Whatever drives narrative and interest the writers. I would be for. I like the scrappy ragtag insurgency.

Will, with a slight smile, bows his head slightly with an acknowlegment and allows Aerandir to lead the way to where he intended to speak to Will. . .

To all ships currently in orbit, this is Jedi Knight Zalor Anneri aboard the First Order Gladiator-class Star Destroyer still in orbit. As of right now, a team of Jedi and Alliance friendly operatives have just officially commandeered this vessel, and we are now in complete control of the ship. Any remaining First Order personnel aboard are either dead, incapacitated, detained - or soon to be one of the above. I have just updated this ship's IFF tags - in the next few minutes, your sensor arrays should be marking this ship as a friendly. We would very much appreciate it if you would not fire on this ship. Thank you for your cooperation.
With his arms still casually crossed and his boots still propped up on the console, Will arches an eyebrow up to the comms as the message came through the public channels. Will's eyes dart down to the scanners. With an impressed frown on his face, the scanners verify the star destroyer as a friendly.
As the YT-2400 passed through the forcefield into the main hangar of the Gladiotor-class star destroyer, Will sat up straight, his eyes scanning the sterile but huge First Order hangar bay for a place to put the light freighter. With rows and rows of undeployed First Order TIEs, Will shrugs and swings the bow to face the barrier it had just past though and began the landing procedures right there in the middle of the hangar. . .
With a thud, the unmarked Corellian freighter touches down, and the Corellian pilot gets up, and toggles the engine to recycle and keep the ship running. He unbottons his black riding jacket, revealing his white tunic, providing some breathing room as he strolls down the corridor and slaps the boarding ramp access pad. Will eyes the lightsaber on his belt for a moment, and decides to unclip off his belt in favor of a DL series blaster pistol off the rack. He holsters it to his hip as he strides out of the ship and into the hangar. .
Red alert strobes continue to through out the hangar, but no personnel are moving around with any haste whatsoever. Will licks his teeth as he moves to the nearest wall map. He loops a thumb on the holster of the pistol while the other rubs the scruff on his cheek, studying the map. After a moment, his finger traces a path from the 'you are here' marker to the control room. Will nods approvingly to himself as he shoves his hands in his pockets and strolls to the control room, whistling his way there. . . .

Will channeled his military training, and returned the curt nod and folded his hands in solemn patience as he turned fully facing Captain Sirraf.

Will painted the signature smirk on his face as the master of the house greeted him personally. Will returned the bow. "Aer. . .uh, GRANDMASTER Calmcacil. It's been awhile. I come representing the Corellian base of the Jedi Order, to personally deliver an update of affairs. Headmaster Roma felt it would be pertinent if a Master treated with the head of the Order rather than simply a holocomm transmission. The two halves of what remain of the Order must continue to operate in concert--under your direction guided by the Will of the one true Force."
The formal language of the typically casually Corellian feels very heavy and forced out of the Jedi's mouth. His jaw can be seen flexing under his cheeks between forming each sentence.
Will has spent the past season away from the bureaucracy of the Order, on a personal crusade to hunt the secret Sith wherever they may hide. It wasn't until recently had he returned home to Serrin and the Corellian academy, bruised, bloodied, broken in more ways than one. He spent time serving on the same High Council as Aer himself before being removed with what Will perceived as a conflict of perceptions. It turns out, Will was correct as to the collapse of the Republic and the ultimate rise of the First Order and the thinly spread Jedi that were rigidly and dogmatically segregated into castes. Will advised Supreme Chancellor Cihlbar as Watchmen to the Mon Calamari Sector, and close friend to the Chancellor fo the Republic until the literal day he died. . .or rather was assassinated. The galaxy went all downhill from then on.
Now with Grandmaster Calmcacil's recent public declaration reaffirming the Jedi Order's role in the galaxy, Will chose to come to Felucia as a physical penance to his prior hubris. That doesn't Will has to comfortable with it.
Before anything else can be exchanged between the two senior masters, the two were met by another interloper into the conversation-- as silent and polite as silent and polite as they were. Will's eyes scan between and the Aer, allowing Aerondir to take point in greeting them into the conversation as the ranking member of the Order. Will recognizes that optics must be maintained about who is in charge of the Order. . .

"Copy that, 'Mister Singer'....come in through the main hangar, and link up with our friend in the control center...I will RV with you shortly."
Bawlz. Will exclaims to himself in exasperated annoyance.
Will beeps his confirmation of receipt of the message, rather the wasting time or potentially compromising Adi's position in the star destroyer.
He wants Will to approach the star destroyer from the main hangar? Will has done some bold things in the past, and it will be hard enough to do anything with a freighter this size without any stealth capabilities-- but he wants Will just to walk into the house using the front door? Will knows Adi has abandon a lot of the old ways to roll with this ragtag crew of miscreants, but Will didn't think he also abandoned all of his wits with his traditions as well.
Will sighs as he begins trying to work the problem. Will throttles the freighter around for a better look at the star destroyer as it is angled around the moon of the system and has a heading vectored out toward open space. Will rubs the scruff of his face with one hand as his other hand deftly works the controls on the console, powering the autoturrent and prepping the torpedoes for an inevitable incursion, blowing up of fuel cells or power generators. Some heroic flying would have to be committed in order to infiltrate successfully-- as a Jedi Master and a Corellian, Will was prepared to give the Imps a show of their lifetime and really show this crew of Adi's how flying is really done.
Will reaches for the throttle to push up the speed, begin with high velocity shock and awe tactic-- take them by surprise. . . before he could punch it, his nav computer chimed a notification. Will eyes the display with befuddlement. He furrows his eyesbrows and squints his eyes as if he was reading the daily update brief from when he sat on the Council. The information just didn't make that much sense to Will. .
But there it was, plain as day, a safe flight corridor and encrypted access granted to his vessel to safely pass through the forcefield guarding the inner atmosphere of the main hanger. Will continues to study the sensor readouts, no indications of scrabbling TIES to intercept him, no readings of a tractor beam enveloping the vessel-- the shields don't seem to even be engaged.
Will takes another second to search the Force for any indications of danger. Will can sense a hand full of users engaged on the star destroyer-- but the Force isn;t showing him anything more immediate to him.
Will shrugs and keys in the auto pilot to follow the safe path laid out for him by what must be Adi's crew. Will let the light freighter correct itself to head straight for the main hangar, allowing for it to seem as if he is flying casually.
Will leans back in the pilot's seat and props up his knee high boots and folds his arms across his chest in self-gratified accomplishment. Maybe he won't need to do so much work after all. . .

A Corellian YT-2400 light freighter passes the Base's IFF pings, and follows it's cleared flight corridor to the hangar and hovers smoothly to where the ground team flaggers guide him to park the freighter.
Corellian Jedi Master Will Son'tir, visibly looking stuffy in the standard jedi robes, plays a bit with the inner fold of the robes around his neck as he continues to toggle the switches of the shutdown sequence checklists.
Will takes a centering breath, gets up out of the pilot's seat, and a big stretch before going down the hall and slapping the boarding ramp access and disembarking the freighter, striding out with his hands inside his pockets. His grizzled face uncharacteristically stony as his icy blue eyes take in all the sites of the hangar. For those who know the man, can see that Will is plainly uncomfortable; maybe it was his wardrobe, maybe it was the environment or the dynamics of why he came to Felucia in the first place. . .

With a bang, a Corellian YT-2400 light freighter blasts back into realspace, emblazoned by the emblem of the Jedi Order broadly on the hull. Close observers can see the traditional green crest of the Corellian academy prominent under the viewport of the cockpit.
The Jedi Master viewed inside was silent and solemn as he leans awkwardly across the control console without a copilot by his side. He keys in the clearance codes that are issued to all high level Masters of the Order to by provided unfettered access to partner systems' defenses. The vessel makes a smooth descent through the atmosphere straight to the Jedi Base here on Felucia. . .

An unmarked YY-2400 Corellian light freighter blasts back into existence with a bang. The pilot does a quick scan. . .it only took the sensors a split second to find what he was looking for: the First Order Star Destroyer.
The Corellian Jedi Master, Will Son'tir, was plagued by visions of the scruffy nerfherder Adi Matango. Comms interception that high ranking members have access to indicated that Matango sent a message out from Naboo. Will sighs, he was hoping he was too late or too soon. Can't believe he actually has to put work in.
Begrudgingly, Will uses the Force and reaches out to find the presence of his old pal. Somewhere on the star destroyer. Figures.
Will sends an encrypted message, short beam to minimize detection or interception from the Empire.
Hey, uhh, "Winchester," this is. .uh. . Cas. .Singer. Cas' Singer. That's right. Call for the Cavalry?

Damnit.
Not that blasted protocol droid. Will had managed to avoid it for the brief he has been back at the academy. Will's headache multiplied with the sound of that standard anxiety ridden voicebox. As Serrin sends him away, Will beathes a sigh of relief as he massages his temples and Roma gently reprimands Mike. . .
Will shakes his head with a sad smirk, he plants his feet and folds his arms in attempt to seem more sober then he really is-- as Mike does his damndest to charm his way out this one.
Roma has spent the better part of a decade working with Corellians, if there is anyone who has an immunity for the charms of Corellian men, it's the petite twi'lek standing before them now. . .
