground without making a single sound. He'gai looked up to where Garwig Gil Ga'Mesh and the others stood and signaled the all-clear. Turning back towards Sylas, his eyes suddenly widened like saucers as he saw the man with his pistol out and pointed at him. He reached for his carbine but too late, the shot from Jonn Sylas' Verpine shatter-pistol came out muffled. For a split second the quarren just stood there in shock, looking into a pair of eyes devoid of emotion. But the next moment a loud clatter resounded across the giant chamber. He'gai turned to look behind him and found a third weequay motionless on the ground, with a hole dead center on his forehead. It was the pirate's blaster rifle hitting the metal floor that had caused the racket.
He turned back to look at Sylas who had already re-holstered his pistol and had brought his Verpine carbine to bear. He'gai did the same. There was no time for banter as both commandos knew the noise could not have escaped notice. They stood back-to-back ready for whatever came, hoping that the rest of their team were ready as well.

The lift doors before which Tanicus stood opened with a slight hissing sound, though the lift itself was empty, momentarily denying Tanicus his moment of exultation in the face of his comrades. However, Tanicus was not to be truly robbed of his great moment of awe as Ali and the rest of the team, including Crystaall Sehefadu, were heard stepping their way carefully through the body-filled hallway, checking the unconscious or dying figures strewn about the floor. The lift they had taken was adjoined to the far side of the weapons level, nearer to where Tanicus himself had entered. Ali pulled the helmet off of her head, a shocked expression on her face as her hair tumbled down around her."What the kriffing hell is this!?" She cried, aghast. "There's no way!" Ali kicked one of the pirates in the side with her booted foot. The man groaned, but otherwise remained unconscious. For the moment, Ali was far too surprised to say anything intelligible. After she composed herself, and Tanicus had turned to look back their way as the empty lift closed once again, Ali looked at him, incredulous, "No one should have this ability. This is unbelievable!" Ali planted herself in front of Tanicus, punching him in the shoulder with an open palm. "You've been holding back in training, you bastard!" Ali accused him, though the look on her face and the tone of her voice belayed her kidding intentions. Slowly, a smile crept on to her face, and she looked back at Crystaall. "I have to see you two go at it some time, what a kriffing treat that would be." Ali chuckled to herself and looked around as the rest of the team scoped the place out. Sergent Bilyers stood beside Ali, his hand resting on the butt of his pistol. Briefly, he glanced about at the bodies strewn about the place. Looking back at Tanicus, Bilyers offered only a curt nod. "Alright," Ali perked up, clapping her gauntleted hands together in front of her. "The rest of the weapons level should be back the other way, we can knock out their outboard defenses for when the Firestorm and the Baron's Cloud City reinforcements show up. We wouldn't want them being blown to bits, after all." Ali pulled her helmet back over her head, checking her weapon. Her left ear was still ringing slightly from the bombing, and she was still feeling shaken up, but seeing the results of Tanicus' antics both impressed her and uplifted her spirits greatly. Suddenly, she didn't feel as tired.
